We enjoyed our stay, the place was easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed parking on the same floor as our condo.
The layout of the condo was good but it’s needs some attention! The furniture needs some help and we had to buy cleaning supplies to mop the floor(left our feet black and we needed to wear shoes. Needs light bulbs replaced and lights need cleaning. Definitely needs a new rug in the main room. Overall our stay was good!

Very clean and nice. Plenty of room for everyone.

Need ice maker in bar area, can opener and master bath toilet leaks and runs through. After a week though it actually sings you to sleep. Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay! Condo was very clean and in a great location. Plenty of space for our group of 13. Nice and roomy. We loved we could park on the :rd floor and avoid elevators. My only complaint would be the mattresses need replaced. Very clean, but not comfortable at all. We all would wake up like we were 80 years old . Also would have loved to have a vacuum in the condo due to tracking in sand. With that being said, we would recommend this condo to family and friends due to the positives far outweighed any cons.

We had a great time! Four adults and four kids stayed with plenty of space. We even hosted my brothers for dinner and didn't feel cramped with over 14 people. Even though they were down an elevator for a few days, it wasn't a problem because the stairs were easy to access. My kids loved the lazy river and slide. We will definitely be back, but likely on a higher floor. The noise from the pool didn't bother us, but it did drown out the waves.

Wow, from pulling into the condo, till the day we checked out we loved it. The house is very welcoming and the layout was perfect for our 7. The views of the gulf were breathtaking as you are looking over a lazy river with the ocean just feet behind it. We defiantly will look for this condo to be available before looking anywhere else on our next trip!

This condo was perfect for the vacation we had planned with extended family. There were 5 adults and 5 children in this condo and there was plenty of space. The amenities and location of Phoenix West were great.The condo had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Our family enjoyed the time on the beach and the pools. There was plenty of sunshine, but it was nice to have an indoor pool if we wanted to get out of the sun. The hot tub and sauna were closed due to COVID, but that didn’t bother us one bit. My only suggestion for anyone staying would be to get stiffer wet mop pads for the mop in the closet. The tile floors were mopped and wet when we checked in, but the floors made our bare feet black. We bout wet mop pads and removed the floors on the first day and periodically throughout the week.

Otherwise, the unit was spacious and we really liked having TWO queen beds in the two guest bedrooms! This was NICE!
It was a treat to be able to park on the floor with our condo to avoid the elevators. Being on the 3rd floor made it easy to use the stairs to access the pool. The furnishings and decor were very pleasing. The updated kitchen was well done. It was great to have a full sized dining room table for meals. Having an extra sink at the wet bar was so helpful. What a treat it was to have a FULL size washer and dryer PLUS a full bath with a shower for the 4th bathroom. A plus was having tile floors throughout the condo. The closets were full size and nice. The balcony furnishings were well done and comfortable. I would definitely rent this condo again.

It was great from the beginning to end. Spacious, beautiful and well furnished. Our family of ten had lots of room and privacy. Fantastic view and easy access to swimming pools, lazy river and beach!

Our family of 12 stayed for a week from Christmas to New Year’s. We had 8 adults and 4 kids. The condo was big enough for our family. All the queen beds were pretty firm if you like that. The master king was comfortable with a memory foam pad on top. After the first night we actually put the memory foam on the pull out for the kids. The mattress for the pull out was thin. Most of the furniture was in good condition. The living room couches could use some updating. We loved the balcony! That view was amazing. I would suggest updating the cushions for the outdoor furniture. They are very flat and worn. The kitchen had everything you needed. There are no leftover condiments or items such as salt and pepper. So make sure you bring everything you need food wise for cooking. No lighter on site for the grills outside. We had to go buy one. The condo comes with a starter kit for trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap. So add all of those things to your shopping list. This condo had no beach toys or beach towels. So make sure you come prepared with anything you may need for the beach. I noticed there were no baby items. This was not a problem for us because we were not traveling with infants. Also, no games or anything to keep you busy on a rainy day. The WiFi worked good as long as not too many devices were connected. Overall we had a great stay. The pictures show exactly what the condo looks like. We loved the pools, hot tubs and the direct access to the beach. We could also park on the third level and walk right into the unit. No waiting for the elevator. That was nice! We would recommend this condo to family and friends. I would just suggest extra packing of all the things I have listed that are not in the unit. The Phoenix property was well taken care of. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

Very convenient condo. Last year we stayed on the 22nd floor and the elevator waits were a pain, this year we booked early and got this one on the 3rd floor.. problem solved. Already in process of locking it down for next summer.
