This newly decorated unit located on the 7th floor, offers everything you could need to make your stay at Sea Chase as relaxing and memorable as possible. Master Bedroom has a King bed with custom bedspread and drapes, matching dresser and nightstands along with a flat screen TV. There is a fantastic view of the gulf from the large floor to ceiling bedroom window.
The master bath has whirlpool tub, large tile shower, double vanity and large walk in closet. Bedroom two has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and a flat screen TV. Bathroom two is a full bath with a tiled shower tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen aid appliances. Everything you could possibly need to cook, prepare and serve meals is supplied for you. Adjoining the kitchen is a large pantry / laundry room fully equipped with new kitchen aid washer and dryer.
The dining area is separated from the kitchen by bar counter serving area. There is a wet bar with ice maker located in dining area. The living area has an open layout adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. The area has seating for 6 to 8 and is equipped with a large TV, DVD player and Stereo for you enjoyment. There is a great gulf view from the living area and access to a large balcony which provides a spectacular view of beach and one of the five swimming pools.
The Sea Chase offers all that is needed to provide a great stay for the entire family. The complex is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, drug stores as well as dinning and all types of entertainment. There are 5 swimming pools, heated indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis court and a fully equipped exercise room with a view of the gulf. The complex provides easy and convenient beach access from the pool area.

Condo was clean but outdated. The master bathroom standup shower had lots of mildew between the tile and around the shower door and the sliding door to the balcony did not open but staff quickly remedy.
Beautiful condo and a great location ! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation and this condo was beautiful! I always worry that it isn’t like the pictures they show but it was perfect! The balcony is nice and private with a beautiful view of the sunset. They had all the appliances and kitchen tools needed as we cooked numerous times. I would highly recommend this condo for the amenities, beautiful decorating, cleanliness and location.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Chase 704W. The kitchen had everything that you would need! Elevators were very fast! We never had to wait. I did have to clean the 2nd bathroom's toilet. It must have been overlooked by the cleaning crew.

Wonderful place to stay with plenty of space and a beautiful view of the beach. It was very clean with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. It is conveniently located. Close to restaurants,groceries and airport. Convenient parking and short walk to the beach. Had a wonderful time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Chase. The condo was beautiful. The e location is perfect. It’s close to restaurants and shopping. The resort is amazing. We will be back!!
The pictures are accurate and its a great view from the balcony. We didn't make use of many of the amenities but everything was comfortable, clean, enjoyable. I'd rent this unit again for sure. The only problem was the people who had stayed there before us left some stuff in a closet - and instead of calling me to let me know that 'security' (2 men) needed to come in, they knocked on the door and when they didn't get an answer, unlocked and came in. Then a couple hours later, they did it again! This would have been MUCH BETTER handled by simply calling or texting me to let me know. One time my aunt was in her bedroom getting ready when he came back in (Jessie - great guy, just doing his job - but the system could be improved by simply communicating to me, the guest!) I know that was a possibility because other things were communicated to me - check in, check out, etc. ALSO, there are a TON of condos named Phoenix- just to give the travelers a heads up for their GPS. The only actual unit complaint is that the throws weren't washed.
