A great stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break stay here. Check in and out was super easy. Communication was great. We were traveling with multiple families in multiple units and it was a great set up! The unit was clean and well cared form the only recommendation I would have is to add a few more pans for those of us who like to cook. Thank you!

This is our second year at Orange Beach and our first at Phoenix West II. This will be our go to place from now on. It was clean and well stocked. We had a few issues that were immediately addressed by the leasing agent. The fifth floor is perfect.

We started renting from Phoenix Rentals about 8 years ago. Have rented in Phoenix West 2 through Julia starting 7 years ago. She is the greatest! Very cooperative, responsive and always helpful. Can't say enough good things about her. We have rented 3 different units in PW2 and each has had pluses and minuses. We are in our 2nd year in our current unit and have booked it for next year. Overall, very satisfied.

This large unit was a perfect location for our family get-together. The check in process was smooth and hassle free. The unit was comfortable, clean, large and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the unit is a perfect location within the building. The management was responsive to our questions and the parking was very convenient. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and plenty of places to visit within a short drive. The beach was very nice and was kept clean. All in all we would stay here again.

The condo exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, provided plenty of space for my family of 5, and was equipped with everything that we needed. The ocean view was breathtaking and the condo is conveniently located by restaurants and stores. It was so nice having enough space and bathrooms for everyone. When you have 3 daughters, having their own space to get ready in is a big deal. We hope to come back again soon!!!

Very easy reservation and check in process. Property is well maintained and stocked. Rented chairs from Ike's Beach Services; staff very attentive and helpful. Easy access to restaurants, grocery shopping, and other activities. According to info in unit, the snack area poolside should have been open for season, but it was not. This did not change our opinion of our stay, but was curious as to why it wasn't open.

I have been going somewhere for spring break for over 6 years and this is by far the nicest condo I have stayed in. Not only was it spacious and wonderfully decorated, it was CLEAN. I so appreciate how clean it was. Hoping to be back!!!

We loved this condo! We loved the location on the 5th floor and really didn’t have any elevator wait times. The condo was plenty stocked which makes you feel right at home. It’s very spacious so everyone can have their own space. It’s very kid friendly and they loved the inside pool/hot tubs as well as the outside pool, lazy river, splash pad & water slide. We decided this trip to just rent our chairs/umbrella and the beach boy was just amazing and very attentive. We can’t wait to come back to OB. We love Phoenix West II.

Wonderful condo for our girls getaway! Will stay there again.

More than what i was expecting booking again

My family enjoyed the condo, it was clean and spacious. What was great was my elderly parents were able to sit on the 5th floor balcony and enjoy all the beach action right from comfortable seats! We were able to park on the 5th floor majority of the time and a couple of late night attempts at parking had us going to the next level but dropping off the parents at our condo level was still exactly what we required and no issues ever came up. We did not have issues with the elevators, was able to get right on and off with minimal wait. Cleaning teams were witnessed around the pools every morning and the stairwell smelled of bleach cleaning, we were good with that. Lazy river and pool are very busy, but we enjoyed them and suggest you bring your own tube if you want exclusive use. Security was also observed making the rounds, everyone I witnessed seemed to be enjoying their stay.

Loved the unit we stayed in!! Loved all the amenities!! Hope to stay again soon!!

Overall it was a great experience. We loved the location of the room and 5th floor so we didn’t have to use the elevator and could do stairs. We wish there would have been more pots/ pans and maybe an air fryer would have made cooking things easier. The main king bed was terrible! Sank on the edges. The place was clean and well kept.

Great time with our family. We always stay at Phoenix West II. Condo is perfect for our family. We love Orange Beach and the convenience to everything. Will be back next year!

We will be doing this again. We had family in from Michigan and Louisiana.
Easy access to beach, pools and vehicle. The location to the grocery store was good also, just a hop skip and jump to them.
Our only recommendation is to change the mattresses.

I vacation on the beach between Gulf Shores and Destin a few times a year and have stayed in a lot of different places, everything from a large free standing homes to small hotels and all kinds of condos in between. This is on the list of best places. I highly recommend it for all these reasons:Convenient parking and super easy loading and unloading of all the beach supplies;
beautiful view from the condo;
indoor, outdoor and lazy river;
the walkway to the beach and how truly close you are to the water...
There might be more reasons but trust me, it's a great condo.
