There is a king size bed in the Master, two Queen sized beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for sleeping up to 12.

The fourth hall bathroom has a glass walk-in shower and houses a full size washer and dryer. Prepare your meals in this fully-stocked kitchen with all stainless steel and small appliances that include all of the kitchenware and cookware that you will ever need. There are four dining stools at the counter as well as seating for six at the table. You may want to dine on the balcony table with seating for six. A built-in wet bar has a sink, an under-counter ice maker, and shelves with a collection of bar glassware.

Relax in the living room with enough seating for the family or enjoy a movie on one of the four large wall mounted flat Samsung SMART HDTV's located here and in every bedroom. In addition to the Samsung Smart wireless Internet build-in Blu-Ray player in the living room, cable TV with Sirius satellite radio and wireless Internet, all TVs are programmed to access movies through Netflix as well as music through Pandora for your enjoyment! Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.
