Oasis 2416, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2416
This is a north facing unit but still has beach views from the huge Master Bedroom and balcony off living room.
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated four bedroom, five bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. This unit was just recently decorated on 5/15/17 and never rented until NOW !!
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large master bedroom has great views of the beach, incredible to wake up to!!
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a King bed, there are two queens in the bedroom and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed for sleeping up to 10.
For your convenience we have installed a key-less entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is also a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West II 2416 - the condo was beautiful and spacious for our part of 8 adults. Wanted to give a should out to Julie @Phoenix Rentals- she was on top of customer service. We had a few issues with the washing machine that were addressed immediately as well as a few other minor issues.

Rental was easy. Directions clear and well communicated for check-in and check-out. There were some minor issues with shower heads in two of the showers. They were cracked and water sprayed out from the stem/head. Other small issues - light out, handle off closet door, batteries dead in remote; were all fixed the next day after notification. All in all a great stay! Loved the large master/master bathroom. Only missing a on the beach view.

The only issue I have with this complex is with the elevator wait time. Plan accordingly... There is ALWAYS a long wait for the elevators and when they do arrive on your floor they will be full. Many of the guests rode any elevator that came up or down to have a chance of getting to the floor they needed. With people using the shopping carts to carry coolers, groceries, luggage the elevators fill up quickly and are probably over weight limits.
Would also recommend on an onsite store or snack bar. They would make a fortune!

Fully stocked with everything you could think of. The indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad and lazy river made for a great time with the young kids. Large room, fit three families comfortably. There are FIVE full bathrooms in this condo. The amenities were luxurious. The view from the balcony was amazing. It is no more than a five minute drive to restaurants and gift shops in Gulf Shores and Orange is about a Two minute drive to the state park and pier. Parking is covered and your car never gets hot. Six elevators made getting into your room a breeze. It was just a short trip to the beach. The pool is open late for your enjoyment. Just can't say enough great things about this place!

I did not like the beach area - too crowded (too many “blue chairs/umbrellas”) and not much room for our chairs. But overall the renting and our stay was absolutely wonderful!! We were a little hesitent to rent a North Facing unit but it was cheaper and this unit looked so nice online that we took our chances and boy are we glad we did! This place is fantastic. The views are incredible and the condo is HUGE. We have stayed at West II before and I don't remember the other rooms being this big so this place must have a unique layout different from the other condos because it was VERY large. We had enough room to spread out and totally relax. The huge dining table was nice. We had room for all of the adults and we'd put the kids at the bar. It was so nice to cook in and really enjoy our time together. We love Phoenix West II. It has a great heated indoor pool so we were able to keep enjoying our trip even on the days it rained which seemed like every day for at least some portion of the day. This unit is really well stocked, very clean (I don't think anyone has ever even stayed here before) and beautifully decorated. Phoenix Rentals was amazing to work with. They made everything so easy. We will be staying here again for sure!

It has a great heated indoor pool so we were able to keep enjoying our trip even on the days it rained which seemed like every day for at least some portion of the day. This unit is really well stocked, very clean (I don't think anyone has ever even stayed here before) and beautifully decorated. Phoenix Rentals was amazing to work with. They made everything so easy. We will be staying here again for sure!

We were a little hesitent to rent a North Facing unit but it was cheaper and this unit looked so nice online that we took our chances and boy are we glad we did! This place is fantastic. The views are incredible and the condo is HUGE. We have stayed at West II before and I don't remember the other rooms being this big so this place must have a unique layout different from the other condos because it was VERY large. We had enough room to spread out and totally relax. The huge dining table was nice. We had room for all of the adults and we'd put the kids at the bar. It was so nice to cook in and really enjoy our time together. We love Phoenix West II. There was 7 of us. We had a great time. The only issue was i thought the pool seemed very cloudy and the hot tubs were not working very well.
