Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. No expense was sparred when we decorated this condo at Phoenix West II.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional. We just opened up for rentals August of 2021!
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has two Queen beds and there are two Full beds in the 3rd bedroom and we have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.
For your convenience we have installed a key-less entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is also a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage. We also manage the two units next door should you have a large party and need more space.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $45 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West II guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The check in experience was complicated by heavy traffic on elevators. The condo and facilities were not as clean as I would have expected. The pool and lazy river water were disturbingly dirty.

Beautiful location and views. To be specific the view is more northern and not directly over the Gulf, but still wonderful. The condo itself was nice and spacious for our group. We are still a little dissapointed we couldnt play basketball and tennis as advertised due to construction. However the owner made it right with a discount. The pool was ice cold outside but warm inside. It was a little strange they only provide 1 garbage bag, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 dishwasher soap. It makes you wonder what dishes are washed so we washed everything again.For the money it seemed stingy and unecessary.Overall we had an excellent time.

The property was great !! We had plenty of room for our group of 9 ! Excellent location to the beach. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.
We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and nice. Everything was updated and made it feel like a true vacation get away. The stay was beautiful. We enjoyed all the amenities the condo had to offer and such a great location. Only issue was elevator travel but other than that, everything else was perfect.
