Unit 310 is one of a kind and at the best location in the building! Perfectly located on the 3rd floor where you’re steps away from parking and steps away from sand! Don’t want to wait on an elevator to get to the pools or the beach? No problem: one flight of the steps puts you in the lobby and another gets you to the sun!
With new owners since mid-2022, Unit 310 has been thoroughly refreshed and updated throughout! Floor-to-ceiling windows in the beach-facing living room reveal breathtaking views of the shore and sand, sure to inspire a sigh and a smile as you unwind and relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The large balcony brings you closer to the waves crashing on the beach and has seating for 6 and room for those necessary beach toys! Back inside, the fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is complimented by a wet-bar and ice-maker for added convenience. You and your crew can relax in the living room area with ample seating and stretch-out options in front of the 60'' HD TV or rest in the semi-private sitting area equipped with a sleeper sofa and lounge chair. Beautifully appointed and designed for your comfort, this three bedroom, four bath condo offers a retreat for all visitors and has become a home away from home for our repeat visitors.
The condo's master bedroom has a new king bed, updated furniture appointments and a 50” HD TV. The walk-in closet, oversized shower with dual shower heads and jacuzzi tub provide the type of escape you expect, and those perks you deserve!
Additional guests have a choice between two other well equipped rooms. The condo’s 2nd bedroom has two new matching queens, an oversized full bathroom and a 48” HD TV, and has been redecorated to remind you of the beach life that awaits just outside those doors. The 3rd bedroom offers two double/full-size beds and a twin, all three of them new and matching the beach motif, a 48” HD TV, and a full bathroom as well. An additional full bath and complete laundry room including washer and dryer are located in the long corridor entry hallway.
For your convenience, this condo is equipped with a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Outside of your unit on the Oasis property you have so many options! Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. Or, head to the private beach area where you can rent chairs and umbrellas in case you didn’t bring your own. Too much sun or weather not cooperating? The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days while near the indoor pool you will also find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage and since this unit is on the 3rd floor, you’re only steps away from your parking spot!
Speaking of parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Condo is clean, well maintained and has a great view. We were unaware of the construction going (new pool, restaurant, etc.) on just below until a few weeks prior, but the additional pool will be nice! However, the lack of grills available during the construction was a downside. We also had our wagon stolen outside of our door, so you may want to consider bringing them in. The theft is our fault as we left it outside the condo so we didn’t track sand throughout... Lesson learned, but not a fault of the owner! Overall great condo and would consider returning in the future.

This was our second stay in this unit. Fits our needs for three families with eleven perfectly. Great location right on the beach. Only negative was the tile floors in the unit could use a good cleaning. Also the property should have some kind of recycling on site.

This was a great condo at a great location. We loved the pool situations (indoor and outdoor plus several hot tubs) but the crowning jewel was the lazy river and awesome slide. Our kids went down hundreds of times. The walk to the beach was short and the walkway itself was a great and the material didn’t burn feet and had several sprayers. You had the option of beach service right in front though we brought our own chairs. This condo was very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you would need. It felt spacious in the living area and bathrooms. One of our favorite areas was the balcony. It was ideal for our less mobile grandmother to sit and watch the ocean and see the kids at the pool. Nice to have chairs and a table to
Enjoy the ocean with lunch. Overall we felt everything was very clean and well maintained and we would stay again.

The condo was absolutely perfect! Spacious, clean and fully stocked! We loved the location, walking distance to bike rental, ice cream, breakfast and restaurants. You can’t beat the view from the balcony! The complex is large but very clean and easy to use! We got a lot of use out of the pools!

Great location--quiet and no elevator needed. Best equipped kitchen ever. 2 BR do not match pics. 1 BR has 2 queen beds. 1 BR has 2 full and 1 twin and is very crowded. Lots of seating and dining options. Plenty of hot water! Lazy River never cleaned during our week. Saw cleaners around pool area once. Smokers do not obey rules. Parking Levels 1 & 2 not allowed for guests. 5* for condo but 3* for overall facility due to issues described. This was our 5th visit to PWII.

Just as described. Plenty of room for our group of 11. Water slide was a huge hit with the grandkids(4 under 4 yrs old).First time for the beach for them. Only negative I have is the parking garage is super tight for bigger vehicles. I would definitely return.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated, comfortable with plenty of room to move around. At first there were no kitchen towels but that was quickly fixed with a phone call. Loved the area with good restaurants nearby. Would definitely return.

This condo is a perfect location! It is on the 3rd floor, which is super convenient to run up the stairs to the room and not have to wait for the elevators. It looks directly over the pool area and SPECTACULAR views. Words can hardly describe the view. There is plenty of room for family fun and everyone to have their own space. The condo was clean. The mattresses could definitely be replaced with better quality and more linens. Julia was super accessible and friendly! I would highly recommend this condo.
