Turquoise Place 1504 C

It was a great place to stay. They do need a few more kitchen utensils and there are a few things that need to be fixed, but would definitely stay here again.

Had a good time at Harbor House A2. View is great. Customer service was great.

The condo is large. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking needs. The furniture is older, especially the chairs around the dining table. The beds were comfortable although, the bedding itself was sparse. The dishwasher was broken for 3 days of our stay, the management company did have three different people come out to attempt
to fix promptly. Turquoise property management came to service our hot tub. So of the 7 days we had 4 service appointments in our condo. These are the reasons for the mediocre reviews.

My family & I were supposed to stay in Turquoise Place, unit 1504C for a week. We were so excited about the amenities & of course the beach! A few days before we were supposed to leave Ohio, we found out we all had COVID. It was very disappointing to know we weren’t going to be able to go on vacation. It also meant we were out all of our monies since it was so close to the week we were going to stay. I called Phoenix & made them aware of my situation. Customer relations at Phoenix is more than amazing! They went above & beyond to rent out the condo for part of the week so I could re-coup some of the monies I paid for the condo. I can’t tell you how amazing that is to have a company like that in this day & age. We WILL be using Phoenix in the future for our vacations! Customer service is top notch!!

Turquoise is one of our favorite places to vacation on the Gulf. However this unit is in serious need of maintenance/updating. All chairs in the dining area are wobbly/broken and a few are so bad we felt they were too dangerous to sit in for risk of falling. The 2 black vinyl chairs are embarrassingly worn and do not belong in a luxury condo. Many of the bath towels were worn thin and some of the best were 'Amazon Basics', again not what one expects in a luxury condo. The MBR is sparsely furnished with furniture too small for the room , in fact they were using one of the patio chairs in the MBR for a place to sit down. The outdoor furniture is also very sparse and what is there is in need of replacement. The chaise loungers sag terribly, such that you really couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony and there are not enough chairs for people to congregate there. They did have an empty box but no Keurig was found. Some of the hot tub blower jets did not work or worked poorly. Overall, the unit seemed reasonably clean, kitchen well equipped with the basics, beds firm and comfortable, A/C worked well but the cable did fade in and out intermittingly all week for some reason. As an owner myself, I understand what it takes to maintain a vacation condo and try to be fair, but this unit is in need of some investment/work , especially at this price point.

It was great. The amenties were very limited due to them doing repairs from Hurricane Sally, but we were aware of this ahead of time. The hot tub on the balcony really helped make up for that. It was very clean, roomy and was easy for us to follow our Covid guidelines moving around the faciity. I think it was actually easier than when home.

Beautiful condo that slept our party of 6 comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked that allowed us to prepare several meals. Our teenagers made great use of the hot tub on the deck and loved the gym and indoor pools. We will be back!

Wonderful unit and great location. We completely enjoyed our stay at Turquoise and this unit. The staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had. We will be back!
