Beautiful unit we had a wonderful time! Would rent again!

This property is phenomenal. We have been here many times, but love - love - love the views from the 31st floor. The lazy river was how we spent most of our time...and then onto the hot tubs before heading upstairs. Balcony dining also a plus.

Unit was great, beach was great!! Front desk late evening was rude, same thing happened first time we stayed. Went back down during the morning shift and had wonderful, polite, accommodating service! I wish I knew her name.. I would list and recommend asking for her. Not enough elevators all the wasted space could be used for escalators or another bank of elevators for 1-12 floors. I am sure that isn’t something new.

Family Thanksgiving tradition vacation. The unit was mostly clean except for the ceiling fans but that was an easy fix. Had plenty of kitchen amenities & the Margaritaville Margarita Machine was a nice touch in the bar area. The Dish TV in the living room was missing some channels (AMC, ESPN 2) but the other 3 had them all. The internet wifi on the 31st floor was adequate for being that high so the only real complaint was the constant knocking noise from the elevator cables. Nothing can be done about that but overall it was a very pleasant stay. Looking forward to next year.

We have booked through Cayce & Phoenix Vacation Rentals for around 12 yrs now & we are always pleased. Our room at PW II 3106 did not disappoint. It was clean, in great shape & they even had games for the family to play. Cayce & his staff are great to work with. Even with all the rain this year, they ordered up perfect weather for us...very impressed! As always, thanks for helping make our vacation great!

Our family of 3 generations had a fun filled 5 days at Orange Beach. Everything was as described. Beautiful condo. Thank you sooo much!!

The rental unit itself was perfect. Very nice and clean. Gorgeous views from the 31st floor. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the elevators at Phoenix West II are a nightmare. I was hoping it would not be that bad, but it was. Perhaps it was worse being memorial Weekend, but regardless Phoenix should have designed this better having 32 floors. If we were able to get an elevator to come up to our floor with enough space, then it would stop on every single floor on the way down. Coming back from the beach between 4:00-6:00 was awful. The line to get on an elevator was wrapped around the side of the indoor pool. Do not check in during that time either because you will never get an empty elevator from all the beach people coming in on the 1st floor and parking floors 3-12.

Besides the elevator, it was a great unit and property was nice. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would risk staying there again unless they added elevators meant for certain floors or just more in general.
