Complete renovation January 2024! New floors, new living room and bedroom furniture.

Be one of the first to vacation at the best condo at Phoenix West. Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. You can also park directly on the 7th floor and avoid the elevators!

We also have the two 3br Units directly next door, 706 and 707 should you need additional condos for larger groups.

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar, 50'' flat screen HDTV with DVD in living room with surround sound, a master with a king bed and a 42'' flatscreen TV with a DVD player in the master, a second bedroom with a king bed and a 42'' TV, a third bedroom with two queen beds and a 42' TV with DVD player, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. We have sleeping for 8 on the beds but we do allow occupancy up to 10 if small kids would like to sleep on the sectional sofa.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. We also have the condo next door, perfect for large families!!

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We always enjoy our time at Phoenix West. The Pool area is super fun for our us and granddaughter. We have been coming every year for 9 years now and plan on continuing to visit!

Everything was great in the condo with the exception of the supplies in the kitchen. It was minimal. There was only one dish towel and only small amounts of everything else like pots, pans, utensils, etc. But definitely not a deal breaker. The location of the condo was was conveniently located right off the elevator and there was parking on the same floor of condo. The ice machine was a plus! One other thing lacking was there was no iron...only an ironing board. Overall, a great condo and I would recommend it and definitely stay in that same unit again.

Every day there was of people drinking in pools playing music loud enough it could be heard throughout the hole pool area. They often set up at entrance to lazy river. With many young children and families at this resort, there should be at least a no drinking while in water and no blocking entrance and exits to pools. I don’t care if they want to play music but the whole complex doesn’t need to hear it.

Traveled with family and grandkids. The unit is very nicely located, with access right off the parking deck. The unit is straight through to door.The unit was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen with a large island was very nice. The only downside was the range. Most all the numbers and letters have been worn off, making use more than a pain. Needs major repair parts or replacement. View. Is great, right above the Lazy River pool. Watching the grandkids easy.

Our stay from booking to checkout was great. The booking process was smoothe and made sure we had all the info we needed. This unit when we arrived allowed us to park virtually right out the door. It is the unit right in the middle and the 7th floor is a perfect location. The unit is huge and has space for entertaining. We had a couple minor issues that were dealt with quickly. The furniture was comfortable and useful. The balcony I could live on and the furniture was great. The location on the ocean is so close and the chairs to rent make beach days easy. The pools are great although the outdoor is not heated. The indoor pool is huge but is a bit dark in there. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. We plan to stay here again. Everything inside and out was extremely clean.

Overall our experience was great. We loved the furniture on the balcony especially. The master bedroom furniture was in poor condition and could use some updating as well as the cabinet in the den below the tv. I would go back. The property was awesome and we felt very secure. Enjoyed being able to drive to our floor and not have to use elevators.

Great stay! 10 people If you are the ones on the sofa bed in living room bring mask for sun. Curtains(black out) are needed on all doors, even one in the master. Beds were very comfortable. Great that the condo had 4 full baths. Fabulous views, just high enough to be able to see people on the beach.

Four days before we're scheduled to arrive I read a bad review and needless to say I was worried so I called the property management and expressed my concerns. They were wonderful and assured us that it would be fine. The place was great, very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was very impressed. We will be back.

We stayed here 4 years ago,the same nasty split open cushions on the deck furniture,the same comforter on the beds,...it’s COVID .The couch was white,it looked like it came out of a fraternity house.The extra ice maker didn’t work ,hadn’t in child fell off the broken stool in the den.Very Dissapointed ,!This is a great complex,but this unit is way past due for updates.The closet was also broken,as well as stopped up sinks an showersWe have never had any issues in 7 years here until now.CLEAN UP

From the moment we entered and the floors turned our white socks black it only got worse. The ottoman had a broken leg and had to push it out of the way so no one would get hurt. The 2 chairs had no firmness left and were uncomfortable. Sofa wasn’t comfortable and badly stained. Patio cushions were threadbare and flat. 2 bathroom sinks and 1 shower drained extremely slow. Fan blades, lampshades, return air vent were all disgusting. The mildew on a shower curtain caused the whole room to stink. We desperately needed an iron to touch up clothes before professional beach pics and the condo didn’t have one, but had 2 ironing boards. All beds need replacing too. One bed had a DAMP, pink, large spot in the center of it. The ice maker did not work and emitted heat. The mini frig needed defrosting. All knives were dull and rusThe owners need to have their unit deep cleaned and refurnished. We have stayed at Phoenix West for many years and never had any problems or been disappointed until now. Weekly rates should be drastically reduced for the condition this place is in.

Overall, I will say our family enjoyed the condo and our stay was great. This review is geared to the specific unit and not the Phoenix West (which was a typical Orange Beach property) However, given the price you pay and the other options in the area, we were disappointed in this unit. The unit was open and spacious for our family of 7 and the 4 bathrooms were great. However, the second we walked in, we felt like the unit was NOT CLEAN. There was still dirt on the floor, kitchen items and dishes in cabinets were not clean, and the rugs and furniture also felt dirty. There was also a used towel left in one of the bathrooms with a hair sitting on shower wall (which was not ours). The unit could have been paid more attention to by owners as the closet doors were broken and unable to be closed properly. Several outlets in bedrooms also did not work which made charging devices difficult. Like I said before, we enjoyed the space however given the other properties in the area, my family left disappointed in the small details that make a place stick out in your mind. We rent properties like this often and felt like the kitchen amenities were left short. The knives did not cut and the pots and pans were dingy and have seen better days. Expected a lot more for a 7 night stay at the beach knowing most of our meals were to be cooked there. The night we arrived, my son sent an email describing the uncleanliness in the unit, and we have still yet to hear back with a response. This being said, we will most likely not be renting from this property again in the future.

The property was exactly what we wanted! Great location, great rooms. It was mostly clean, except if we walked around the unit barefoot, the bottoms of our feet got almost black with dirt, so it could use a good mopping, but other than that it was great. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic unit! Having stayed in too many condos to count over the years, this was definitely the largest and best suited for our extended family. The elevators were not an issue this time of year, and the parking on your floor was awesome. We could just run out to the car for anything. The furniture was in great shape, good beds and plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare Thanksgiving brunch. We will return.

Fantastic unit! Having stayed in too many condos to count over the years, this was definitely the largest and best suited for our extended family. The elevators were not an issue this time of year, and the parking on your floor was awesome. We could just run out to the car for anything. The furniture was in great shape, good beds and plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare Thanksgiving brunch. We will return.

We didn't want to leave! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony was total bliss. Nothing like the sight and sound of the waves along with the ocean breeze to distress. That was my personal intent for this trip and it was wonderful. The family had a great time on the beach and the lazy river pool. My husbands fishing trip was canceled unfortunately due to wind and rough seas, but he and the grand kids did get to parasail. It was great timing as the beach wasn't crowded, nor were the local eateries. We had a great time and hope to come back soon! . oh, and parking right outside the door was a major plus!

This was our 2nd time to visit Orange Beach and hope to be returning many more times.

We met family members, so finding a place that would accommodate 6 people was essential and Phoenix West 705 was more than adequate! The views from the living area and deck were beautiful. As has been mentioned in other reviews, having parking access on the same floor as the condo was fantastic! In fact, the condo is located directly across from the parking deck entrance and elevators.

The condo was very quiet - night and day. Of course, I am sure during the busy summer season there would be a little more noise but I doubt it would be a problem.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Fortunately, we didn't have any issues with maintenance, etc.

Location of the Phoenix West is terrific! Close to shopping and entertainment.

As with most condos we've have stayed at, the kitchen can always use more items, but for day to day living it was fine.

I feel that we will be returning to the Phoenix West and hopefully 705 will be available.

Our stay at Phoenix West was very enjoyable. The condo was clean and comfortable. My favorite feature was the ice maker! My only caution would be that if you were going to do lots of cooking to plan accordingly with foil pans, etc. as you might run short of cookware. The balcony seating and view cannot be beat nor can parking on the same floor as the condo. Each floor has grocery carts and luggage trolleys for easy loading/unloading. Phoenix West is a well though out vacation spot and we will happily return.
