Phoenix West II 1814
This is a North facing unit with incredible views of the Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!! We currently offer a fill in the gap special for the summer dates.
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. No expense was sparred when we decorated this condo at Phoenix West II.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has two Queen beds and there are two Full beds in the 3rd bedroom and we have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.
For your convenience we have installed a key-less entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is also a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $45 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West II guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The unit and furniture need attention. When we arrived neither the ice maker in the fridge or the standalone ice maker worked and the light fixture over the eating area was missing. Management addressed all three quickly. Upholstered furniture is stained and cushions are past their life. The building and amenities are great.

We had an extended "vacation" due to our evacuation for Hurricane Ida. Our property manager was the best in assisting us in our housing. The condo was fabulous. The extra small kitchen appliances was a luxury...k-cup coffee maker and a crockpot. The cookware didn't look like much but cooked like a charm. And there were LOTS of dishes and utensils.

This condo is spectacular. Easily housed our group of ten made up of three families for a graduation celebration/family reunion. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. The condo was clean and well maintained. The view over the sand dunes and the inland waterways was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will book again!
For future renters: I always pack kitchen items I will need during the week and extra TP, paper towels and garbage bags. This trip I did not need my kitchen items, but we did need TP, papertowels and garbage bags. I recommend you do the same or expect to buy them locally.

We had a lovely time in this condo that VERY comfortably housed 10 of us. It is a lovely unit. It is up high and in large building- typical of the area- so you have to carry everything up elevators all the time, which was fine for all of us. The beds were comfortable, but very squeaky when you move. The cleaning provisions could have been more ample- eg extra trash bags and paper towels. But overall this was a lovely place to stay on beautiful Orange Beach!!

We absolutely loved our experience during our stay! We didn't want to leave. Property was excellent and accommodated our handicapped child who is in a wheelchair 100%. We had 8 people in our family and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the easy access to the beach, lazy river and pools. We will definitely recommend this property and we definitely will return! Thank you so much for making our vaca experience outstanding!

When you look up beachfront properties in VRBO this unit comes up. However, it does not face the ocean. The description mentions "north facing unit" but neglects to inform that it overlooks the roof below. And the pics that include the balcony does not show the view either. Obviously they dont want to highlight that. Otherwise it was a decent property. No room in cabinets for food.TONS of cookware and dishes took up all the cabinet space. Beds are very loud. They creak with any movement. Other than that the property is decent.

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix West II but we did have a couple complaints. Starting with the elevators. Property has 6 elevators and only 4 were working during our stay. Being that we were on the 18th floor it made our elevator wait time about 30 minutes each time we needed to use it. Very frustrating! We also had towels that had so much lent on them that after we showered our bodies were covered in balls and strings of lent. We washed and dried our towels hoping that it would help and it did not. I had to clean the dryer lent trap out 4 times on one cycle because of the lent in the trap (fire hazard)! Lent was everywhere on everything and everyone!
Other than those two complaints the Condo, pool area, and property were very nice! We will be back hopefully next year! Thanks for a great week in Orange Beach!

Our stay was wonderful and the Phoenix Staff was amazing. The condo inside did need some upkeep but if privately owned it needed some maintenance on the major appliances. The plastic bins in the refrigerator was broken. Top rack in dishwasher was broken. Ceramic tiles on kitchen floor broken. We did clean kitchen before using. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our holiday. We will rent from Phoenix again! ☺️
