We are snowbirds and this unit is the one we rent from Jan 3 to March 9 each year. It is in good shape when we come in and we leave it likewise when we leave. Julia at Phenix Rentas is efficient and gives good service.

The location and view were great. Enjoyed the sunrise/sunset and watching dolphins from our balcony. Check-in and check-out were easy. Everything was as pictured on the website. Great place for a relaxing vacation.

Great experience - room was great, had all the amenities that were needed within the kitchen area. Grand-Kids especially enjoyed the pool areas, spending plenty of time in the lazy river. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Phoenix West II. Our family loves the lazy river!! The check-in & check-out procedure was very easy & convenient. There were lots of near-by restaurants & shops. I'm glad that you are building a couple of pickleball courts! The staff that we interacted with were all very polite & helpful. Our unit was clean, but the balcony was very slippery.

This was our first time to vacation in Orange Beach, AL but will definitely not be our last. If only the weather had cooperated, our trip would have been PERFECT!! The condo was perfect for our family of 8 and was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Located perfectly for the beach, pool and fitness areas. Will hopefully be able to use this rental again and would definitely give the property 5 Stars :)

Overall accommodations were great. The huge indoor pool should have been warmer but maybe the low pool temperature was due to the unusual extreme cold outside temperature. There was a sand burr between the sheet and mattress in the master bed which we removed the next morning. Wished there was a tea pot in the kitchen.

nice place. the elevators definitely need attention. our screen door was off the tracks. overall very satisfied. good time.

This place was beautiful! Loved the view, the decor, the layout. Everything was clean & lovely. Staying on the 7th floor was a huge plus because we didn’t have issues with the elevator. The only thing we found disappointing was there was no welcome/snack basket, no coffee/k-cup, not a snack to speak of. There was an empty basket on the kitchen counter. A little disappointing but everything else was amazing!

The condo was nice & clean. However, it is a bit dated & the glass coffee table is a hazard. Two people ran into it & had a shin injury & a knee injury. The rugs in the entry hall are dirty & unnecessary. The mats in the main bath could be discarded too. It’s cleaner to use the white, cotton mats that are provided. We have owned a condo @ West & we know what renters want. Thank you.

Our owner has been good to us, nice condo #709 and some new furniture a yr ago. The building staff is competent despite the setbacks of 2 hurricanes and hail damage. We are snowbirds. We are gentle on the condo and leave it as we found it.

There were 7 of us all adults, We thoroghly enjoyed our stay.

We have used Phoenix Rentals the past two years for our Fall beach vacation. They were extremely helpful finding us a replacement room after Hurricane Sandy caused damage to our condo right before we were to arrive. They were able to find us an equally nice condo in another complex that fit our families' needs. We used them again this year and management did an excellent job of again meeting our needs. They don't usually answer the phone but do get back to you very quickly. They also met our extra requirements due to COVID conditions and our senior family members arriving early. We will definitely use them again next year. The only reason we did not give our specific condo 5 stars was only because the two queen beds in one of the guests rooms have a horrible squeek to them which kept family members from sleeping well. Other than that the condo was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Hope this review helps you.

I was very pleased with the accommodations

Loved our stay. Able to park on the same floor as our 7th floor condo which made loading & unloading a breeze! Really liked the Trex style patio furniture on the deck; table could sit 6 plus there were two rocking chairs. The Phoenix amenities are well kept and clean (indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, common areas). Great location, 5-10 minute drive to a Walmart, Lartigues Fish Market, & a number of restaurants. Really a great condo that can easily house 2 families with kids.

We had another great visit to Orange Beach. The condo was very nice and we loved the new furniture in the living room. We had a small problem with the sliding door going out to the deck but it was taken care of in short order by Phoenix Rentals. Great folks to work with. Loved going to our favorite restaurant Flora Bama Yacht Club.

Rented three units. Staff helpful.Had a problem with under counter lighting which was taken care of in short order. Checking out @ 10AM was tough (3 units) but Cayce helped us get through it. We've done this for the last ten years! Need blackout shades for corridor bed rooms.

Great condo. Love that each bedroom has private bath. Furniture very good and outdoor furniture very good also. Love renting from this management company

We had a very good time at Orange Beach. This was our 7 year and it never disappoints. The condo was clean and was everything we hoped it would be. Cayce was great in helping with a few things as always. He could not be more responsive and helpful.

The condo was great!! It had enough room for 9 people The kitchen could of had more dishes and plastic glasses to take to the beach.The ice maker at the bar was awesome!!! We would definitely stay there again!!!

Nice property with indoor pool, outdoor pool, and lazy river for the kids. Also features a poolside snack bar with the nicest gentleman. Room was clean and tidy. The master had an odd location, off the kitchen area wit French doors that opened into the dining room. A bit strange, but there were drapes for privacy. Great bar area off the kitchen, handy ice maker, and well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for our family, although the balcony was extremely small. Parking was a bit of a pain, as it was cramped and seemed to take forever to get in/out of the parking deck. Also, there are only 12 floors of parking and 32 floors in the unit, so no guarantee that you can park on your level. A minor inconvenience.

We did have an emergency alarm that went off in the building at 2:30 am and we had to evacuate !! We never heard what happened was out for s out 30 minutes. Overall great place.

It’s was amazing. Very clean, exactly what was described in photos and ad on internet ! Very well maintained and everything you need to cook meals ! We will be back ! Staff friendly and very accessible and accommodating

Wonderful. Great Condo, clean and nicely furnished and very comfortable. Great building. Love that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

Our stay in Orange Beach and at Pheonix 11 was exceptional. The condo location was perfect as were the amenities. Cookware the best! Mattresses were really like “home away from home.”
My age is 70 so naturally I love the lazy river. There is always some who think everyone loves loud obnoxious music so thankfully the security and worker kindly ask them to lower volume and while allowing the youth to have a great time they are kept under control. So you see, this place is perfect for all ages!

We had a lovely time staying here. The furnishings are comfortable. Plenty of room for our whole family which included my parents and brother and sister in law and our 2 kids. The amenities are fantastic for kids and adults. I think we all took a turn going down the waterslide at least once! The Ikes beach service team was very nice and helpful moving our umbrella every day to keep us in the shade. The water was a bit choppy so we didn't get to play in the ocean as much as we hoped but that's why we love renting here because there is so much else to do. We really enjoyed take out from Lartigues. We went there a few times. It's right across the street. Their steamed shrimp and fixings are out of this world! We also tried the Ruby Slipper this year for breakfast and really enjoyed all that they had to offer. Stay at this lovely unit and rent from Phoenix Rentals. They are by far my most favorite rental company. They are always willing to work with us to find the perfect place to stay for our budget and they have a lot of really nice condos to pick from. We can't wait to come back!
