Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the lazy river and water slide. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, granite counter tops, tiled backsplash, wet bar, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room, flat screen 50" HDTVs in the master, and a 39" HDTV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King sized bed in the master, with two Full sized beds in the 2nd bedroom, a queen in the 3rd bedroom, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $35 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

This was our first trip to the area. Loved the location. The condo was fantastic - very spacious, very well furnished and comfortable. There was an issue with the ice machine but management responded to it immediately. We were very impressed with their attentiveness. Overall great accommodations - great beach - great family-friendly environment. We loved the pool / lazy-river and waterslide. The lazy-river was a bit cold by the end of the week. It would be nice if it were heated. We will be returning to Phoenix West!

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores / Orange Beach , we loved the area . the location of the condo was pretty convenient to everything we needed.
The condo itself was nice, clean, and plenty of room for the 6 of us.
Some of the things we noticed were not enough dishes and the outside furnishings could have been updated. We would definitely stay here again.

The rental overall was clean, could use some updating. The outside table we used every meAL needs replacing.
Good thing we had extra garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, was not one extra roll.
The biggest issue was the ice maker wasnt working, apparently no plans to fix. This was a inconvience packing ice chest.
We been a guest at Phoenix West andPhoenix West 11 since they were built. The kids enjoy the option of beach,pool, or lazy river, and make our life easier too.
This condo is absolutely beautiful. It is extremely spacious and fit our needs perfectly. We love the location, and the easy access from the elevator. However, it needs an updated dryer. We had to run our clothes multiple times for the dryer to completely dry them. There also was not a vacuum in the unit, and it would've been nice to have one.
