Oasis 211

It was a very clean condo that worked out great for our families! It was in a great location within the building so you could view the pickle ball courts and basketball courts. The condo had everything we need for a
Week stay. I give it 10!

We experienced the history making 8” of snow while we were there. We stayed in a few days but we’re very comfortable during our entire stay. We needed to stay some additional days and our host was very accommodating. That was really appreciated. The condo is an exceptionally nice one and we really enjoyed staying there.

We loved the location, size and space for our large family gathering. Controlling the temperature was a challenge. It seemed we were too hot or too cold the entire stay. There are 2 units and we could not get them in sync for a consistent temperature.

Great place and as described. One of the nicest we’ve stayed at while in the gulf shores/orange beach area. The balcony is amazing and great for our little grandkids to run around. Only issue was with the two competing thermostats. Either the bedrooms were really warm or an icebox. Never could figure out why.

211 is a spacious clean comfortable condo. The bedroom with the full and queen bed in it is TIGHT however for a family of four, know that going into it. (Parents and young children.) Patio furniture is comfortable and in great shape. Kitchen is stocked with essentials. Two coffee pits, a regular drip pot and a mid size Keurig. The biggest drawback with this resort is, of course, the parking which sorely needs to be addressed. The new addition of the oasis bar and adult pool is wonderful with the exception that you are not allowed to bring in your own drinks in the adult pool section is selfish, after all you have already paid resort fees included with your condo. I must say, security was a little lax around the slide. Leave it to the kids to ignore ALL the rules as soon as there is no attendant. Thankfully, there were no injuries and eventually this was rectified. My contact for rental was superb and renting from Phoenix Rentals LLC was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I never felt forgotten and absolutely everything was done just as promised from deposit to final payment, access etc. Having said that, bulbs in the overhead microwave should be replaced as the black touchpad on the stove cannot be seen at night. I also politely ask that you adjust the parking for a FOUR BR condo. It should at the very least be guaranteed for 3 vehicles on property especially since outings always require a car for travel. Very little is within walking distance and a four lane highway to cross without crossings is frightening to say the least!

I would highly recommend this Gulf Shores vacation rental! This was our second time staying in this wonderful rental, and it just keeps getting better. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere. The beachfront location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico right from our balcony. The amenities provided made our stay comfortable and convenient, and the attention to detail by the property management team was truly appreciated. We enjoyed lazy mornings on the sandy shores and evenings watching the sunset from our own private oasis. This rental has become our go-to spot for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway, and we can't wait to return for a third time. It's the perfect place to make lasting beach vacation memories!

I’ve been on countless beach vacations and unit 211 at Phoenix West II is hands down the best condo I’ve stayed in. We were on a girls trip and this unit was so spacious both inside and out that you would never know there were 10 adults there. Everything that you could need was provided and parking was super convenient. Did I mention gorgeous, 211 is a mix of luxury and comfort....simply perfect!!

We chose the 211 Unit for its 4BR and 2nd Floor location. A spacious layout with an extra large balcony. Why wait for the elevator when a set of stairs are right outside your front door. Even better for loading and unloading your vehicle if you can secure a parking space on the 2nd level. Plenty of seating areas in the living room, a large dining table so the entire family can eat together, and possibly the most comfortable bedding I’ve experienced at a beach condo.

This condo was the perfect place for our children and their families. We had three small children with us, and the condo was spacious for everyone. The layout was perfect. The place was stocked with games, cooking equipment, and spices. It also had boxed fans which help with noises when little ones are napping. Our condo was very cold. I would book this condo again, and I highly recommend it.

What a lovely time we had in 211! Every staff member we came in contact with was friendly and happy to see us. We always love our time at Phoenix West II, and 211 was absolutely gorgeous!

We enjoyed every thing about the stay except 45 dollars extra for parking after we paid the rental cost

Excellent Condo with luxurious furnishings. Property was very clean and provided easy access to the beach and all other amenities.
Bedrooms did not cool as well as the common areas.

We took all of our grown children for the 1st time!! This condo was amazing!! It had everything we needed!! We will definitely stay here again!!

Overall the experience felt like home away from home. However, there were a few key items that grossed us out. The first one being when we arrived we found blood stains on 2 beds. I called and informed about the one and new sheets were supposed to have come, but no one ever showed up to change them. So, I never even called about the other bed because the initial response was "I'm sure they are clean but just stained." No offense, but when you pay this kind of money for a place, no one should be sleeping in blood stained sheets.

We love Orange beach! Been vacationing there for the last 10 years. This unit we have rented now two years in a row. Very neat, spacious and comfortable! Well stocked by owner pertaining to pots, pans, silverware, etc. The only issue we have had is at times it is tough to keep kool.

This is an awesome condo. The location is perfect. We took our children and grandchildren, and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need. Our grandchildren loved the lazy river and the slide. We loved the location of the condo because we could take the stairs straight down to the pool and beach. I would have to say that this condo checks all the boxes.

When we entered our vacation condo our hearts leaped with joy. What an amazing condo. We had everything we needed to make our vacation absolutely perfect. The staff is kind and helpful. We were overjoyed with all the amenities available to us.

Unit 211 is a large, beautiful condo overlooking the splash pad and the outdoor swimming pool that is ideal for families that prefer taking stairs instead of riding elevators!

Very nice. Great deck and view. There was some construction and the grills are charcoal, not gas.

I was a little weary that I had made a poor choice in booking after reading a terrible recent review which was posted after I confirmed our booking. This condo is anything but what was written in that review! I have absolutely no complaints. The washer/dryer worked/were effective, and the condo was spotless. The weather during our stay required us to use heat at night and air conditioning during the day. These both worked perfectly. Balcony is huge. The condo’s second floor location is heavenly as u do not have to take elevators.
If you have already booked or even thinking of booking a reservation, please rest assured that this condo is perfect! The previous review should be taken down as it is not founded and makes potential renters weary!

Overall this was a great stay. There were a few hiccups but for the most part the accommodations were what we expected

We loved the condo. The space was large enough for 10 to comfortably stay, and the balcony was great! There were some negatives, however. This unit did not provide any rental beach chairs, which was unusual for most rentals at this price. We rented six chairs and three umbrellas. The staff places them so close to other guests that all of the umbrellas were touching. There was no room to even walk through. Parking was another issue. I’ve stayed all over the Gulf Coast and have never had to pay for parking when I rented a condo. We also were only allowed to park two vehicles on site. Our third vehicle was parked several miles away at a rental site that was just an open field. While we loved the unit, we won’t be back.

Very nice property. Location in complex made it easy to get to beach. Great view from balcony which was very large. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could want. All TV's were smart TV's with netflix but if you have kids that watch Disney you will need to bring a ROKU or Fire Stick. Only negatives were all of the King beds had very soft mattresses that were not comfortable if you are used to a firm mattress. Also the floors were not very clean upon arrival. Could have been mopped better. Overall we had a great stay.
