Relax and enjoy your stay in this newly renovated, beautifully appointed, and professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Step inside and experience seaside luxury at its finest. Careful attention was given to every detail and no expense spared when creating this unforgettable beach getaway. Custom woodwork accent walls, hand-selected artwork by local artists, and unique decor are found throughout the property making it truly one-of-a-kind escape for your family and friends.
The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breathtaking views from the 18th floor. After a long day of exploring all Orange Beach has to offer, a large section couch is perfect for curling up with the whole family while you watch TV or enjoy the ambiance of the built-in fireplace. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the beach and miles of ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops, and a kitchen-adjacent wet-bar and icemaker will enhance any gathering.
The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have king sized beds. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 6 and features 2 queens with custom-built loft beds above. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living area providing total sleeping accommodations for up to 12. The living room features a large 65 inch TV and additional TVs include a 55 inch in the master and 40+ inch TVs in the additional bedroos.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. On the 14th floor you will find a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $45 per vehicle. Any 3br or 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West II guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Our group of seven women loved our week in this beautifully decorated condo. Everything was so very nice, especially the art work. It’s time to replace the kitchen and laundry appliances, but they all worked! We would definitely stay here again!

We are not new to Pheonix West 11 or any of the Phoenix properties and know we can depend on Julia or Cayce to be of assistance if necessary!
It is perfectly located to any place we need.
Rooms were clean with great bed.
The kitchen was one of the best stocked I’ve seen! No complaints or even suggestions for improvement!!
The lazy river is a plus as I have arthritis. Walking in it helps so much and yes since they have cameras the lively youth are keep under moderate control and since we go on fall break that is amazing!!!
Already looking forward to our next trip!

This condo was fantastic! Check in and parking passes were so easy! Also so close to a lot of great places to eat! I will 100% go back again!
We throughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is centrally located to so much! The unit was beautiful and plenty of room for our energetic 3 kids. We hope to come back again not too far in the future!
