This one-of-a-kind unit offers over 2400 square feet of living space, featuring an open concept layout and sprawling glass windows spanning from the floor all the way up to the lofty 10 foot ceilings. The living area is pouring with natural light and feels as though the beach is cascading right into the unit! The Living room has recently been decorated by Mint Decor and features a new sectional sofa and three chairs for plenty of seating, an enormous wall-mounted HD television and even a fireplace! The three bedrooms also have new carpet! The kitchen is sure to impress even the most seasoned chef, offering granite countertops, a gas cook top, stainless steel appliances from top brands including KitchenAid, Wolf and Sub-Zero, a breakfast bar with seating for four, waffle maker, a coffee maker and so much more! The dining area affords seating for 8 and a wet bar with separate ice maker, and wine chiller, perfect for entertaining guests!

Turquoise is the newest and most luxurious destination in Orange Beach, featuring saltwater indoor and outdoor pools, an elevated 450 foot outdoor saltwater lazy river and sundeck, a children’s playground, two fitness centers, a dry and steam sauna, tiki bar and restaurant, and direct access to the immaculate shores of Orange Beach! Turquoise’s modern architecture and upscale amenities are unparalleled by any other destination in the area.

You’ll feel like royalty when you step into the master suite, which hosts a regal wooden king bed with luxurious bedding and top of the line mattress, a seating area with two chairs, an HD television and beachfront balcony access. The attached glamour bath features a massive jetted tub, separate glass and tiled shower, and his-and-her vanities! The second and third bedrooms both offer a king bed with a twin bed and LCD TV. Also there is a sleeper sofa in the living area, allowing the condo to sleep up to 10 comfortably! There are private baths attached to the additional bedrooms, plus a half-bath for guests.

In addition to indoor living space, an expansive 400 square foot balcony offers panoramic views of Orange Beach’s picturesque seashore. Saunter away quiet moonlit evenings in your private 4 person Jacuzzi tub or enjoy your favorite cut of meat from the grill with family and friends without leaving the comfort of your unit! There is an outdoor dining table where you can savor your morning coffee, enjoy your favorite cocktail or even dine al fresco while the gentle lapping of waves and the coastal breeze soothe your senses.

Parking at Turquoise Place is limited. Each unit has one assigned space and thus only guaranteed one parking spot. The use of a second, un-numbered space in the parking garage is based upon availability. Also, please remember that RVs (or extended vans with rv hook ups), trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not permitted in the garages OR overflow lots. The condo is conveniently located just two doors down from the elevators!

We had a fabulous stay!! Absolutely beautiful and very well decorated!great location accessible to great shopping, dining experiences, and golf courses. Overall condo was great and clean. The property did need a few repairs or updates. Electronics need attention like bunch of wires hanging underneath main TV. Bedding in second master shabby. Table and chairs on balcony uncomfortable. Would be desirable to have assigned parking for two cars given size of condo. Towel bar loose in front right master bath. Electrical plug in beachside master not working on left side of bed.

We loved our stay at Turquoise Place 1006 C. The Condo met our expectations except the Hot Tub. Not all the jets were working but we spent more time at the beach so this was not a big deal. With Covid still active the grill on the deck is the best amenity. We love vacationing at Turquoise Place because of the condo size. It makes vacationing with family so much more enjoyable.

We stayed for a week at 1006C and had the best time! Weather wasn't great the entire time but having the indoor pools our kids did not care that they couldn't go to the beach. The condo itself was very spacious and well supplied with kitchen for cooking there. The property was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful during our stay. Will be back for sure.

Perfect location in the resort. Beautiful 10th floor views. Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The games were a nice addition and was very appreciated when the weather wasn’t cooperative. There was a storm that passed through about 6AM one morning and threw pool chairs all over the pool area and sand dunes, the staff had everything back in place by 8 AM. All the staff are friendly and helpful. This condo was everything we hoped for and more!

We were extremely pleased with the unit that was beautifully decorated and had all of the items in the kitchen and throughout the unit that we needed. Turquoise is a beautiful complex with so many amenities. Loved the lazy river and the indoor pool. The weather was perfect for our week and the location was excellent.
