Nice condo on the 20th floor overlooking the ocean and a beautiful beach! It as is described, clean and well maintained. Close to restaurants and other amenities.

We loved the property and will certainly go back to that one or another Phoenix property.

The condo was perfect for our new year’s stay!! Great views and the kitchen had all the essentials. The parking permits need more explanation!!! Apparently even though you can buy them on line you are still supposed to visit the front desk. We thought purchasing them through email was all that was needed and didn’t read anything that contradicted that thought. We received a nasty gram from security saying we needed to pay for parking or be towed.

Great place, office employees less than adequate

We had a blast during our stay at Orange Beach! I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo due to multiple stains on couch, chairs at dining table, and linens throughout the condo in addition to floors in corners/nooks of areas. Spent most of our time at the beach and lazy river with good food at night:)

The location is great. Bed was very comfortable. The couches need to be updated, the covers are stained on them and need to be replaced. The bath towels and wash clothes could stand to be replaced as well; they look worn. Also, when I rented the condo, I was not aware that I would also have to pay for a parking pass.....$56 per parking pass is a little ridiculous in my opinion, especially after I paid as much as I did to rent the condo.

This place is beautiful and was perfect for our crew of 9 for the week!

The Condo was beautiful, view of the gulf from the balcony was amazing. Saw a few dophins. Spent a lot of time on the balcony just listening to the waves, so relaxing. Stove was a little tricky to use, but once we figured it out it was good to go. Beds were all comfortable.

Let me start off with saying that this condo is absolutely stunning. My stay started a bit stressful when I came in to a condo that hadn't been cleaned. The Phoenix rentals office closes at 5:30 and that is when I came in. Therefore, I had to do lots of Internet searching to find Charlie's personal cell phone. Not what I wanted to do after traveling all day. I got on the phone with Charlie and he was of course not very pleasant but he had the problem resolved within an hour. We sat on the balcony for well over an hour waiting for the condo to be cleaned, which was fine because we of course wanted a clean condo. The cleaning lady was exceptionally nice and very detailed with all of our concerns. After this we had a wonderful stay. Was just a touch disappointed to how it all started.

Condo was clean and very nice size for the 9 of us. everything was great and had a great time. only thing I think the condo could use a little more cleaning supplies. We had a broom and dustpan, but we had to use our medical tape to tape the broom handle onto the bristle part of the broom. there was a swiffer mop that we used with antibacterial wipes. A bucket that says "if you make a mess please use me to clean it up." but no rags or sponges to do it with. Most condos I have stayed at at least has some things other guests have left behind. Like small bottle of dish soap, boxes of kleenex, a few garbage bags, foil or saran wrap. I did leave some of these for the next guess unless they are taken by housekeeping??? but we did enjoy the condo and did our best to keep it clean while we were guests there.

Very satisfied! We had a wonderful time!

Originally we chose this condo for the bedroom set up only. We were traveling with four teenage boys and wanted a room big enough with enough beds for all of them. I was not expecting all the upgrades this particular condo offered. I highly recommend staying here. This unit was wonderful.

We had an awesome week in this beautiful condo home. Lots of room nice rooms. The bunk room even had comfortable mattress’ for our adults. We walked out our door down the elevator to beautiful beaches or rolling on the lazy river. We even walked across street to Dairy Queen, Publix or Rotolos and other great places to eat. Great week!

Great location and very spacious. Had to wash towels and a comforter and wipe down kitchen a bit. A better overall cleaning would make this 5 stars all around.

The view from the 20th floor is spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the patio. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 toddlers.

The condo was in great condition and extremely clean. Watching TV was hard to figure out but overall I highly recommend.

Everything in our room was as expected. We had a amazing view of the beach and the condo felt like our 2nd home away from home. Could not have asked for a better place to stay a d will definitely return.

Everything we expected and more. The rental was fully stocked and clean. Our family enjoyed all the pools. We loved the new restaurant that has been added. Food was delicious and convenient. I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay better.

We had a great stay at Oasis 2303. The only complaint we had were the elevators during check-in. We waited over 45 minutes just to get an elevator that was not completely full. Once we were able to get our things to the room and get settled, everything was mostly perfect. The condo was very clean and spacious. Great furniture, sturdy patio furniture, and all things we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We could have used a thicker blanket, but just personal preference. The only reason it was not absolutely perfect, is that the toilet in the bedroom with two beds would never flush, but we had our kids use the hallway bathroom. The elevators were much better for the remainder of the stay, but just know that Saturday & Sunday can be very difficult! We would definitely stay here again... just not check-in on a Saturday! :)

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. I will say that the only complaint we had was in regards to the elevators... which I know has been mentioned previously in reviews.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was extremely clean with comfortable beds and living room furniture. Excellent balcony view and furniture, large washer and dryer, and separate crushed ice maker. There was plenty of space for our crew to spread out. We had the best time and will be booking here again!! Highly recommend!

This condo was beautifully furnished. A very spacious condo with plenty of room for 10 family members. Unfortunately, the floors were so dirty that the children’s feet turned black after a few minutes if walking barefoot. A bandaid and false eyelashes on floor in bathroom. Front bedroom tv didn’t work. Elevators were horrible w/ 1 1/2 hour waiting time at check in time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. The amenities were great and the condo perfect for our needs!

Oasis has everything to make a vacation fun for kids and adults! —Lazy River, water slide, pool, splash pad, adult pool, indoor pool and The Grill for food and drinks in addition to the beach with easy access
The elevators are overloaded at times especially on weekends when guests are trying to haul their luggage and beach equipment up or down.
My only complaint was that our condo was not very clean. We had to wipe counters and vacuum.
Overall, the children had a blast and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come back to Oasis.

Wonderful vacation with family . Overall good vacation if you leave out the interaction with the front desk. Julie (I think) needs some training on how to be little more personal and helpful instead of just tell you there is no help at this location. Out of 4 different interactions with her over the week. My wife went to her looking for housekeeping and she said there is no housekeeping office. 30 seconds later on the phone with someone from housekeeping. She’s at the door with a housekeeping sign right above it. That’s just one example. The unit needs a few items repaired but was not a big deal. Spay hose in kitchen sink sticks and will spray water everywhere if you don’t know and turn water on. Coffee pot needs replacing. Good location. Nice beach.

Beautiful condo and very clean!

The facility was great. It was post-Spring break so not extremely busy; no issues with parking, elevator wait times, hot tub availability, etc. The location was great, the beach was clean and Ike’s Beach Service staff were wonderful. The only downside is that the condo was not clean when we arrived. Two of the three BRs had filthy sheets & pillow cases that needed to be washed before we could go to bed. The patio furniture was falling apart and needs to be replaced; so hard it is unbearable to sit on the balcony. The floors were filthy with food wrappers and crumbs everywhere. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the kitchen had everything needed for our stay. We had one day of rain and used the board games that were available.

This condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. My family had an amazing stay. The view was gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked. The perfect getaway.

The decor in this unit was amazing! The amenities were top notch. The fitness room was large and had more work-out equipment than my gym at home. The lazy river and slide were especially nice. I highly recommend and plan to revisit many times in the future.

Great location, not crowded, and clean. Disappointed that the Sauna and hot tubs on floor 14 were under construction and not informed prior to arrival. Fitness room needs a little updating of machines and more options.
Burger at the Cafe was amazing! Enjoyed the pickleball, basketball and tennis courts! Too cold and windy for outdoor pool but the indoor pool was a nice addition and not over powered with chlorine smell.
Overall had a great visit!

We love staying at the Oasis. Our condo is so spacious, lovely , and comfortable. Parking on your floor and walking right in out of the weather is so convenient as is the keyless entry. Our one concern is that you cannot get phone service unless you walk out on the balcony, and as we had family in two condos there we would have liked to reach them more quickly by phone. Still we have stayed at many other condos going on 30 years and this one is our favorite!! The kids and adults like the lazy river, the adults like the new restaurant (the drinks are delicious) and the adults only pool area. My son says it’s like staying at a resort!!

We loved this condo! We were comfortable in the space with our family of 6 adults and two little ones. We enjoy watching movies and being able to fix easy meals after a day on the beach . There was room for everyone to spread out, talk together and share meals. I love the large sectional and swivel chairs as well as the dining table with 5 chairs and a bench. The bedrooms were perfect for our crew of 2 couples and one family of four who got the bunk bed room! The condo is also beautifully decorated which is important to me. The lazy river, splash pad and three pools to choose from made it ideal! We checked out the fitness center and hot tub floor upstairs but did t use them. The employee and the desk was helpful in answering questions and getting me passes for parking. There were cleaning ladies who kept the common areas top notch. Thank you!!!! Also, beach walks here were great and the area close to restaurants and the grocery store.
Cons: it is a large building and there are lots of people so it can be extra noisy especially on the balcony. Also, be aware the balcony is not private. It runs across at an angle diagonally so you can look and see all your neighbors. This particular condo was not outfitted with shampoo samples or extras just small soaps and a tiny liquid detergent bottle. The furniture is a bit tired and stained. ( Thankfully, I got out some larger ucky spots with a wet dish cloth before my family arrived) The kitchen pots and pans are not well organized and we had to search every time we cooked. ( I was so happy with a good crockpot that worked !) There was not enough water to take a full hot bath and the whirlpool feature did not work. The floors were sandy when we arrived and there was not a broom so if you’re a tidy person you might want to bring one. (There is a vacuum) Another con was the condition of the pools and river were not clean.
Overall, we left feeling like it was a great stay and really enjoyed this fabulous place!

The view was phenomenal and location of the condo was ideal, with all the amenities you could possibly want at the beach! The condo was very clean and comfortable, especially loved the extra full bathroom. The manager was excellent to deal with and always readily available. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to bring your family!

We loved this condo! The bunk room was great for our kids, the view was amazing, the beach was beautiful and the indoor pool was clean and spacious on the chilly days. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the elevators were fairly quick. It was great to be able to park on the same level as the unit as well. We hope to be back!

Our condo was everything we anticipated and more. Loved the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. Having a 4th full bathroom was great. Looking forward to staying again in 2024.

Overall, this was a good condo and great location. I was disappointed there was an additional parking charge of $45 per car. When you are spending over $4k for 6 nights, you would think parking would be included (in fact, this is the first time I've ever had a parking fee when renting a condo). The unit itself was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (dishes, utensils, etc.) We could not get cell service inside the condo, and we could not connect to our streaming services through the WiFi. The condo amenities were great - nice pool, lazy river and splash pad for the kids.
