Great condo nice size great location and great weather

Our stay and experience overall was fantastic! The condo was larger than expected and fit 10 easily.

The sectional is a bit broken down and probably needs replaced; one of the bedrooms, bed skirt had splatters of blood stains or something so that should be replaced as well. Overall, our trip was fantastic. We'll definitely be vacationing there again.

Six of us take a girls trip to the beach each year. We loved this unit at the Phoenix so much we will be back next year! The condo is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. It has an amazing blender for frozen drinks! The beds were all comfortable and we loved having 3 full baths as well. Everything was wonderful!!
Would love to see a single cup keurig next year!! Ha!
And we loved the lazy river and slide!

This place was beautiful! We brought my 88 year old mom here, as she loves the beach. The decor was so calming and very tasteful. The full view of the gulf was so gorgeous! We hope to come back again very soon!

Wonderful rental, plenty of room for the family. Great decor and plenty of extra amenities.

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. I would highly recommend it and plan on using again next year. Only one complaint was one shower not cleaned well. Could also use more silverware.

This condo was just as described!! Amazing views and absolutely beautiful condo. The lazy river and splash pad were a hit with our granddaughter!! Can’t say enough good about this place!! We will be back!!

Beautiful view, great location

Good stay. Condo was clean but kitchen is under equipped. few items needs attention: Rusty large spoons, no small spoons, kitchen light needs repair, master bath exhaust needs repair.

Our coffee maker pot was broken and needed to be replaced.. we asked Jill for help and she said she was on it immediately! We didn’t get a replacement until the next day after we had our morning coffee. She said it was delivered to the wrong condo! We tried several times contacting her the evening before didn’t get a response.
We had a queen size fitted sheet on one bed, no pillowcases on two pillows and asked for what was needed. That didn’t come until after the coffee maker!
One bedroom bedding was very unsatisfactory... it had been cut to use in both queen beds?
There were no teaspoons in the place.
Very disappointed in this condo!

The condo is very beautiful. Well decorated and spacious. Being on the 27th floor is breathtaking for views. But the other reviews stating that it is “dirty” are not unfounded. After we initially walked in and were impressed by the overall size and look of the place, we started to see how dirty everything was. Inches of dust and lint on the doors, picture frames, the laundry closet. All of the cabinets in the kitchen and baths were dirty and dusty, inside and out. The kitchen cabinet doors had drips of “stuff” from the other renters before us. The kitchen garbage can had “ick” all over the lid and rim of the can. The nightstand in one of the bedrooms had a shelf that something had spilled on and was left that way. There were feathers all over the living room floor from the throw pillows, like it hadn’t even been vacuumed. And while we expected the floors to be a little sandy, it was as if they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. We turned our bathmats black with dirty footprints from walking in the condo barefoot. The sheets and bathrooms were clean which is important but it’s as if those were the only areas cleaned well. We spent almost an hour cleaning the kitchen as soon as we arrived. Not what I want to do on vacation. My house is cleaner than this was and I don’t PAY a service to clean it for me. This is the PENTHOUSE level! It should be the crown jewel of the the complex! And as I said, we paid a pretty substantial “cleaning fee.”

Also kind of strange, there was 1 dishtowel for 7 days and 1 USED green scratchie. No extra wash rags and no pot holders to get pans out of the oven. We had to buy a set at Walmart to get us through the week. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, for 10 people for 1 week.

The facilities are well kept. The elevators are quick and smooth. The lazy river is fantastic.

This beautiful property was everything we were expecting and more!! The 27th floor was a dream and getting up there was a breeze due to the speedy bank of four elevators. This condo is just lovely and so clean. One of the favorite surprises was the ice machine which kept us with all 9 of us. This property is so family friendly and they keep everything spotless. The parking garage is so convenient and very well lit and safe. There are grocery carts on over floor so you can bring all your belongings and groceries inside from your car with ease. The beach was combed every day and is just a dream!!! I would love to stay here again!!!

Alittle cold but enjoyed the visit

This condo was impeccable. It was comfortable and accommodating for our party of 6. The views were incredible. It had everything you could need for your stay. I think we only dined out 3 times -- all other meals we had at the condo. The pool was great and the beach was very clean. The linens were comfortable. I can't wait to come back!

Outstanding rental. Clark and company are top notch property managers and accommodated any change we needed. The view is the best on the the Alabama Gulf from the 27th floor of POB II. The furnishings are very nice and the ice maker is a must.

This condo was by far the best we have stayed in. Spacious, beautiful decor, comfy beds and wonderful amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions and concerns. Clark was especially helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Allow very expensive, our group of 12 enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. Our six grandchildren really had a good time. No complaints about the condo at all. Very well maintained with a great 27th floor view.

This condo unit was everything I expected amd MORE! The space was very generous for our family of 4 adults and the view was SPECTACULAR! I wasn't sure how I would feel about being on the top floor of the complex but I really liked it and would definitely stay in this unit again! I am very selective when it comes to furnishings and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED! Everything felt new and very well maintained. We had no issues during our stay. The beds were comfortable. The closet spaces were surprisingly roomy. The bathrooms and kitchen were very nice with upgrades like quartz countertops/vanities and tile. The balcony was perfect! We enjoyed starting our days eating breakfast at the table on the balcony and enjoyed ending them on the balcony as well listening to the ocean waves and looking at the stars!

Only issue was / is ice maker in bar area. Extremely loud.

Condo is well equipped. Beds extremely comfortable. Very clean.
The view is fabulous. Location is good too. The dishwasher didn’t work and I let them know but didn’t hear back from them. I think that when someone books a condo and any of the amenities will be closed during their time there they should be told in advance not after you get there.

Just a suggestion - the lighting from the lamps needs to be brighter. We had a hard time reading in the evening.

This condo was beautiful decorated and the view was amazing. The complex was well kept with great amenities. Cons 1. The ice maker in the mini bar makes a loud knocking and beating noise every 20 to 30 minutes and keeps you up at night. 2. We don’t wear shoes in the house and after walking around the condo for a short time everyone’s feet where black from all the dirt on the floor. 3 hand towel in hall bath had makeup all over it along with two of the pillow cases in adjoining bedroom. 4. When the temperature dropped down that first night and we turned on the heat and all the smoke detectors went off I had to run down for maintenance to check the unit. I was expecting the stinky smell when you change unit to heat but not smoke detectors blaring. Overall our stay was good I do feel something needs to been done about ice maker so people can get a decent nights sleep.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Amenities were great. Would recommend highly.

Gathered our family to celebrate our 50th Anniversary and this worked out perfectly. Plenty of space for the whole family and location was convenient. The unit was equipped with most everything we needed.

The condo was beautiful and offered ample space for our family of 13 to spread out. The furnishings were worn and all the furniture needed updated. Found lots of things that needed cleaned - one skillet still had pil in it. We couldn't walk barefooted on the carpets or our feet looked like we never bathed. Had issues with the main kitchen sink faucet but it was replaced. TV wasn't working for three days of our stay. But it was eventually fixed.

I two of the smaller bedrooms/baths and the east side master bath the sink stoppers were broken. Also the vent over the stove did not work. One of the dishwashers “ran” the whole time we were there and we could not use it. Door bell doesn’t work. Need directions for complicated showers in the two master suites. The unit was nice but needs some TLC. Liked the hot tub and the balcony.

Lovely condo, beautifully decorated, very spacious. The floors were sticky and could have used a proper moping.

Our family loved our time at the Turquoise. The space was just what we needed, and the amenities were wonderful.

Our family enjoyed the space the condo provides, the size of the kitchen was amazing and fully equipped. Plenty of room for us all to spread out.
The only issues we had were would have been nice to know that the Hot Tub was not in working order and we were informed they are all being removed. My grandson was very disappointed. Neither garbage disposal was working making it hard to dispose of leftovers. Bath towels are extremely rough.

Family vacation with 10 people aged 9 - 63. Spacious condo. Beautiful beach. Fun pool area. I highly recommend Orange Beach and this condo.

We loved staying there! Everything was absolutely perfect for just my husband and I! Highly recommend. The only thing it was missing is curtains on the balcony windows/door. I felt in the evening we were open to anyone on the beach. Other than that, perfect!

The bed was old hard and made noise every time you move. Our backs, neck, arms, legs, everything hurts. Worse bed WE have EVER slept on. The bedroom furniture is old rusted and just needs replaced

5 stars for the condo unit itself - updated and beautiful! Beach access was so convenient and Orange Beach is beautiful.

The rest of the condo building and amenities felt dated and were not up to the same standard as the other Pheonix properties. We had an enjoyable trip but were a bit disenchanted by the condition of the pool, shared areas, etc. Staff keep things very clean, but the wear and tear is clear. Additionally, elevators are challenging in this unit. Thankfully, this 3rd floor unit is easily accessible by stairs.

Everything with the room was as expected and very nice. The elevator situation is very difficult for checking in an out with luggage. It was the only downside of the trip.

Great location and very convenient to everything.

We had a wonderful time on this beautiful beach. The condo is nicely renovated. They were doing some construction on the front entrance, but it didn’t interrupt or disturb us at all. We would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was awesome and so was the view.

The condo is clean & updated except for the shower. The shower is outdated & drain’s slow. The neighbor’s where nosy & we could barely sit out on our patio due to the neighbor’s on both sides constantly smoking on there own patios. Other than those complaints everything was nice.

This condo is in a great location, close to a lot of things. The bed was too hard for us. The first night the shower would not drain correctly. Come to find out it was clogged with other peoples hair... We wish the sliding doors had some type of shades or curtains on them. The sun reflecting off the water was extremely bright in the condo. But other than that it was a good place to stay.

This is the first time staying at this condo and we will definately be back. The view was spectacular and the amenities were great! Great location to places. Condo was updated and very clean!

It was the perfect space for what I needed. I wanted a cozy getaway spot right on the beach and it was exactly what I was looking for. Everything was in good order and the the kitchen was well stock. The best part was the balcony had both a dining table and a chaise. It's a very nice unit!

The condo matched its photos. The location on the 3rd floor was great. Nice view of ocean from balcony and not to close to the pool. Everything worked fine. Some things were missing from condo that we thought should have been there, and when I reported them via email, they were delivered a few hours later. Bed was comfy.

This condo was the perfect size for my family of three. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. The furniture was in good condition. The balcony is great for hanging out with a perfect beach and ocean view. We also enjoyed having breakfast at the table on the balcony and a drink at night. Easy access to the pool and beach, splash pad for my 4 year old worked out well. Overall we had a great 7 night stay at this unit.

Condo was nicely furnished, light and bright. Nice balcony letting in lots of light into kitchen and living room with 2 sliders. Complex seemed older, but clean with nice amenities. (wasn't crazy for the extra charge for parking)
Staff was friendly and noted several staff in evening cleaning common areas.
Overall excellent experience.

We waited 4.5 hours and since they still hadn’t come but we wanted to use the shower/bathroom just fixed it ourselves. No big deal but hostess didn’t express any thanks. I think this unit is just one of many they own so you miss out on hospitality. Overall though our stay was great and we’d definitely go back again as we loved the location to the beach and awesome restaurants!

We were fortunate to be the first to stay in this condo immediately after its renovation. It was so nice and clean, decorated beautifully, and the location was perfect for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Excellent place to stay for a couple or a small family. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo.

Clean, relaxing and no complaints

This was a great place but with some added utensils would make it much better. If the owner added a wine tool-- who doesn't open a bottle of wine on vacation? There was no pizza cutter--- another who doesn't cook a frozen pizza on vacation? Also the coffee table in the picture was missing.

We also rented on some "off days" so be prepared to wait on an elevator if you come in on a Saturday. The line we witnessed for the elevator was super long!

Our stay was for a very cold weekend in January but the view made me forget it was under 30 degrees most of that time. the condo was nicely furnished, but could have used a update in regards to furnishings. Bring your own coffee, filters, seasonings , it does not supply that. The check in process was easy and parking pass was $35 a car. Did not use many of the resorts amenities and went to local restaurants for breakfast , etc.
would stay again in the Phoenix.
