Phoenix West 707

Beautiful spacious condo, awesome view, very clean with comfortable beds! Parking on the 7th floor and walk right inside the hallway to the condo was also a plus. We had a wonderful stay and will plan to stay in this condo again.

We had the best time and the condo and facility was wonderful! We will be back next year.

I would like to see a blender added to the kitchen items. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, its very wallowed out. The condo is the same as the other 3 bedrooms we have rented here, but did enjoy being on the 7th floor, which is the lowest we've been able to rent in the past. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the grandkids all enjoyed the slide as well as the beach. The Phoenix West facility is great by any standards and caters to families and kids. We've been staying here the past 7-8 years.

This 7th floor condo is perfectly situated in Orange Beach. It’s a quick trip to grocery, restaurants, and entertainment and the beach front location could not be better! The balcony is over the lazy river (always popular), so it was easy to spot where everyone was. The condo is clean and the management company was easy to work with. Ike’s chair service made beach time a cinch as always.

Our stay was paid in advance, so we only had to purchase parking passes upon arrival. This took an hour - there was a line and only one clerk working. He was very pleasant and helpful, though.The property was in acceptable condition. My only complaint with the condo was that the tile floors weren’t clean. Walking barefoot inside left our feet black. We could smell disinfectant as we entered so I felt cleaning was attempted. We loved the location. The parking deck was especially convenient. The kids enjoyed all the water features. We enjoyed eating at our favorites - The Original Oyster House, the Hangout, the Sunliner Diner and Cobalt. Take out from Rotolo’s Pizzeria was a new experience and it was delicious! We had a great time!

The whole family loved the lazy river! The pool was nice and the beach was a short walk away. We enjoyed the tennis courts at night & played pickleball there as well! I would recommend that the pickleball equipment be upgraded even slightly since plastic paddles don't work well. Also, our only complaint was that the floors in our unit were dirty.

Great condo! Love the location for parking & using stairs if needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Furnishings were nice. We enjoyed the stay. Loved that Wolf Bay restaurant is right across the street now! That’s our favorite restaurant, so having such easy access was amazing!

Fabulous unit the view is breathtaking.

Phoenix West is the perfect place to bring the family. So many amenities offered, every person has what they want, not to mention everything is located within walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and is equipped with all essential needs. Finally, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are 5 minutes away.

Had a great time at the Phoenix West!! Condo was nice and clean but lacked a few items. Elevators moved fast considering the amount of floors and people. WiFi did not work well. The lazy river was awesome!!

Only issue was stove was not hot enough to boil water, which put a damper on our low-country boil, pasta night, etc.

There were also a few rental services who would set up on the front line some days as well, which was frustrating.

Other guests would sometimes get loud and obnoxious, especially on balconies at night-- but it was still a very family friendly environment.

We enjoyed the 7th floor location. We have stayed in a higher location in the past and this was easier access and better view of the grandchildren as they played. A problem was resolved by management and the cleaning service for this unit in that I left some papers by mistake in the unit. They were found, saved, and shipped to me. Thanks.

Everything was outstanding! The grandkids especially enjoyed the lazy river and slide. We will be making a return trip next year.

We love this condo! We just booked our third stay. The kitchen had everything I needed. As the only coffee drinker in my family, I found the addition of the Keurig a plus (there is also a large coffee maker). Furniture was very comfortable. The fact that each room has it's own bathroom was nice for my family of 6. As far as the overall property, we spent a lot of time in the indoor pool and hot tubs (both were very clean) and the walk to the beach is very short. It is very convenient to park on the same level as the condo as well.

As the only coffee drinker in my family, I found the addition of the Keurig a plus (there is also a large coffee maker). Furniture was very comfortable. The fact that each room has it's own bathroom was nice for my family of 6. As far as the overall property, we spent a lot of time in the indoor pool and hot tubs (both were very clean) and the walk to the beach is very short. It is very convenient to park on the same level as the condo as well.
