Oasis 1806

This was our second year in this unit during January and February. We like the location and building amenities.

This was our second time to stay in Phoenix West II. Love this resort styled condominiums! This unit was beautifully decorated, spacious and included everything we needed. The master bed was great but time to replace the other king. The built in bunk beds are genius over the two Queen beds. The grands loved them! The owners knocked it out of the park with the professional decorating! It was exceptionally clean and all the seating was very comfortable. Julia does a fabulous job checking in to see if you need anything and if all was to your satisfaction. She is wonderful. Hope to return soon!

Our family stayed at Phoenix West II (1806). It is a beautiful condo, everything was clean and comfortable. Our family of 9, this includes 3 children, had plenty of space to be together in the living area but also there’s room for privacy, too. The lazy river and slide were fun for the whole family. Julia is so easy to work with and very responsive if you have any questions. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing but needed 2 weeks rather than just one :(

The only complaint is that the toilets smell like urine. Same in different units that we’ve stayed in previously as well. Idk if the toilet seals aren’t sealed or what but I have to hold my breath everytime I go into toilet area.

Great location! Clean and beautifully decorated. Outdoor furniture needs replacing. Other than that everything was great!

The room was very clean and neat, I would stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is centrally located to so much! The unit was beautiful and plenty of room for our energetic 3 kids. We hope to come back again not too far in the future!

Our group of seven women loved our week in this beautifully decorated condo. Everything was so very nice, especially the art work. It’s time to replace the kitchen and laundry appliances, but they all worked! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 stayed for 7 nights and loved everything about this condo and the location. The kids loved the pool, slide and lazy river. Our view was beautiful! The condo fit our family perfectly. Highly recommend this condo unit and the rental company.

Spent the week of Thanksgiving here, kids loved it and begged to come again next year, and stay in the same place.

We are not new to Pheonix West 11 or any of the Phoenix properties and know we can depend on Julia or Cayce to be of assistance if necessary!
It is perfectly located to any place we need.
Rooms were clean with great bed.
The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve seen! No complaints or even suggestions for improvement!!
The lazy river is a plus as I have arthritis. Walking in it helps so much and yes since they have cameras the lively youth are keep under moderate control and since we go on fall break that is amazing!!!
Already looking forward to our next trip!

Very clean spacious condo. My family, spouse , 2sons and their families all quite comfortable here!!! We will absolutely stay here again!!!

Unit was in perfect location with an excellent view! There was plenty of room for 3 full families! Don’t second guess it, book immediately!

Super fun place for a family!

Stayed several nights in this spacious condo. Very clean. Nice large bedrooms. Check in very easy. Plenty of covered parking. Short walk to beach/ocean. Will stay here again!

Fantastic vacation spot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the view was gorgeous! We cannot wait to visit again in the near future!

This condo was fantastic! Check in and parking passes were so easy! Also so close to a lot of great places to eat! I will 100% go back again!
