1404 was very clean and the view was amazing. The lazy river and waterslide was a hit with everyone. It was a perfect vacation spot.

Great property! Beautiful views! Honestly we never used the amenities at the property but they were well kept and used by many staying on property.

We had a very nice time and enjoyed the new complex. Without a ramp to the beach was difficult to take our stuff down. We were told that this was a Gulf Shores city issue. We love the Phoenix condos and we will be back!

We recently went to Gulf Shores for the first time. We loved the area and staying at Phoenix Gulf Shores II was wonderful. Our room was very nice and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The views off the balcony were amazing. Our kids LOVED the slide and the lazy river. It was their favorite part. This condo is very convenient. It has a parking garage so you can walk directly into the condo and feel like your vehicle is safe. You travel to the second floor and from there you can workout, enjoy the indoor swimming pool and hot tub or walk outside to the pool and beach area. We loved that the beach was just steps from our condo. We could leave our tent, chairs and other belongings there if we needed to return to our room. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone going to the Gulf Shores area. It was also close to restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery stores, gas stations, and other fun activities for kids to enjoy.

We absolutely loved our stay in Unit 403. It was so open and plenty of space for my family of 6.

The unit is very well decorated and beds are comfortable. The Kitchen is well stocked for all your needs.I would definatley reccomend this unit.

Stayed in Condo 1004. Very clean! Photos and description of property were spot on! Easy parking. Plenty of carts for unloading your car. Front desk staff and ground staff were so sweet and very friendly. The entire property is extremely clean and everything is new. Walking into the condo was breathing and so bright. All bedrooms were just beautiful. Amazing views. We loved having the ice machine. Kitchen is so well stocked with everything we needed. Furniture very comfy and the balcony furniture very sturdy and new. We loved the lazy river. It was cool in February but we got in anyway. The indoor pool was very nice as
well and the hot tub. We have nothing to complain about at all with this lovely place. We kinda struggled with the pillows feeling like balloons and the sheets slipping off the mattress. We are sure this is just due to protective bedding. I hate to even mention that but it was really the only tiny thing to mention. All the beds are very comfy though. We really hated to leave this beautiful condo. The owners spared no expense with the beautiful decor throughout the condo. The table is hugh and so many dishes without having to wash them every day. We felt very safe at this location. Lots of thrifting stores in the area which we loved. (Resale Heaven, Holy Spirit Thrift to mention a couple.) We loved eating at Cactus Cantina and Sunliner Diner. We went to the Warf for the 34th Annual Orange Beach Seafood Festival and car Show. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. Cannot say enough good things about Phoenix Gulf Shores Condo 1004. We will be back soon.

My family of 8 loved our experience so much! This is our second year to stay at the Phoenix condominium properties for our Annual Family Thanksgiving celebration. We enjoyed our stay . The beach , pools and hot tub! The location of the Phoenix 11 was close to restaurants we love ! My son fished from the beach and grandchildren played in the sand! We will see you next Thanksgiving for sure!

From the moment we walked into this unit we knew we would be back! Everything about it was perfect. The decor was so cute and beachy. The condo was clean and had plenty of room but also had a cozy comfy feeling. The 10th floor was the perfect height. We had the most anazing views! Indoor pool, hot tub ,workout room fabulous. The outdoor pool, lazy river and slide an absolute blast! Can’t wait to come back again! We will definitely stay in this condo again! It had all we needed to make our vacation great!

The place was amazing!! I have been to many, many places and this is the best place I have ever been. The condo was absolutely beautiful!! The people were so nice and friendly. I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know.

We just stayed at a beautiful brand new condo that was amazing. It was loaded with amenities and it included a lazy river and slide which we all loved and enjoyed! I only had one little issue of the Rules for Pool and Slide!
They need to update the pool/ slide rules regarding puddle jumper floats on the slide! Your employees should all be on the same page as this would be helpful! Other than this everyone had a wonderful time on our family vacation! I highly recommend this place! Definitely want to return!!!

Very clean and nicely appointed condo with a great view. We had everything that we needed. Waiting on the elevator was no problem since it was a winter trip and not busy.

It was a very nice place and we all enjoyed it very much. The only downfall was there wasn’t enough wash rags. My wife and I had the main sweet and only had 1 wash rags and 2 or 3 towels. The other rooms had 2 wash rags a piece. Not near enough

This condo was amazing! It was so tastefully decorated and it had everything we needed. Everything was super comfortable and it felt like home. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and we easily fit with room to spare! The location was great along with all of the amenities that Phoenix II offered.

We loved this condo. My 2 teen granddaughters loved the waterside and lazy river. Everything about our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Would definitely stay there again. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everyone had their own privacy which I loved. We had seven people, and we were all very comfortable. It was well thought out and perfect for the view of the ocean. The parking is five floors, which is very accommodating you can walk right in the door elevators are right there.

We loved this property!! We will for sure be retuning. The only issue was phone reception was difficult at times.

The condo facility was very clean & staff were nice as well. The condo was extremely clean & well stocked. We were very surprised & pleased by how clean & new the condo looked. My kids loved playing the tic tac toe game, but there was one less o piece. I liked that you had plastic cups. Those worked out great for my kids to use. Loved having the washer/dryer to keep laundry clean on trip. The floors were very clean. We were all impressed with the decor that was used to furnish the condo. So glad we were able to hang our clothes up. Supplied a great amount of hangers. Everything was great & we will definitely be coming back to stay again.
