This unit is perfectly located on the 5th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door!! Why wait for elevators to go to the beach or pools when you can easily take the stairs down two flights.
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, three bedroom, four bath condo. Unit 506 is one of a kind and at the best location in the building. The condo offers a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 50'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has amazing floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed, the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds for sleeping up to 8.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Enjoy a swim in the large lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Rental unit was as described. Access to parking garage was excellent. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids. Wet bar was nice to have. Would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a good family vacation spot.

Condo was very nice. Gorgeous views. Plenty of room for our family of five adults and four grandkids. Easy beach access. Kids loved the pool and slide and lazy river. Parking garage under repair so has to use different levels to park but only a minor inconvenience. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return

Very nice condo. Property has an amazing parking garage, good security. Pool and lazy river was good. They have carts on each floor the bring your things in which is a huge help. People are friendly. The only draw back was we had 3 smokers and they had to go downstairs, but we totally understand why there is the rule. Overall great experience.

We travel heavy. We have 5 kids ranging from two year old twins to 23. My husband, my mother and a babysitter.
This was perfect. Lots of room. The beach access is so easy - we have someone handicap and they actually got on the beach with their being no stairs. It was clean. And we would definitely book here again. 10 out of 10.

We loved our stay!!!
We had an amazing week with our children and grandchildren at the Phoenix West II. We stayed in unit 506 which was very comfortable, clean and spacious for 6 adults and two children. We loved the beach area, pools, pickle ball courts, and location! The only negative we experienced was the pool area construction project, but a good reason to visit again next year to see the new improvements!
