We had an awesome time with our family of 10 in this condo. It was spotless and well maintained. Furnishings were topnotch. It was also well stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals.
The views from the balcony were breathtaking. A great gathering place after a day at the beach.
Property manager was very easy to work with and the staff at Phoenix West were also very accommodating.
We will be back!!

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo! The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. Loved the layout and enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit. The view from the balcony was everything I had hoped for! The check-in and check-out procedure was seamless. The parking was ample and overall we just thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I had read in earlier reviews that the hot water was a problem when multiple folks were showering and I have to admit, we dealt with that a bit, but you just have to learn to space out your showers. Beautiful condo and I hope to visit again in the future!

My family of 13 stayed in this unit 5 nights and it was everything we could have hoped for. The decor was beautiful and the appliances all worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and the furniture on the balcony was comfortable and exactly what you would want for a beach experience. The beds were wonderful and the entire condo was so clean! It is obvious that many pains were taken to give each guest an awesome experience. We loved it so much we hated to leave. We would be thrilled to stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting an unforgettable, luxurious stay! Thank you to the owner for helping to make our family vacation one we will not forget!

Loved the ’s very large with plenty of space for our large family,inside and out.The corner deck was extremely nice and amazingly furnished. We did have a couple of issues with the unit.Showers had to be spaced out to keep from running out of hot water,no big deal, but the bedrooms got hot at night.Some bedrooms were vacated and cots taken to the living room to sleep.

This condo was perfect for our family! My grandkids loved the water slide and we all enjoyed the lazy River and of course the beach.

Our condo was absolutely beautiful. A great location. Phoenix West is a wonderful complex to visit. The lazy river was just the relaxation one could expect. Highly recommend!!!

It was wonderful! The condo was so spacious and so clean there were 8 women in there and with 4 bedrooms and 41/2 baths we had plenty of room to get dressed,relax and whatever we wanted to do, the view was beautiful, right on the beach, and the balcony was wonderful!! Wanted to stay forever, but back to reality

Condo was very clean upon arrival and spacious! Beautiful ocean view with morning sun to enjoy our coffee. Nice large kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Would love to stay in the unit again for our next visit.

Beautiful and well equipped Condo. Our family of 16 enjoyed our Thanksgiving week at Phoenix West. The other reviews of no hot water are accurate!! The lack of hot water and the unit needs more along with an upgrade of bath towels are 2 major issues with the unit. Hopefully these will both be addressed and the unit will be perfect.

We stayed for a week with three families, all of which had kids ages under 10. This unit had tons of room for lounging, eating, and sleeping. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, etc. The patio furniture and the view were awesome! The listing does advertise that 4 folding cots are available for additional sleeping, but there is no real convenient place to set them up. The master bedroom could accommodate 2 of them, but the other two would need to be set up in the living room. We were definitely planning on having them all set up in a bedroom, which was impossible to accomplish. The only major flaw was that a unit of this size was only serviced by a 40 gallon hot water heater (which is probably only operating at 70& capacity). A unit this size is designed and advertised to attract larger groups, and there is no where near enough hot water to handle one family let along 3. We never had more than 2 showers worth of hot water throughout our week-long stay. Hopefully the owners will review that and make the necessary upgrades. Otherwise, I highly recommend!

Had a wonderful visit with our family...love coming to Phoenix West. A few glitches the first day...overall a great unit. Beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds...we plan on coming back.

Unit 809 was amazing!! It was clean, large, and the Balcony tables and chairs were the best of any of our stays at the beach since we have been coming to the beach for 13 years! We all (6 Adults, two teenager’s and two small children really enjoyed this unit and our stay at the beach this summer!!

We had a fabulous time over the Fourth of July! We had 13 family members and this condo did not disappoint. We had ample room for everyone and everything about it was wonderful. The only problem we had was my mom, who is 84, fell going out to the patio. You have to step up over the window frame and she misjudged the height. Everything about the place is amazing. It was very well stocked including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig as well as a slow cooker. Having a washer and dryer was great as well. We will definitely come back!

Vacation rental was excellent. Furnishings were extremely nice and comfortable. Deck furniture was very nice as well.

The condo was wonderful. The entire family had a wonderful time. The kitchen was great for us all to cook in. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated. The pools were so much fun.

My family and I had an incredible time. The condo was perfect for us. We had a group of 15 and had plenty of room. It was beautiful and very clean. We would recommend staying here and will be looking for its availability again next year.

Our stay here was one of our best trips ever! Location was great, condo was very clean, kitchen stocked for cooking/baking anything. Pictures of the condo were beautiful...it’s better in person! The furniture on the balcony is wonderful and we used it a lot to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and beach views. We never had a single problem so we didn’t have to reach out during our stay, but the management company answered all questions promptly up to our stay. Would stay here again!!

We stayed here for a week to celebrate Christmas. We had 8 adults and 1 infant. The condo was wonderful and perfect for our family. The unit looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and so well stocked- it had everything we needed. The balcony was probably our favorite part- it was so relaxing to be so close to the water. If you are bringing clothes to hang up, you do need to bring your own hangers. We all said we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our group of 14 gathers each year. We rented two 4 bedroom condos - this being one of the four. The decor is fresh, new and beautiful. The outside balcony furniture is also VERY comfortable and makes a perfect gathering space. We had one problem with a leak in a bathroom vent, but Charlotte was prompt in getting it fixed.

We have stayed at Phoenix West many times and this condo is our favorite! It was clean and decorated beautifully! So spacious and well equipped. We are ready to book it again for next year!

We’ve been vacationing in OBA for 10+ years, and this has been our favorite condo to stay in, to date! Beautifully decorated, stocked kitchen with all kinds of utensils, and wonderful balcony furniture! Everything was wonderful! The only complaint we had was the lack of hangers in the closets. But we made do!

My family of 8 loved the condo and the property. The condo was very spacious and in excellant condition (the photos do not lie). Phoenix West is an amazing facility with many great pools and other great amenities.

The only downside is that the condo has 29 floors with about 9 condos per floor, which means the place is very very crowded. The beach umbrellas were three to four rows deep!

Also one thing that I was not happy about and I have never seen anywhere else is about umbrella placement. In my 40 years of travelling to beaches across the south, I have never been to a place where personal umbrellas were allowed to set up in front of the paid ones placed by the beach services. Be warned that is allowed here!! I was shocked.

In summary, if you like loads of people, then this condo is for you!

Nice unit and all the amenities we needed. We had great weather so we cold enjoy the lazy river, pools, balcony, the beach, etc.

We had a fantastic time with our group of 16 during Spring Break. The property was immaculate and spacious with a HUGE balcony. Food storage was great and our ability to cook in was enjoyed. Our only gripe would be hot water. With 16 people, the hot water heater couldn't keep up with demand as everyone was trying to get ready in a small window to go out.

This was a great room! It was the perfect size for our family. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and everything was very clean. The balcony was amazing, and the outdoor furniture was so comfortable! The pool slide and lazy river were a big hit with my son, and being right on the beach is such a convenience! Definitely will be staying here again.

This condo is exactly like the description. We had a great time it’s very nice, clean and right off the beach. The management company is great and very responsive.

Unit 809 is immaculate. Upon arrival the unit was exceptionally clean. It is perfect for a family vacation.

Everything about our trip was perfect. The condo was stunning just like the pictures. Million dollar views from every window. We had a party of 12 for this trip and everyone was pleased. We have decided this rental will be our go to for our yearly family trip!
