This unit is perfectly located on the 4th floor overlooking the outdoor pool and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Avoid all elevators when you arrive and park directly on the 4th floor. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay!!
Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious 4th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed. There is a new queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodations up to 4. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

We had a great 4 night get away! Great location! Loved the condo as a whole. We even got pictures of the sunset from balcony. We will be back.

Beautiful condo with ocean front view. Steps to the beach. Felt like home! The pools were very nice and the facility was very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

We had a fun week at Phoenix X. Communication and check in were easy. Unit had plenty of linens and everything was in working order. Kitchen was not well equipped so if you wanna cook—pack well.

i'de give it a A- one reason is we had to pay an additional 60 dollars for car pass, to me that should have been included in price of room.
Spacious, clean and comfortable unit. The decor was calm and pleasant. Nice view from the balcony. Could use a few more bath towels. There were 4. That may be the standard. Would also be nice to have some hand soap or dish soap in the kitchen or at least another toiletry soap for the kitchen like what was provided for the bathroom. There is a good amount of sand underneath the fold out couch. Would recommend some coasters for the legs of the kitchen chairs. They make a good bit of noise when moving to sit down. Might also be time to replace the shower head.
