Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Great location directly next door to the Flora-Bama and across the street from restaurants.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.
This is a Premium unit. Come relax on the spacious penthouse floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and two double beds in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new floors! We have new SMART TVs in all the bedrooms and living room. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!
We also have a 3BR and 4BR unit on the same floor for guests needing more than one condo.

Our stay at Unit 1506 was perfect for our bachelorette group. Each room is exactly as pictured. I was a bit worried about past reviews saying the unit was not clean, but for us this unit was immaculate! Communication with the rental company was also seamless when getting info on beach chairs and parking passes.
My only con is the grumpy security guard that was checking wristbands on Saturday. While I understand the use of wristbands to ensure safety of guests, there was no one checking the entire week and the security guard who was working onSaturday was rude when he asked.
Overall a great experience!

Great condo and location. Less than pleasant lady at check in. She clearly didn't want to be at work the day we checked in. Couldn't answer the simplist of questions about the property. That being said, we had a great vacation with family except for the rain! Would stay again for sure.

Charlie was great to work with, I appreciated his willingness to jump on a phone call and answer my questions about building construction, arrival time, etc. I've stayed at different units in Phoenix X and the other Phoenix buildings before and was disappointed in the cleanliness of this unit. The floors weren't clean (as evidenced by how dirty my feet were after walking around!), the towels, sheets, and blankets all had stains, and the rug needed a good vacuum. The location and setup are great, just wish it was slightly cleaner.

The room was great and had a good view of the beach. I would change the blinds in the master bedroom on the bathroom door to have more privacy though. Some outlets did not work but that seems to be the case in most condos so I’ll have to research that but I was mainly disappointed that I had to pay for parking and it wasn’t included with the room. I did like that it had a key pad rather than keys. Made it convenient for all of us who weren’t together all day.

There were only three things that I would recommend: (1) make sure all the sheets are absolutely clean (full sized beds had sand in them), (2) check behind couches and under them because we found previous renter's clothes hidden there, and (3) TV system way too complex never worked for us. Other than that it was a great vacation. Thanks!
