Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 55'' in the master, 44'' in the 2nd bedroom and 44'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq. ft condo. The south gulf facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds. There are two twin rollaway beds providing sleeping accommodations for 10. Each bedroom has its own adjoining full bath with granite counter tops and an extra full bath off the hallway. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs!! You have covered parking in the garage. There is a state of the art fitness room on the 15th floor with incredible views of the beach and another two hot tubs and saunas on the 14th floor! There are six main elevators at the property for your use, please keep in mind wait times can be lengthly during check in times in the summer season.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

We were in town for a softball tournament, and could not have had a more perfect place to enjoy our 'down time'. Between the property's beach access, and the pools, and the proximity to shopping and restaurants, it really made our stay an amazing experience. And when the weather wasn't great, it was so nice to have a comfortable indoor option to hang out. The only negative is that the elevators can take a long time during check in time and parking is definitely limited. That, however, is not something that the condo owners would have any control over, and I'm only mentioning it here so that renters are aware they will need to be patient. In my opinion, this condo and the amenities are awesome, and more than make up for any small inconveniences with elevators and parking. Highly recommend and would definitley rent this place again!

Spent a wonderful week at Orange Beach. The only hiccup was the elevator situation on arrival which was beyond frustrating. Condo was clean and very nice. The front desk “lady” was also another blemish on this week vacation. She definitely needs to find a job outside customer service.

The property was very nice and communication with management was excellent. Perfect for our family with lots of space. We loved all of the amenities and the indoor pool saved the day for the few days when it rained. Can't wait to come back!
