Phoenix West 706

Our family had a great time and really enjoyed everything about our stay at the Phoenix West. The condo was clean, spacious and decorated so cute. I loved everything about it. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our very large family of 7. I really appreciated that the condo was stocked with kitchen essentials. We loved the lazy river, that was a big hit with our kids. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great time, we loved the condo. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Easy in and out, elevator very quick , no waiting around. We will stay again. I loved parking on the same level as my condo.

We stayed here in our annual women’s beach trip. There are 6 of us and it was just perfect. We were able to park on the 7th floor of the parking deck and walk straight to our room without hauling luggage in and out of an elevator. We are in our 60’s and this was important. GREAT LOCATION and the lazy River was so relaxing. Some of us really loved the water slide, too!!!!

Access to the condo is easy from the same floor parking garage. Carts are available so you can unload easily. Condo was in excellent shape and accommodated our family of five. Kitchen was well equipped. Breakfast on the balcony every morning to breathtaking views. Mattress firmness may not be to everyone's liking, but remember your not at home. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

We recently stayed in 706. Loved the floor to ceiling windows, the new gray couch, the bar with ice maker, the well equipped kitchen, the four full baths, and the overall decor. You need lamps in the living room. When you only have overhead lighting they need to be on dimmers. We also would have liked a chaise lounge on the deck. When we arrived, the air conditioning was set so that we were nice and cool. It was very clean. The bath rugs looked like they had been washed with white towels so didn’t looked clean. We sent an email that we needed hand towels and they were there within minutes. We had a great time and loved dealing with Phoenix Properties.

Our group of 7 absolutely loved this condo. The set up was perfect for us with the bedroom suites. We loved the 7th floor with the greatest views!! We had friends in a condo on 2nd floor. After seeing their view, we felt extremely happy on floor 7! The condo was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach every morning with a cup of coffee. The condo is in a great location. We were able to explore Gulf Shores with a short drive and also enjoyed FloraBama once we were off the beach for the day. There’s lots of shopping and restaurants. Lartigue's Original Fresh Seafood Market was a great find. We were able to get fresh steamed shrimp and potatoes to bring back to the condo for dinner. Booking this condo was super easy and we would definitely come back!

Very spacious condo....large rooms....tastefully decorated . 7 th floor allows for good beach/ocean views and can park on same level of parking garage and not have to ride elevators. This made unloading /loading easier as they had large carts on the same level and you didn’t have to run up and down elevators with carts. Indoor pool area great for the cooler months. Great location very close to Gulf State Park and access to the many miles of walking/biking trails . Cell service ( we have Verizon) was not good in the unit.. don’t know if it’s because of the 20+ stories of condos on top of ours?

The Phoenix West is great. My kids loved the lazy river. I loved being right in the beach. The condo was great. It had the perfect amount of space. Loved it all!

Love the new sofa! The condo was comfortable and we loved our trip. We plan to stay in this condo again.

Everything went well. Owner needs to replace the sofa!! Really uncomfortable!

We had a great time. The location was perfect. The weather was not that great, very cold, a couple of days but we made the best of it. The beds are great, but the couch really needs replacing.

All was good until Security gathered our items at the pool while we walked down to the beach. They put our items in the public lost area for anyone to take. They said we were saving seats which we were not. Even if we were they were only at 30% occupancy. This is our 5 year going there and were not happy with that. Ridiculous! It is also time that the couch be replaced.

Phoenix West was a great place to stay. Very convenient to restaurants, bay area, & shopping. The unit was in good condition, plenty of room for 6 adults & 1 child w/o sitting on top of each other. We had a great vacation and absolutely loved the lazy river. The only negative comment I have is that the floors were dirty. They need to be deep cleaned.

The condo is in a great location, with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the gulf. However, there are some issues with it. The couch is terrible, shedding feathers from the pillows, and has broken springs. Only basic cable is provided, with no premium channels available. Also, this is a 28 floor tower, with only 4 elevators. During peak time, you will spend considerable time waiting for an elevator. The coffee maker failed while we were there, but the management company had a replacement delivered very quickly. As a plus, parking for this unit terrific, you can park on the 7th level of the garage and be only a few steps from the condo.

I would give very high marks for this property and the management company. The only negatives are that the living room furniture is way past it's prime and not very comfy. While the inside of the unit was spotless on arrival the balcony appeared to have been forgotten. A few pieces and trash and lots of sand. This is a nice unit in a great location. The biggest plus of us is the parking on the 7th floor. No waiting elevators on arrival and departure!

The room was so clean and cozy. Even though we didn’t spend too much time in the room, when we were there it was fantastic. The amenities were great and the kids had such a blast on the water slide.

Everything went well with our stay. We had 2 3BR units next to each other, which worked out well. Our 4 sons, there wives and 4 grandsons had plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

Another great vacation in Orange Beach

Perfect. Wish the weather was warmer when we were there, but we made the most of it. VRBO was clean, modern look, comfortable, beautiful view of the ocean
