The condo was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and had everything we needed.

We loved this condo. My 2 teen granddaughters loved the waterside and lazy river. Everything about our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Would definitely stay there again. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everyone had their own privacy which I loved. We had seven people, and we were all very comfortable. It was well thought out and perfect for the view of the ocean. The parking is five floors, which is very accommodating you can walk right in the door elevators are right there.

We loved this property!! We will for sure be retuning. The only issue was phone reception was difficult at times.

The condo facility was very clean & staff were nice as well. The condo was extremely clean & well stocked. We were very surprised & pleased by how clean & new the condo looked. My kids loved playing the tic tac toe game, but there was one less o piece. I liked that you had plastic cups. Those worked out great for my kids to use. Loved having the washer/dryer to keep laundry clean on trip. The floors were very clean. We were all impressed with the decor that was used to furnish the condo. So glad we were able to hang our clothes up. Supplied a great amount of hangers. Everything was great & we will definitely be coming back to stay again.

We had a great end of summer stay! Easy access to the beach and enjoyable downtime by the pool. This is a great place to visit and relax. We came with our recently graduated seniors and 20 yo daughter. Everyone was pleased.

We had a great time at the new Phoenix II Gulf Shores. The property is beautiful and convenient to so many things. There are a few kinks to work out, but that is true for any new construction. The indoor pool water was icy cold - too cold for comfortable swimming. We hope the snack room is enlarged to include more items. The security at the slide and outdoor pool made it enjoyable for all - we have been places where kids run amok and no rules are followed. That was thankfully not the case here. The slide was a huge hit with the grandkids. Carts were plentiful and moving in/out was a breeze.

No complaints at all.

This condo is beautifully decorated and spacious. Perfect amenities including a second ice maker to fill coolers. The property is beautiful and perfect for littles or adults to lounge in the lazy river. We had an excellent time!

Had a wonderful time in a beautiful condo. SUGGESTIONS: light up the sign to the entrance, more chairs around the pool because we saw a few people get angry over getting chairs . We lost water two times. Unit 1704 needs potholders, a few games, hide t.v. Cords, mattress cover on the bed was dirty ( bedroom on the right when you walk in, bed next to the bathroom). Shoe molding between the tub and shower is missing.

I would highly recommend this vacation rental. I am very particular about where I stay and after staying here, I think the owner nailed it for picky people like me. The design and comfort gives beach vibes and relaxation. There was more than enough room for our family to gather and not feel like we are on top of each other. The tv's in the bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. I had read reviews about the elevator service and long wait times, but we were there on Labor Day weekend on the 17th floor with zero problems. It had every kitchen appliance you could possibly need and the icemaker was a fantastic surprise that we used to fill up our ice chests for the beach. If you are a picky traveler that wants all the comforts of home with a beach vibe and beautiful view, this is your condo.

This place is absolutely GORGEOUS. Breathtaking views in all directions. The pool is amazing and everything was very nice. The only annoying thing was that we had to wear an arm band around the pool area, but that's a blessing too because then ensure it's for guests only.

Everyone enjoyed their vacation and the property was excellent we enjoyed the lazy pool a fantastic gym hot tub and short walk to the ocean we had a great time

Place was brand new!! A couple of hiccups with the building shutting the water off and repairs not fished. But over all very nice place. Beds are a little firm to our liking.

Booking was simple. Communication was clear. Upon entering the unit it was breathtaking. Huge, white and bright, clean, loads of dishes, etc. It was amazing to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The view was gorgeous. The furniture was comfortable. Great beds! There was a missed email regarding the keurig not working but a text solved the problem and we were offered a new one that afternoon. Pools are great. Exercise room is sufficient. Friendly staff. Would definitely love to come back!

This condo was designed and laid out beautifully. Stocked with everything you could think of. Beautiful view from the balcony of pool and ocean. Nice walk to pier and conveniently located! We LOVED our stay.

My family had a wonderful time at Phoenix Gulf Shores 2. Our condo was well-equipped, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The front desk answered all our questions and was very helpful. The lazy river was a bonus in the beach was amazing.We will definitely visit again.

The condo was very clean and everything was new. We did not have water on and off and when my husband went down to let them know he said they were kind of rude. The security guard at the pool was not very nice to our kids. We were traveling with friends and allowing the 11 and 12 year olds to go to the pool by themselves from the beach and the security guard was constantly fussing at them even though they weren’t doing anything which she admitted. And lastly the beds were completely awful. Hard as a rock literally! I had to go to target and buy mattress toppers

We simply loved it! The property was incredible. My kids aged 1-10 all loved the easy access to the beach and had a blast with the pool, lazy river and slide, which was very handy when jellyfish were prevalent in the ocean. The condo was spotless when we arrived. We loved this so much we will return here again and again or consider buying a condo here. 5 stars!

It was a great place to stay with our family. The parking convenience of being on the same floor as the unit was really nice. Definitely will go back!
