Oasis 2705

Overall condo was perfect. It would be nice if the condo provided a few more basic things for the beach. Even if it's a discount on chairs like stay 7 nights get a day pass for chairs. $45 per day is high. I use to not mind $20 per day but I'm not paying $45 per day. Other then that the condo is great.

This was our second stay in this unit! Very well appointed. Bedrooms are spacious as are the bathrooms! We stayed for 8 weeks. The view is amazing and patio area is heavenly. We will be back!

Location was great and the Condo was fantastic. Kitchen could be better stocked with essentials but that is the only complaint. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had zero problems with the unit, it was clean and very comfortable.

As many others complain about, the elevators are VERY slow. If you are staying in a higher condo, there is no "Let me run up to the room real quick". It was an average of 20 mins if you needed to go up or down.

We will stay here again :)

We had a nice stay. The pools were not heated outside and the inside pool had a ton of chlorine so that was the only complaint. The elevator broke down for almost 2 hours so that was a little frustrating. The floors of the condo seemed dirty when we got there. Otherwise it was a nice stay and nicely furnished condo. Fit our family well.

Awesome view of ocean from unit. Unit was nicely decorated ....could use a little touch up here and there but that comes with rental properties. The property was very nice but has a lot of wasted space and could benefit from an on-site restaurant. Children had fun at the indoor pool and enjoyed playing table tennis.

We really enjoyed our stay in 2705 unit of Phoenix West II. Very well stocked kitchen. The only thing missing was a working can opener and a colander. Otherwise, great! Everything was very clean except the stained white couch. It probably needs replaced with something other than cloth as I’m sure people aren’t as careful with it as they should be. Overall, great place! We will be back next year!

Highs: The unit floor plan was great and well decorated. The view was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Lows: The couch needs to be professionally cleaned and the pull out bed is very uncomfortable. Mold was around the vent in the master bathroom. In the hall bathroom, the toilet paper holder was missing the center part that holds the paper. Several kitchen utensils were dirty, in the drawer. One of the cookie sheets had baked on debris. I scrubbed it with an SOS pad (that I brought) before I could use it. The owners of the unit have a beautiful place. However, they may need to check on their cleaning service. Also, another problem, at no fault of the owners, was the elevator nightmare. We had to wait 10-20 minutes or longer to acquire one. I'll blame it on PEAK SEASON with everyone going up and down with their beach wagons and carts.

It was a great stay. The only thing I can say was our units carpet and upholstery needed cleaning badly. And it didn’t have a pantry for our food. But other than that the property was great! We used every amenity the complex had to offer.

I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN! Excellent location. We liked to visit the FloraBama and the Wharf. 15 minutes or less from both. Close to great restaurants. This rental is beautiful decorated, very costal chic!

The vacation rental was amazing we loved how much space there was and each bedroom having their own bathroom was amazing. We absolutely loved the ice machine in the kitchen!!! We had the best time. It was clean when we checked in. The only neg I can say is that the carpet is pretty warm down But it’s nice to have because of all the sand that comes up with you from the beach. And the washer makes a very loud noise on spin like it’s unbalanced we called to have someone look at it and he just said to do a smaller load but it make the same racket on a small load. Such a miner thing tho. We had the best week and will be back.

Our unit was as listed. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped. Property was very nice and we enjoyed the indoor pool!

We book this trip with friends to celebrate my wife’s b- day, the views were amazing, the condo was pretty great and roomy for everyone. Had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again.

Nice rooms, very nice pools, good beach. Kitchen adequate (needs a scrub sponge). Had a question about he fridge(ice maker). Staff promptly checked it out.

Overall a good experience. Some issues that need improvement. Biggest disappointment was having a promise that lazy river / water slide would be available no later than March 15. Grandkids from MO disappointed left on March 20 and lazy river still not available.
