Unit and complex are absolutely beautiful. We will be back

The unit was new, but the bedrooms were overcrowded with furniture. The coffee maker stopped working, and the toilet paper was like sandpaper.

Expected better quality for 1k per night.

Easy entry, even allowed us an early checkin. Everything was clean and very well appointed. The views are amazing! One of the 4 bathrooms is accessible without going thru a bedroom, which was very helpful to us. The beds were comfortable and so were the couches and chairs. The balcony has alot of furniture, but we loved sitting out there. The kitchen has more pots and pans than I have ever seen. Plenty of dishes and flatware. The resort and pools were clean, the beach access was so easy and not too small. Our grands loved the slides snd the beach entry on each pool including the inside pool. Loved the location of the resort, close to grocery stores and both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Just a fantastic vacation by our group of 6 adults and 3 grands ages 3 and under

We had an incredible stay in unit 2304! It was clean, bright, and airy and updated! And I’m not sure any of us ever wanna take a vacation again without an ice machine built into the bar! :-) So much storage space, so much lounging space in the living room for everyone, so much space on the balcony for everyone! We will definitely be back

We stayed here for a family vacation. We had four couples plus kids with us. This place was perfect!!! Every family had their own space plus their own bathroom. The living room, dinning room, kitchen and patio fit all us comfortably. The place was very clean and came with every amenity you could need. If you are hesitant, don’t be! This place is worth it!

This is a beautiful condo with ample seating for eight people. While we try to find four bedroom units with four king beds, the three bedrooms with two queen beds worked well. The bedrooms are small for this bedding, which didn’t give much walking around space. Cooking was a bit of a challenge since there was only one casserole dish and no serving bowls but it was fine. There was plenty of flatware and dishes. We had a problem with the tv not working due to a blown fuse, but while we couldn’t reach anyone on Saturday they came quickly on Monday. The dishwasher is cheap and never would run right. Kept turning off in the middle of a cycle.

Our family of 14 has rented from Phoenix Rentals on several occasions...never a hitch or hiccup. I highly recommend Phoenix Rentals and this property!

As described-spacious with Amazing views and easy water access. Only negative was parking fee -feel like that should be included in price or only charge for additional cars-plenty of parking available in off season.
Providing more trash bags would also have been helpful since you are asked to take out your trash-or if you need to buy, we have stayed at other places where people can leave those items for the next person since you don’t always have room to travel with them if you fly. Like the code access to avoid keeping track of keys for multiple people. Overall great stay,quick response if you need anything and close to lots of food options!

LOOK NO FURTHER! This is a gorgeous condo and the views are not bad either :-) Beautifully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room for our ladies tennis team. Can't wait to come back and would definitely reommend!

This unit was beautiful and very clean. Everyone was impressed with the unit, especially the floor to ceiling glass throughout the unit and the spectacular views it offered....not to mention the tasteful décor throughout. And it was quite impressive to look over the balcony at the pool and lazy river at night, as it's all lit up in beautiful colors...picture worthy. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need, beds were comfortable, and living area and balcony were spacious. The bedrooms could've offered a little more space, but certainly not a deal breaker. The entire property was very nice and well maintained. All personnel that we encountered were very pleasant. Our stay from start to finish was amazing, fun, and relaxing. Our family will definitely come back to this unit. No complaints here. And Michael, at Phoenix Vacation Rentals, was a pleasure to work with....very hands-on and accommodating. It was an excellent experience all the way around!

Perfect location with all the amenities that you could ever need. Convenient to shops, restaurants, area attractions. My family made lots of memories there!

Had a great stay at Phoenix Orange Beach unit 1104. The condo was beautiful, clean, plenty of room, and had everything we needed. Had no issues at all. We usually have issues at resorts with slow elevators, but we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Will definitely be back! Easy access to the beach. Great place to stay!

It was a very nice 3 bd/3 bath condo with an amazing view of the water and a very spacious balcony.
A few minor things - A/C overflow pan leaking water and the faucet in the kitchen sink replaced

Disappoi ted that our canopy tent was destroyed after it was taken by Alabama resources. I would have thought they would give a person a day or two to come claim their items before just throwing them away in the dumpster.

We had 21 people in our group and we rented 4 apartments. The rooms were great, well furnished with terrific views of the beach. In years past we rented a big house for everyone but this was a better experience. I think the best recommendation anyone can give for a place is: Would you do it again ... a resounding yes.

Pleasant and very relaxing time

The unit is very nice with a great view of the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay and having a separate ice maker was very convenient. Being able to park on the same level as our unit was great, as we didn’t have to haul luggage in the elevator. The condo location is very convenient to area restaurants and activities. Something to be aware of about staying here. Check in time is at 4:30 and even though the email says that the office is open till 5:30, we arrived at 5:15 and discovered that the check in desk closed at 5. When myself and another guest asked security about the parking passes, we were told that we may get a ticket, but probably wouldn’t get towed. I was able to get the parking pass and wrist bands the next morning, but the check in desk hours should be made clear for arriving guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The location couldn’t have been more convenient — just a short walk to the beach and right on the 3rd floor, which made it so easy to access the pools and parking. We loved that the parking deck was on the same level as our unit, so unloading and coming and going was a breeze. The condo itself was very clean, well-kept, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation. From the comfortable furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen, everything was thoughtfully prepared. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient beach getaway!

Beautiful complex. Location is out of the congestion just up the road. Convenient to Gulf Shores restaurants. Big/wide beach area. Lazy River and kids water slide was nice.

It was very clean, convenient to amenities and was really a great stay. The parking deck is very large and easy for big cars. The pools were clean and felt great.

We had such a great time in the pool/lazy river. The view from our balcony was so beautiful. We could see the beach and pool area great from our 3rd floor balcony. The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. It was so nice having the ice maker in the condo. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was exactly like the pictures—beautiful, bright, and super clean. Everything was thoughtfully decorated and felt just like home (but better, because...vacation!). The location was super convenient for everything we wanted to do, and checking in was a breeze. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend—would stay again in a heartbeat!

This 3rd floor condo was beautiful and well equipped with all the necessities throughout. It had a regular coffee pot as well as a keurig! The view from the balcony was stunning. I normally do not sleep well when I'm away from home. However, the king bed was super comfy. The hot tub and heated swimming pool were also a welcome surprise. My only complaint was not with the condo but with the location of the facility lobby which was on the second floor. It was a bit confusing when you first entered. However, I love the fact that you drive to your floor and the condo was a short distance from the entrance.

Condo was perfect in every way. Only thing that didn’t work was the garbage disposal which we didn’t find out until our last night but not a big deal. Pool was great and the kids loved the slide. Pool was a little chilly but once you got in you got used to it really quick. Kids loved the indoor hot tub as well. All in all I would rent this place again. Close to everything and great restaurants and other activities for the whole family. 5 stars!

Beautiful condo, great place. Issue with dryer, called service never showed. Called management and was informed that we needed to cal BR. After calling BR, they sent a guy who couldn’t repair. He was going to sent someone else.........he never came. So on the afternoon of our last day BR was going to allow us to use drier next to us but what point was that. Only disappointing fact

Great experience. Easy check in. Condo was very clean, everything worked, kitchen had all we needed to cook, plenty of towels. We had a very good stay and enjoyed the condo and lazy river. I highly recommend this condo.

All over it was a nice condo, a few recommendations, need dressers in bedroom to be able to unpack. Kitchen needs manual can opener, glass measuring cup, dish drainer. Porch could use some lounge chairs. I realize it’s a new condo and takes time to complete inventory. The washer needs to be checked out, lots of difficulty starting it. The guest bathroom has a peculiar smell to it. Bathrooms could use some hooks next to the showers to hang towels. Just a few suggestions, but in general, nice condo. More parking needs to be allowed near check in points, security wouldn’t allow car to be parked to load car, expected us to go up inclined parking deck to pack car.. not ok. Lady security was a bit much in expectations, felt like I was being treated like a child at times. I know there has to be rules, but expecting someone to go up 21 floors to get my tag before being allowed to go out chairs on the beach was a bit much. Needs to calm it down some.

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation experience this year. The condo and entire building was immaculate. You saw crews cleaning constantly and nothing ever looked dirty or unkept. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, the appliances were perfect, having a separate ice machine was so nice. Our entire family enjoyed the lazy river and water slide! Perfect for families with small kids or really anyone the zero entry is wonderful. Being on the beach is helpful to be able to walk to the beach and pool and back and forth. It was truly a great experience and we will definitely be back to the same condo next year!

The condo was nice, the location was great, the pool and lazy river were wonderful. The condo looks just like the pictures. It could use some more furniture, especially in the bedrooms. There are two small dressers/night stands in the main bedroom. There is nothing in the 2nd bedroom. Unless you use the cabinets in the bathrooms, you will have to live out of a suitcase for your entire stay. The bathrooms could have more towel racks too.

The kitchen has good quality items (dual Keurig coffee pot, blender, crock pot) but not quite as well stocked as other condos we've rented. I feel like we were always running out of plates/bowls at dinner. There were only two small pots, nothing big nought to even boil pasta. However, I called Phoenix Rentals and asked of they had extras and we had a pot in about 2 hours, along with a text to let me know they broght one, which was impressive (and on a Sunday). Also, if you have kids, nothing is plastic in case you want to bring your own.

One prior review mentioned the beds, I didn't think they were uncomfortable. They are high/ tall so if you have someone that has trouble climbing into a tall bed, I would recommend bringing a stool.

I agree with other comments on the pool/lazy river. The lights are not designed well. They are really in the way and it is really easy to run into them. Pool security depends on the day. Some of the security personnel are not as nice. They don't want people playing/throwing balls or other objects in the pool. This rule was a first for us. They also close the indoor pool if the weather is bad, so if it is storming outside you won't be able to swim inside either.

With the exception of the area at the end of the slide, the entire pool is at most 3.5 feet deep. It's great for little kids but might not be the best for older ones that like to jump in.

I would stay at this condo and the property again. Overall the experience was great and we enjoyed our vacation.

Most functional condo I’ve ever stayed in plus it’s gorgeous and clean. Location is perfect. Views are amazing. It’s wonderful to walk out on balcony to the sights and sounds of the ocean. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

Booking was easy, price was fair. The condo was clean and smelled fresh. Had a starter set of everything we needed with regard to towels, soap, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots/pans as well as toaster and Keurig. The view was amazing! Pretty much soundproof, could not hear outside noise unless the sliding glass door was open. Pool/lazy river/water slide was a huge bonus as well as indoor pool and hot tub. The boardwalk and walk to the beach was short and convenient. Parking garage was a little tight and the only thing I would recommend is adding a little more detail about check in. The lobby is located on the second floor and when we arrived, all you have is a parking garage and we unfortunately saw no signs directing you to the second floor for the lobby. We may have just missed this information, but we figured it out. We will definitely return to orange beach and stay at this location in the near future!!!

This was our second time at GT, first time in 302. We really like the facility, the location, the lazy river, and the beach. We enjoyed the condo, the decor, the appliances worked great and it was very nice. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the coffee pot was both drip and kcups, nice to have options. The linens were were good and we had plenty of towels. The most amazing part is the parking on the floor you are on so no need for the elevator... a serious game changer and makes the extra cost worth it. Our only negatives were the beds were hard and uncomfortable and the cleaning was just ok. They called us with a maintenance issue, water leaking below so they had to come in while we were there to look for the source of water and they added silicone on a tub drain.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice.

The condo is nicely decorated. The bedrooms are on the front by hallway- the windows do not have drapes or blinds. They have plantation shutters which have large gaps that allow bright hall lights to shine in bedrooms. Manager notified and stated lights are not dimmed or turned off at bedtime. The "Heated pool" was a joke-Freezing water- kids lips were purple. I reported it to the front desk clerks and they smiled at each other and said Maintenace will check it. Unable to use any of the pools due to very cold water. We left a day earlier than planned.

This condo was exceptional. The ease of parking and getting into the building was great (especially with us having small children). The condo was very nicely furnished and perfect for our family of 5. The view is amazing. The condo was clean and we enjoyed relaxing in the main room and also made/ate many of our meals in the condo. We enjoyed walking out to be beach collecting shells (too cold to swim) and the kids loved the heated indoor pool. It was shallow enough that my young ones could touch in majority of the pool and appreciate the zero entry part. My oldest braved the cold and went down the outside slide a few times. Will have to come back when it's warmer. Thank you!

We loved our time in Gulf Shores. The condo was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The view was amazing and the lazy river, hot tub and short walk to the beach made it the ideal location!

This condo was perfect! Beautifully decorated. Extremely clean. Comfortably slept 7 ladies, a bed for everyone. Short easy walk to the beach front.

It was a beautifully decorated condo. Very clean and spacious. My child enjoyed the pool. The pool area was loud and crowded because it was a holiday weekend. But other than that, it was a very nice trip!
