This unit is perfectly located on the 9th floor and on the East side of the complex conveniently close to the parking garage.
Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!
Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and a new outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious 9th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!
We also have another 2br unit next door should you need more room.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.

Great stay! Room was clean, condo is in a great location. Only thing I would say is the kitchen could use some new dishes/pots/pans. Would stay here again!

The condo was very nice. The only downfall is the appliances in the kitchen. I strongly suggest new appliances. The eyes on the stove have a mind of their own and the bottom rack in the dishwasher doesn’t even belong in that dishwasher. Everything else was great. Unfortunately, the kitchen will stop us from renting this condo again.

Some of the furniture was old but generally nicely kept, nice paint. Master bathroom very small with small shower. Dishwasher and refrigerator outdated. Dishwasher didn’t work, needs to be replaced...the racks had no rollers and wouldn’t pull out. The kitchen sink smelled so bad it was unable to be used. They did come out and clean the sink and smelled much better after that and they did fix the toilet in the 2nd bathroom. Deck furniture was nice and well kept. Overall, small condo but the kids had fun at the pool.

Condo is nice, just needs a few more updates. Couch needs replaced. It has been well used! Fridge and stove needs updated. If your not picky about those type of things, great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay and love the location! Next door to Florabama! Check in process very simple and easy.

Location on this condo is absolutely amazing! Your not far from some great restaurants as well as shopping! As far as the condo itself. It’s outdated, paint missing everywhere, furniture old as well. Could definitely use a little TLC.

Great quick get-a-way.
We loved our stay! The unit was comfortable. Especially the recliner. You might want to consider a second one because it was the coveted place to sit! The other furnishings were galso comfortable, beds were excellent. We were very pleased!
