We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 85” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master and 2nd bedrooms, two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 12. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. The condo was very spacious. It was more room than we needed, but we wanted to be able to move around freely and not feel cramped. Beautifully decorated with up to date furnishings. Over all appearance was clean, but there were Fruit Loops underneath one of the couches and the top insert covering to a deodorant container lying behind the master bathroom door.

Oasis 407 formerly known as Phoenix West II 407 This unit is perfectly located on the 4th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door and avoid the elevators!!! New Owners and New to the Market!! Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo. Just added four 55" HD SMART TVs in the living room and three bedrooms. You may use any of your streaming apps easily or just choose to use Dish TV that is provided. Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. A wet-bar, and brand new ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach. The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two queen beds. Also, there is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room providing sleeping accommodations for 12. Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home. The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

New tower (Tower 2), superbly clean, well-appointed, comfortable beds and linens, spacious and very well decorated. We would absolutely go back. Be sure to follow the instructions to a tee-security is tighter than anywhere else we’ve ever stayed and they will ticket your vehicle without a pass the day after you arrive, and security will knock on your door if your teens hang out around the pool area or are generally present in the pool area. Security will ask your kids for their parents’ name and room number. Follow the rules devoutly and you will have a great time.

New tower (Tower 2), superbly clean, well-appointed, comfortable beds and linens, spacious and very well decorated. We would absolutely go back. Be sure to follow the instructions to a tee-security is tighter than anywhere else we’ve ever stayed and they will ticket your vehicle without a pass the day after you arrive, and security will knock on your door if your teens hang out around the pool area or are generally present in the pool area. Security will ask your kids for their parents’ name and room number. Follow the rules devoutly and you will have a great time.

Perfect retreat. Didn’t want to leave the condo, it was so relaxing and beautiful. However, when we did, it was so easy to get to the beach for our morning walks and evening sunsets. Even though it was February, we were able to go swimming in the indoor pool and spa. I can’t wait to go back!

Easy check in, brand new condo decorated beautifully and all the kitchen gadgets you would ever need. 7th floor location convenient and you can park on 7th floor garage for easy check in and out of vehicles. We could not have asked for a better experience with our rental for our family vacation. This condo is exactly as pictured. It is clean, well stocked with anything you would need and just beautiful.
We rented this for our family vacation. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We also loved the location. Parking is on the same floor and this particular unit is on the corner, so zero noise or traffic near you.
Also, I spoke with Michael throughout my reservations and he was so helpful. He answered my text and any questions I had almost immediately. Super helpful and super friendly.
We would definitely rent this condo again!!! Ohhh, and the balcony is so big and nice!! Your view is perfect!!!!

We could not have asked for a better experience with our rental for our family vacation. This condo is exactly as pictured. It is clean, well stocked with anything you would need and just beautiful.
We rented this for our family vacation. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We also loved the location. Parking is on the same floor and this particular unit is on the corner, so zero noise or traffic near you.
Also, I spoke with Michael throughout my reservations and he was so helpful. He answered my text and any questions I had almost immediately. Super helpful and super friendly.
We would definitely rent this condo again!!! Ohhh, and the balcony is so big and nice!! Your view is perfect!!!!

This is a beautiful property. It was absolutely the nicest Condo I have ever rented. Unit 2011 was big enough for our family of 13. With the 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths it accommodated everyone very well. The view from the 20th floor is amazing. The facility has several pools and other activities that help out when the ocean is too rough or the jellyfish come in. The singular negative thing I might mention is elevator crowding. The lines and wait times build at peak times like checkout, check-in, lunch and the end of the beach day. Sometimes it took 39 minutes to an hour to get up to the unit.

The Oasis was fabulous. Our four bedroom condo was perfect for the group of ladies that were staying. The View was as good as it could get. We enjoyed the folks at the bar and having an adult pool was nice. We spent most of our time at the beach and made good use of the chairs and umbrellas provided by Ike’s beach service. Oasis, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2011 Casual luxury for large family! All four bedrooms have incredible views of the sunrise. Located on the southeast corner facing the beach, this unit has an enormous balcony. The condo was purchased earlier this year and has been completely renovated. New colorful decor will provide the perfect backdrop for tons of memories. The condo's master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a king sized bed, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping accommodations for 14. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is also a half bath for guests. Headed to the beach? Keep your refreshments cool with ice from the ice maker. Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home. The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! The parking garage is covered and connected to the complex. You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. The one time fee is $60 per vehicle. You may purchase up to two parking passes. The front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay, but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season. This condo is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay at 301! The room location was excellent and we enjoyed the spacious corner balcony. Comfortable beds and everything was in working order. We had a little trouble with the access code upon entering however the property manager was quick to respond.

Renting a condo at the Pheonix will never be something that I ever do again, and I will not be using VRBO again as well. The room did not look like the pictures, it was not clean. The wifi did not work. I was told it did not need a password and it did. Bedding was ripped, there were holes in the wall and on top of that you had to pay an additional $55 for a parking pass to park at the condo. ugh

Phoenix V 301 Gorgeous 3rd Floor, 3BR Corner Unit!! Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! !!!! SPLASH PAD and WATER PARK !!!!! Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation. Phoenix V is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the Gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bar-b-quing. Come relax on the spacious corner balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. A queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Our mattresses were replaced in February of 2024 and all rooms have SMART TVs! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL 1 BR and 2 BR on this same 3rd floor! Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Our stay at Phoenix V 301 was absolutely fantastic! The condo was beautifully maintained, clean, and well-stocked, making it the perfect home away from home. The spacious balcony offered breathtaking views of the Gulf, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves each morning. The resort amenities were a huge plus—the beachfront pool, kids splash pad, and direct beach access made for an unforgettable vacation. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and activities. The booking process was seamless, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Orange Beach!

We had the best time at this condo. The view is amazing from the balcony. We could just sit and watch the Ocean for hours. The condo is on a low floor which makes it easy to get down quickly, it is also an end unit making it very quiet. The beds are all very comfortable so we all slept so well! I definitely will be back to this unit next year. It is our new favorite!

I stayed here with my kids for spring break, and I cannot say enough good things about the accommodations. Very large and spacious the decor was beautiful. Had everything we needed and more. Would definitely return.

Overall great place. We had an AC issues, but it was fixed the same day. I would recommend they get a new fridge. We were only able to put a few items in it, due to it not cooling good. There is a sign on the fridge stating this, but we only had milk, drinks, sandwich meat and condiments and it didn’t cool and spoiling the food. We ended up using the wine fridge and didn’t have this issue and it was much smaller.

Phoenix West 1905 Keyless entry door lock..no keeping up with any keys during your stay!! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! Located right in the middle of the complex with the shortest walks to the elevators. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious. Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, custom tile backsplash, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are is a King bed in the Master, King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10. There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. Unit 1905 was clean and beautifully decorated with new furniture and TV’s! I loved that they had one remote to do everything!! The beds were very comfortable . We had a great time and will definitely be back!!

Overall, our stay was great. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The lazy river was nice and never too crowded, even though it was in the middle of the summer. The only complaint is there was no phone service in the building or condo. We had phones with 3 different carriers between all the guest and none of the phones worked. This is great if you are looking for a get away with no phone service, but I was working some while the grandchildren and daughter were swimming. The internet worked great, but I could not make calls on my cell phone.

Oasis 1706, formerly known as Phoenix West II 1706 New owner and completely remodeled Winter 2024. This unit is perfectly located on the 17th floor, right in the middle of the building which gives the best Gulf views! Relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, including flatscreen SMART TVs in every room. There is a 65'' in the living room, a 60'' in the master, a 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and a 48'' in the 3rd bedroom. Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2,000 sq ft condo. The beach-facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath-taking views. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, and a wet-bar, and ice maker. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach. Sleeping accommodations for 10 include a king bed in the master bedroom; the second bedroom also has a king bed; and the third bedroom has two queen-sized beds. There is also a new sleeper sofa in the living. Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home. The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage. For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, and the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay; however, please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.
