Keyless entry door lock..no keeping up with any keys during your stay!! All tile throughout the condo!!
We have just renovated the condo to include tile in the bedrooms and new living room furniture!!! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 9th floor directly overlooking the pools and lazy river. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished. For your convenience our condo is located on the same floor as the tennis court! For larger groups we also have a 3br unit on this floor if you would like to stay close to each other!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 55” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd. Br has 2 Queen beds with a sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have plenty of seating on the balcony with a table and 4 chairs and two lounge chairs. We are also in the stack of condos with a private balcony.. no one can see you on your balcony, unlike other units at Phoenix West.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. We also have the 3br unit 905 on this floor for families needing two condos on the same floor!
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

In addition to perfect weather our stay was a great experience as our condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 younger boys. The only issue we had with our condo was a broken ironing board. All else was like being at home.

We loved this condo. Location was perfect - close to Gulf State Park - short drive to Gulf Shores. The condo is quite large and decorated nicely. The balcony has a large table as well as two loungers. 9th floor seemed also to be the perfect height for great sunset views each evening. We had an issue with the washing maching - we emailed the property management company and remarkably someone was there within a couple hours - on NEW YEARS DAY!. Pretty remarkable service.

When we were not allowed to our usual condo in Phoenix West 2 because of Hurricane Sally, Phoenix Rentals moved us to Phoenix West to this beautiful condo. We were more than pleased. This condo is decorated so beautifully and has quality furniture. All the utensils, dishes, pans and everything you need to make your meals. Very close to lots of restaurants too. The pictures show this condo as it really is. You will not be disappointed. One of the best condos we've stayed in. Phoenix Rentals are a pleasure to work with.

When we arrived in the room, we immediately noticed that the bar ice maker was not working, the refrigerator was leaking water, and the shower head in the master bath was not working correctly. Several of the decor pieces/furniture/small appliances were broken. We made a call to the management company and several handymen came to the room to fix the major problems. I feel like all of this should have been noticed before we checked in. We will not be renting from this company again.

From the moment we walked in, we felt like it was home! With almost 2000 square feet of space, all 7 of us had plenty of room. As early risers, we worry about waking those who sleep a little later, but the rooms are virtually soundproof! Having a bathroom off each bedroom gave everyone enough personal space too. What surprised us was a HUGE walk-in closet of the master bath where our luggage could be stored! We began each day with coffee on the balcony, followed by a stroll on the beach. The pool area was large and could accommodate all guests because of the number of lounge chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay--thank you!!

The rental unit was as it was shown in the pictures. Great views right on the beach. Overall it was exactly as expected. We had an issue with the microwave stopping working and it was remedied immediately. We received a new microwave the next day.
The only issue was the water heater was pretty noisy every time it started up. Not sure what could have been done about that but it became a running joke throughout our stay.
Unit was clean and was otherwise great.
