We love staying at Phoenix West II. The beach access is great. The lazy river is very relaxing. Music is family friendly. Nice pickleball courts. The view is awesome. The beach patrol guys are very friendly. The only downside are the elevators at busy times like check out. We loved the unit we stayed in because it had beds to sleep 12.

It was an easy process booking our unit. Julia was wonderful to work with. The unit coffee pot was missing, she went out and purchased a new coffee maker the next day. The Fitness Center was very nice, wish it opened earlier in the morning, like 6:00am. All the facilities were well maintained. Very clean and beach was beautiful.

The unit glows: bed configuration was perfect for our family situation, easy access to elevators/beach, quiet, sectional provided a nice hangout, patio furniture gave everyone a seat, beautiful view.
The unit grows: curtain rod in master needs to be rehung, mirror leaning against wall in master (though stylish) could pose a hazard to smaller children, no potholders, could use more forks, a laundry basket would help families transfer laundry from washer/dryer to rooms, low lighting-moved a lamp from the entry to the bunkbed room for reading, would have liked to have a had a broom for quick clean up.

Regarding the condo property, the Phoenix West II has a great outdoor pool, lazy river, and so many other amenities that are easy to access and well-maintained. I recommend that you not use the "community beach storage" because some of our items were borrowed and two chairs were stolen. Disappointing, but we learned our lesson. It would be great if there was a way to keep those things locked because it would be very handy. I would have liked to have seen more security present in the pool areas. Though others complained about the elevators in previous reviews, we didn't have one problem with them. If you bike, the bike trail access is 1/2 mile down the road so that's a great convenience.

The property manager, Julia, was great! We had a leak in the sink (garbage disposal, I think) and it was fixed immediately. Julia made herself available and provided information in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West II. The condo was everything we hoped it would and there was plenty of room for my family.
The condo was clean with the exception of under the sectional sofa there was dirt, sand, and crayons from previous renters. The chairs at the table were wobbly and the bench seat cover needed to be washed.
With that being said, we will definitely be back.

The elevator wait time will stop us from ever staying here again. We waited 1 1/2hrs to get an elevator and our family had to all split up and go to different floors to finally be able to get on one to take us to our condo. (We were on the 30th floor so the stairs going up with luggage was not an option) We did have to end up taking the stairs down once though.... The elevators are our only complaint.

The overall experience was great from the booking, to checking in, the stay, and everything in between! The only thing is the elevators, sometimes there is a long wait, especially when everyone is getting off the beach at the same time! But we loved this place and will definitely be back!

This condo was exactly like pictured. We saw dolphins and rays everyday from the balcony. It was peaceful and personally we had no issues with elevator waits which we had noticed issues in prior reviews. It was an amazing place for our family vacation and love the kids bunk room. The slide was only functioning for 2 of the 7 days but hopefully is fixed going forward. We enjoyed renting a pontoon with a slide, golfing as well as putt putt golf, Alligator Alley, Dels ice cream, lots of good food and crab hunting at night.

Our family and another stayed in this lovely condo for a few days after Christmas and loved it! The condo had everything we needed and was exactly as pictured. The views were amazing and the huge, indoor heated pool was perfect for the children. We would definitely stay here again!
