Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows, raised ceilings and breath taking views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. The kitchen is decked out with granite countertops, custom cabinetry and all items for cooking. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a king bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 10.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. There is also a large state of the art exercise room. You have covered parking in the garage.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $45 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West II guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The views from this condo are incredible. It’s on the 31st floor. It was wonderful to sit out on the spacious balcony and watch the ocean from so high up. We could see sting rays every morning swimming along the beach. The clouds floated past the unit. It was incredible. The unit could use a little bit of attention as far as cleaning the the furniture. Also, if you like to cook, it lacks some supplies. Orange beach was also very nice. This was the first time we’ve been to the area. The beaches had very soft white sand and were very clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time at Orange Beach and we will be back and definitely stay here again. The Condo was in a great location. The hospitality was amazing. Very family oriented and very kid friendly. The condo was very spacious, very clean, no complaints at all. Love Phoenix West II and looking forward to coming back!!

Adults & kids enjoyed the beach, lazy river, pool, basketball courts & tennis courts. The ice maker in our unit was not working & the repairman was out to fix it the next day & gave us a great restaurant recommendation.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The views were gorgeous. Being on the 31st floor, we were concerned about the elevators. We seldom had to wait long even with the social distancing. Enjoyed the lazy river, the cafe and the corral where we could leave our beach chairs/umbrellas until the next day. We would stay here again!!

This property met all of our needs. Beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was nicely furnished and the onsite staff was responsive to our questions and needs. Phoenix Rentals/Julia Ayers did a great job communicating in advance on things to know and she was also responsive to various questions we had due to Covid related issues. Overall, great trip an we plan to return.

Wonderful condo, 31st floor view, well furnished Only issue is that there is absolutely nothing supplied. I think that for such an expensive rate they should supply, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, more that 1 roll of TP, coffee filters and other basis supplies. I will check this unit 1st if I stay at PWII again.

Fantastic views and great amenities at the facility. Weather was great and not too crowded, a really perfect time to go with small children. The condo is clean and comfortable, and has everything you would need for a short stay. Would recommend this to anyone!
