This condo was better than the pictures, clean, spacious and welcoming. I appreciated the small touches of have dehumidifiers in the bedrooms, to dish detergent and a list of local restaurants at our finger tips. Parking was also great, we unloaded and walked right in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kiddos loved the waterslide and lazy river while us parents loved the convenience of being able to see our older kids at the pool from the balcony.

We loved everything about our four night stay, except for the fact that we eventually had to leave. The unit is very spacious, and has everything that you need for your stay. The fully-outfitted kitchen made cooking a breeze. The view was amazing, and since the weather was a little too chilly for the beach a few days, we spent many hours curled up in comfy blankets, reading on the balcony. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool/waterslide/hottub, and beach access was a breeze. The unit is very close to the elevator, and just steps away from parking, which was incredibly helpful. We will definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip to Gulf Shores!

We spent a week in this beautiful condo. There were 9 of us total. This condo was perfect for us. There was so much room. We never felt crowded. There was plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We cooked dinner there every night. The building is new. It is very clean and spacious. Everyone loved all of the pools especially the lazy river. The condo is located in a great area. There are a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and shops close by. There are lots of things to do in Orange Beach. You won’t get bored. All in all, we had a great stay at this condo and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful, the pool was great for the kids. We loved the fact that we came in from the parking deck right to our floor & didn't have to wait on an elevator. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. This was not a big deal for us, but the towels were small so if you are a bigger person if could be an issue. I would suggest more mixing bowls for the kitchen & another decent size frying pan. Our overall experience was great & I would recommend this place.

We have stayed at several condos and this was by far the best we have stayed in. The building and the room were in new condition, the on suite washer dryer was a huge success, the beds were absolutely amazing, the pools were a bit hit with the kids and not deep enough to worry, the beaches were clean and easily accessible. The only single downside we could think of was parking - just hard to get in and out of the spaces with a full size vehicle. The owner provided us exceptional service as well and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we would definitely give this a 10/10 and look forward to a return in the future!

Great experience with our family. Beautiful condo with plenty space. The living, dining, and Kitchen area gave for a lot of counter space to store all our food and drinks. The living area was so nice and open to enjoy everyone’s company especially since we had 11 adults. The only three things i would suggest would be
More seating on Balcony, more kitchen options - bowls, etc since we cook often and better carts to bring your items from the car to your condo. The grocery carts make it harder than it needs to be.
Lastly i was very upset on the rules of the slide at the pool. Saying kids have to be 4ft with no floaters. The slide is a kiddie slide to begin with. As long as an adult is catching them and they have floaties on then that should be safe - it was everyday but one. Makes no sense at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and plan on staying here again. The whole family enjoyed the pool, slide, lazy river and direct access to the beach. It looks just like the pictures, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Michael was very helpful with the rental, as was the staff on location. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants. The same level covered parking was great!

301 was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautiful! The view of the beach is always the pinnacle of relaxation. Sitting on the beach is just what anyone needs to unwind and forget their worries. The pool and lazy river add another level of de-stressing.

The kitchen needs a few tools added to it to make this the perfect escape! Measuring cups, measuring spoons, larger frying pans, mixing bowls, and maybe another cooking sheet would round out the amenities.

This place was wonderful, i had a small issue with the refrigerator and it was fixed within an hour of me asking about it . (Ended up being our error). The pool was great, the beach is so close , the view is great as welll. The condo was clean, parking was easy . The only thing and this is not a complaint just a heads up there was no hair dryer , we had to go buy one so pack your hair dryer . Other than that it was perfect . I will be staying here again .

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo! Great location, short walk to beach and short walk to condo from parking deck. Very quiet, never heard a neighbor or even the construction next door. It's brand new so the kitchen could use a few more item like big bowls and a large skillet. Memory foam mattresses, some loved some not as much but that is just personal preference.

This unit and the whole place was wonderful! We loved it and would stay again! We had a couple little things pop up (missing a dryer, iron and issue with logging in to TV). I only mention them not because they were a problem but to say the company managing the unit was very responsive and handled it quickly. Would recommend renting through Phoenix Rentals and definitely loved this unit!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor West corner with parking just steps from your front door!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! 301 was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautiful! The view of the beach is always the pinnacle of relaxation. Sitting on the beach is just what anyone needs to unwind and forget their worries. The pool and lazy river add another level of de-stressing.

The kitchen needs a few tools added to it to make this the perfect escape! Measuring cups, measuring spoons, larger frying pans, mixing bowls, and maybe another cooking sheet would round out the amenities.

Great experience with our family. Beautiful condo with plenty space. The living, dining, and Kitchen area gave for a lot of counter space to store all our food and drinks. The living area was so nice and open to enjoy everyone’s company especially since we had 11 adults. The only three things i would suggest would be
More seating on Balcony, more kitchen options - bowls, etc since we cook often and better carts to bring your items from the car to your condo. The grocery carts make it harder than it needs to be.
Lastly i was very upset on the rules of the slide at the pool. Saying kids have to be 4ft with no floaters. The slide is a kiddie slide to begin with. As long as an adult is catching them and they have floaties on then that should be safe - it was everyday but one. Makes no sense at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and plan on staying here again. The whole family enjoyed the pool, slide, lazy river and direct access to the beach. It looks just like the pictures, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Michael was very helpful with the rental, as was the staff on location. The condo is close to shopping and restaurants. The same level covered parking was great!

We took my Bachelorette Trip to Orange Beach! We had a fabulous time - the views are BREATHTAKING!! The fabric on chairs and couches could use a nice deep clean - but when it’s a rental at the beach, things get plenty of carefree use. The space was clean, kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The only thing we needed more of was toilet paper. Beds were comfortable. We had a great time cooking breakfast in the condo, relaxing on the beach, eating out at night, and staying up late on the balcony sharing stories and playing games!

This was one of our fave vacations! The unit was perfect, clean and very spacious. Stocked with tons of games and is literally a 30 second walk to the beach. Having an indoor pool in addition to the two outside was huge because one day it rained.
Also so much shopping and eateries! Will definitely want to book here again!

Check in is super easy, because of how the building is built you have great unobstructed views from sunrise to sunset. The unit was clean , didn’t feel any sand walking around barefoot. The lazy river is very relaxing to cool off after a fun day playing in the gulf and enjoying the beach. Location is really good every thing is a short drive away. Gulf state park is right across the street which is a great option to get outside and experience something very cool besides the beach. The unit had plenty of room for 11 adults, lots of seating and a well furnished balcony to enjoy breakfast. Kitchen is well furnished if you want to cook your own meals. Building has 4 elevators so we didn’t wait long to get to the ground floor. Gym area is adequate for a short vacation workout.

The condo is beautiful and was clean. However, I would suggest cleaning the baseboards. Also, there was a jelly bean on the floor of one of the closets. Not a huge deal, but for such a huge cleaning fee, I wouldn’t expect to see anything on the closet floor.

We loved the layout and style of the condo, but for the amount of money we were disappointed with all of the necessities we had to purchase. There was one trash bag, no spare toilet paper rolls, no hand soap in the kitchen, and no kitchen staples. It would be so inexpensive to keep the condo stocked with these little things. Otherwise, the condo was clean and our family loved the amenities like the pool and lazy river.

We loved the layout and style of the condo, but for the amount of money we were disappointed with all of the necessities we had to purchase. There was one trash bag, no spare toilet paper rolls, no hand soap in the kitchen, and no kitchen staples. It would be so inexpensive to keep the condo stocked with these little things. Otherwise, the condo was clean and our family loved the amenities like the pool and lazy river.

The condo is beautiful and was clean. However, I would suggest cleaning the baseboards. Also, there was a jelly bean on the floor of one of the closets. Not a huge deal, but for such a huge cleaning fee, I wouldn’t expect to see anything on the closet floor.

Check in is super easy, because of how the building is built you have great unobstructed views from sunrise to sunset. The unit was clean , didn’t feel any sand walking around barefoot. The lazy river is very relaxing to cool off after a fun day playing in the gulf and enjoying the beach. Location is really good every thing is a short drive away. Gulf state park is right across the street which is a great option to get outside and experience something very cool besides the beach. The unit had plenty of room for 11 adults, lots of seating and a well furnished balcony to enjoy breakfast. Kitchen is well furnished if you want to cook your own meals. Building has 4 elevators so we didn’t wait long to get to the ground floor. Gym area is adequate for a short vacation workout.

This is our 3rd time in Gulf shores/Orange beach area and this was by far our BEST experience. We loved the condo (kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking pans/etc) and this unit had an ice machine (so awesome!). There was also a keurig, wish I would have known before we arrived. Beds were very comfortable and lots of room for our big family to sleep, eat and relax after a day at the beach. Elevators were very quick and roomy. The walk to the beach was great. I would recommend renting the chairs and umbrellas (a little pricey but worth it.) We brought a tent but you cannot set it up close to the beach (so it is a hot walk back and forth to the beach). I would also recommend if you brought your own beach chairs to sit by the beach, get them set up early (like by 6:30am)! The lazy river and slide were amazing, my granddaughter (3 years old) loved it, and our adult kids enjoyed the lazy river. This building is so close to everything, no more than a 10-minute drive to some of the most popular and amazing restaurants.

The only negatives I found with this unit where the buzzer on the dryer is insanely loud, and I could not figure out how to turn it off! :) And the oven took a long time to preheat (over 15 minutes). These are really petty things, because overall the unit was amazing!!

The only other negative for the Phoenix condo was the cart situation. They have 5 carts per floor (2-7) and on check in day it was very difficult to find a cart and some families would use 2 carts to unload. We had a wagon that helped us get groceries and our stuff to the unit. Also check in was not really clear where to go (you should go to tower 1 floor 2 to check in) FYI.

We were on the 21st floor and it was quite high if you are afraid of heights, view was still amazing but if we come back, I think we might try staying in a lower unit for that reason. Overall this unit was amazing and absolutely stunning! 100/10 recommend!!

we enjoyed ourselves. I was worried about the parking with a truck, however we had no issues. the beach was crowded on the holiday, which was to be expected. I can't imagine how crowded it will be when tower II opens. Needs more grills. We were unable to use a grill due to the wait and 1 person using multiple grills. the dryer buzzer is excessive and loud. the washer is extremely loud. It might have something wrong with it. the kitchen was not clean when we arrived. the dishes were still dirty in the washer. the cabinets had drippings. Overall the condo was perfect for our needs. Really like the 2 queen beds in each room! the hallway can get loud. The elevators were excellent and did not have to wait long. could have used extra pillowcases and kitchen sponge to wash dishes rather than washcloth.

The kitchen needs some spatulas, plastic cups for kids, and other minor utensils. And a broom and a dust pan would be nice.

Gulf Towers 2103 is a beautiful condo. Very well decorated and designed. Kitchen is stocked, plenty of towels. You will need to bring your own toilet paper as the ones they provide run out within about 2 days. We did have a few cleanliness issues, the condo was not as cleaned as we had hoped. Unfortunately we never got a response from the rental company when we emailed and texted about it. We were able to use the vacuum and broom in the condo to clean some ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay. This condo has a great beachy theme and we loved that it had a Keurig! Having access to both lazy rivers was an added bonus.

Would recommend adding shower caddies to the stalls, a table or something in the bathrooms that only had pedestal sinks and mattresses could be a little softer or more plush. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again! Thank you :)

This place is AMAZING! Spacious, very clean, and a great location. The lazy river and slide were a hit with our 3 year old. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We had a wonderful stay and will be coming back!

We enjoyed a family vacation for Thanksgiving week with family from 2 to 88! The littles enjoyed the beach and the indoor pool and my mother was perfectly happy with the beautiful view in the beautiful condo. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. The staff was pleasant and the accommodations were lovely.

This condo is decorated absolutely beautifully. The space and the number of bathrooms was a huge plus for us! The view of the gulf is absolutely stunning! Having an ice machine in the condo was an unexpected amenity that was used daily. The condo was spotless which made it easy to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Gulf Towers 2101. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils but we made do. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone taking a trip to Orange Beach.

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 21st floor West corner with incredible views and unreal sunsets! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! We love Orange Beach and had a great time in this condo. It was clean, very nice furnishings, parking was great, and we liked having access to the storage unit. My one suggestion is that they add hooks or extra towel bars to hang wet things.

This unit was phenomenal. The condo was beautifully decorated and the size of the condo was so open and roomy. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil you might need. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms roomy and clean. The amenities of this location are fantastic. Parking is steps from your door, the view is gorgeous, waterslide, lazy river, splash pad, indoor pool, hot tub should I say more. This is the best of the best. I would definitely stay here again. My husband and I along with my daughter, son-in-law and two grandbabies had a wonderful time! With this unit on the fifth floor, we were able to look out at the pool below and hear the ocean. Was a bit disappointed in the area rug in the living room with all of the spots and dirt, especially since I had my two grandbabies with us. But it wasn’t a problem. We rolled it up and pushed it to the side. I called the number on the rental agreement because the previous renter had obviously burned stuff in the two skillets and we wanted to cook breakfast. Within 30 minutes we had new skillet along with some pots and pans and dish towels. The unit is spacious equipped with lots of plates glasses and utensils. Only item missing from the kitchen was a pair of scissors which we bought on our grocery run so it was not a problem. The coffee maker could brew an entire pot or just a Keurig cup, which was nice in the afternoon if anybody wanted a cup of coffee,This property is beautiful! Close to Walmart, Publix, Rouses, and several restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a wonderful week staying with a group of 6 in this condo. It was spacious, beautiful decor, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for the week! The views from the 4th floor are stunning! There is a storage area in the hallway with some extra beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
The only negative was it was not very clean upon our arrival. Coffee stains from a recent spill on the kitchen floor, counters, and cabinets. Overall the tile was pretty dirty throughout the condo and could use a deep clean. Also, we had to wash the spare blankets before using them because they were also dirty.
Besides the minor cleanliness issues, the condo is absolutely perfect!

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach, even with a tropical storm hitting! Our condo was very nice! Perfect for our group of 5 and one grandbaby! Looked just like the pictures! It was very clean and comfortable! We loved the huge balcony stocked with lots of nice furniture! Also, the large ice maker in the bar area came in very handy! There was security around the premises and staff who came around and moved balcony furniture for us for our safety during the storm. There were a few very small complaints, but nothing that would keep us from returning!

Our family of 10 stayed in this condo and all were very satisfied with the accommodations. There was plenty of space for 3 families ages 10 months to 70 years old. The condo was very clean and had a very well supplied kitchen with enough silverware, cups and plates that we did not need to wash dishes every 5 minutes so everyone could have clean. The kids loved the pool, slide and lazy river with only a short walk to the beach. With the parking garage we were able to park just a short distance from our condo and there was never that long of a wait for the elevators to go down to the pool or beach. I loved that there was a closet for beach supplies outside of the condo, really saved dragging sand into the condo. Overall loved our vacation and would recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed with four teenagers and had the best time. The condo was exactly as described. Everything looked brand new and very clean. My sister’s family of four joined us for one night and we had plenty of room. The closet with several beach chairs and beach buggy was wonderful. We will definitely return to 403!

The condo and the complex were absolutely amazing. Phoenix Rentals, LLC was a breeze to deal with. Unfortunately, Brett Robinson runs the complex and manages the grounds. Our pool was closed constantly throughout the week. We had afternoon showers on most days, but some days, no rain in sight, pretty sunny sky, however Brett Robinson security claimed that lightening was within 20 miles and our pool were closed. I get safety, however security was rude, yelling at everyone to either get to their room or go to the beach. No one is even allowed anywhere near the indoor or outdoor pool area. Not even to hang out or wait on a family member coming down from the condo, until they have no strikes within 30 minutes of a 20 miles radius...RIDICULOUS!

The condo was very nice and clean. Like that you can park on the floor that your condo is on. But we did notice a lot of hair everywhere on the towels, wash clothes, and the dish towels. We washed them before we used them. Would be nice if they had hair dryers and hooks on back of the bathroom door. Also more bath hooks for towels. The inside and outdoor pool water was very cold. I thought maybe on cool days they would have had the water warm. But evidently they don’t have a heater on the pool. Overall we had a good time.

We stayed in 403 in early August with another family (10 total). The condo was beautiful and clean! Had everything we needed! The property was immaculate and we encountered several maintenance/security staff while we were there and they were very friendly and also sternly enforced safety on the slide and indoor pool which I appreciated. Even with the construction of the 2nd tower next door there were no annoying noises or messes. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. The unit was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The view cannot be beat. We enjoyed being right across the street from the state park. There is also a very nice coffee shop/cafe across the street. We recommend this condo without reservation.

We stayed for a week at this property and enjoyed our time here. First the highlights: fantastic location, proximity to the beach is second to none. Layout of the condo was great, large kitchen that was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes/silverware. Large wet bar with ice maker was a great touch. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the linens were very clean. We used the lazy river, slide, indoor pool, and hot tub amenities several times during our stay and it was amazing to have them for options on red flag or rainy days.

Now for the few things that would really put this property over the top: housecleaning and convenience items. The floor (all tile) was pretty disgusting. We kicked off our sandals when we got inside the door, and by the time we had unpacked our bags the bottoms of our feet were black. We wore ours sandals while in the unit the rest of the week due to this. The kitchen countertops also didn’t appear to have been cleaned, as there was grit, drink rings, and food residue in several places. The showers were also in need of a thorough cleaning. We had to buy some cleaner and microfiber cloths to wipe down the counters - having these items on hand would be nice. One dish towel and dish cloth seemed minimal for a week, as did one trash bag, and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. If these few things are remedied, we’d happily return and recommend this property to others!

We took our annual beach trip with two other families, 6 adults and 6 children. This condo was PERFECT to allow our own space but also provide a common area large enough for us to all enjoy each other's company! We always stay in a Phoenix resort but this is our new favorite. We are already planning to return to the same unit next year. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with a lazy river and water slide that adults and kids will love! My children enjoyed the pools. The indoor pool was especially nice when my oldest kept having a reaction to every kind of sunscreen. The walk to the beach takes no time. We cannot wait to go back

My husband and I along with my daughter, son-in-law and two grandbabies had a wonderful time! With this unit on the fifth floor, we were able to look out at the pool below and hear the ocean. Was a bit disappointed in the area rug in the living room with all of the spots and dirt, especially since I had my two grandbabies with us. But it wasn’t a problem. We rolled it up and pushed it to the side. I called the number on the rental agreement because the previous renter had obviously burned stuff in the two skillets and we wanted to cook breakfast. Within 30 minutes we had new skillet along with some pots and pans and dish towels. The unit is spacious equipped with lots of plates glasses and utensils. Only item missing from the kitchen was a pair of scissors which we bought on our grocery run so it was not a problem. The coffee maker could brew an entire pot or just a Keurig cup, which was nice in the afternoon if anybody wanted a cup of coffee,This property is beautiful! Close to Walmart, Publix, Rouses, and several restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.

This unit was phenomenal. The condo was beautifully decorated and the size of the condo was so open and roomy. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil you might need. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms roomy and clean. The amenities of this location are fantastic. Parking is steps from your door, the view is gorgeous, waterslide, lazy river, splash pad, indoor pool, hot tub should I say more. This is the best of the best. I would definitely stay here again. Highly Recommend!!!!

We took our annual beach trip with two other families, 6 adults and 6 children. This condo was PERFECT to allow our own space but also provide a common area large enough for us to all enjoy each other's company! We always stay in a Phoenix resort but this is our new favorite. We are already planning to return to the same unit next year. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week at this property and enjoyed our time here. First the highlights: fantastic location, proximity to the beach is second to none. Layout of the condo was great, large kitchen that was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes/silverware. Large wet bar with ice maker was a great touch. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the linens were very clean. We used the lazy river, slide, indoor pool, and hot tub amenities several times during our stay and it was amazing to have them for options on red flag or rainy days.

Now for the few things that would really put this property over the top: housecleaning and convenience items. The floor (all tile) was pretty disgusting. We kicked off our sandals when we got inside the door, and by the time we had unpacked our bags the bottoms of our feet were black. We wore ours sandals while in the unit the rest of the week due to this. The kitchen countertops also didn’t appear to have been cleaned, as there was grit, drink rings, and food residue in several places. The showers were also in need of a thorough cleaning. We had to buy some cleaner and microfiber cloths to wipe down the counters - having these items on hand would be nice. One dish towel and dish cloth seemed minimal for a week, as did one trash bag, and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. If these few things are remedied, we’d happily return and recommend this property to others!

The condo was very nice and clean. Like that you can park on the floor that your condo is on. But we did notice a lot of hair everywhere on the towels, wash clothes, and the dish towels. We washed them before we used them. Would be nice if they had hair dryers and hooks on back of the bathroom door. Also more bath hooks for towels. The inside and outdoor pool water was very cold. I thought maybe on cool days they would have had the water warm. But evidently they don’t have a heater on the pool. Overall we had a good time.

We stayed in 403 in early August with another family (10 total). The condo was beautiful and clean! Had everything we needed! The property was immaculate and we encountered several maintenance/security staff while we were there and they were very friendly and also sternly enforced safety on the slide and indoor pool which I appreciated. Even with the construction of the 2nd tower next door there were no annoying noises or messes. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again :)

The condo and the complex were absolutely amazing. Phoenix Rentals, LLC was a breeze to deal with. Unfortunately, Brett Robinson runs the complex and manages the grounds. Our pool was closed constantly throughout the week. We had afternoon showers on most days, but some days, no rain in sight, pretty sunny sky, however Brett Robinson security claimed that lightening was within 20 miles and our pool were closed. I get safety, however security was rude, yelling at everyone to either get to their room or go to the beach. No one is even allowed anywhere near the indoor or outdoor pool area. Not even to hang out or wait on a family member coming down from the condo, until they have no strikes within 30 minutes of a 20 miles radius...RIDICULOUS!

The Condo is huge, beautiful and just as described. We have stayed at Turquoise Place a number of times and would highly recommend this unit and this resort. There is SO MUCH room and this is the most well stocked place we have ever stayed in. I can't think of one thing we wanted that we couldn't find (except maybe a few more towels, but we just washed them). There are enough dishes, pans, platters, bowls, cups, appliances, games etc. for anything you would want to do. You will have to buy some basics (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent as there is just enough to get you started). The deck is amazing with comfortable furniture and a nice grill. The views of the sunrise are spectacular. To see the sunset, you have better views on the beach. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The pictures don't show that the fourth bedroom with bunks actually has single bunk beds, a double bed, a single bed and a trundle bed so five of our kids slept in there comfortably with room for one more! The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows in the closet as well as an air mattress, fan etc. The showers and tub(s) are amazing! The washer/dryer is a huge benefit! There were some beach chairs for use, which was nice. The kitchen is chef quality and the beach and amenities are unbeatable. The resort has A LOT to do and a beautiful beach, indoor/outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, work out rooms, tennis courts, bar, games, lazy river etc. Orange beach has great restaurants, beaches, parks and lots to do at affordable prices. We love it here and couldn't more highly recommend this place and unit. (There is some construction for resort improvements going on this year on the side this condo is on, so if that is going to bother you, be aware of it). It didn't bother us at all - we had some fun watching the cranes and equipment work. The owner always responded quickly to questions and treated us VERY fairly! Highly recommend all around!

We had a great stay! We have stayed at Turquoise in the past, but in an 3 bedroom instead of 4. The 4 bedroom was huge! So nice, especially the kitchen/family room space. Our family included 5 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of room for our group. It was convenient and easy to go down to the beach and up to the room multiple times per day. There are nice bathrooms in the lobby if you don’t want to go all the way up to your room. Our kids (and the adults!) loved the new water slide next to C tower. You can see it along with the putting green from the balcony. Speaking of balcony, the unit had amazing views and it was huge! All of the bedrooms had access to one of the balcony’s. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony was also popular for our family. Especially on the cooler days or in the evenings. We love Turquoise and would go back again!

Everything was perfect. Condo was absolutely beautiful & clean. Very well stocked and the view was amazing. I if I could make a suggestion or have 1 complaint, the constant music playing by the golfing area was loud from our balcony which made it very difficult to sit outside & relax or even read.

Everything about this rental is perfect. There was not one thing we needed that they didn’t already have. It has an amazing view, with a wonderful balcony. Each room is beautifully decorated, and there was plenty of space for all of us. There is so much to do at the Turquoise Place and the beach is incredible. We will be back.

We had a great stay! We have stayed at Turquoise in the past, but in an 3 bedroom instead of 4. The 4 bedroom was huge! So nice, especially the kitchen/family room space. Our family included 5 adults and 4 kids. We had plenty of room for our group. It was convenient and easy to go down to the beach and up to the room multiple times per day. There are nice bathrooms in the lobby if you don’t want to go all the way up to your room. Our kids (and the adults!) loved the new water slide next to C tower. You can see it along with the putting green from the balcony. Speaking of balcony, the unit had amazing views and it was huge! All of the bedrooms had access to one of the balcony’s. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The hot tub on the balcony was also popular for our family. Especially on the cooler days or in the evenings. We love Turquoise and would go back again!

Once we got past the unit not being completely cleaned at check in and the difference in responsibility of maintenance between Phoenix and Spectrum we enjoyed our stay. Unit is a great layout!

The Condo is huge, beautiful and just as described. We have stayed at Turquoise Place a number of times and would highly recommend this unit and this resort. There is SO MUCH room and this is the most well stocked place we have ever stayed in. I can't think of one thing we wanted that we couldn't find (except maybe a few more towels, but we just washed them). There are enough dishes, pans, platters, bowls, cups, appliances, games etc. for anything you would want to do. You will have to buy some basics (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent as there is just enough to get you started). The deck is amazing with comfortable furniture and a nice grill. The views of the sunrise are spectacular. To see the sunset, you have better views on the beach. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The pictures don't show that the fourth bedroom with bunks actually has single bunk beds, a double bed, a single bed and a trundle bed so five of our kids slept in there comfortably with room for one more! The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows in the closet as well as an air mattress, fan etc. The showers and tub(s) are amazing! The washer/dryer is a huge benefit! There were some beach chairs for use, which was nice. The kitchen is chef quality and the beach and amenities are unbeatable. The resort has A LOT to do and a beautiful beach, indoor/outdoor pools, sauna, steam room, work out rooms, tennis courts, bar, games, lazy river etc. Orange beach has great restaurants, beaches, parks and lots to do at affordable prices. We love it here and couldn't more highly recommend this place and unit. (There is some construction for resort improvements going on this year on the side this condo is on, so if that is going to bother you, be aware of it). It didn't bother us at all - we had some fun watching the cranes and equipment work. The owner always responded quickly to questions and treated us VERY fairly! Highly recommend all around!

The Condo itself was amazing and the view was incredible! Beach access was easy and the location was close to everything one would need. We stayed at the Condo for 4 nights with 8 people and there was plenty of space. The only inconvenience was that there were no toilette paper rolls in any of the bathrooms besides the 1 roll that was already there. That is not something that we anticipated needing, as all of the other VRBO's that I have stayed in have plenty of additional toilette paper. Other than that, that stay was perfect!

Beautiful property. Our family of 9 stayed for 6 days. The condo was beautifully decorated and was in a great location with views for miles. The only complaints we had was that most of the dishes had not been washed and had dried food on them. Also, there were food crumbs on the couches and the floor had not been mopped or swept very well. Other than those issues, everything was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The Condo was beautiful, view of the gulf from the balcony was amazing. Saw a few dophins. Spent a lot of time on the balcony just listening to the waves, so relaxing. Stove was a little tricky to use, but once we figured it out it was good to go. Beds were all comfortable.

The condo was perfect for our new year’s stay!! Great views and the kitchen had all the essentials. The parking permits need more explanation!!! Apparently even though you can buy them on line you are still supposed to visit the front desk. We thought purchasing them through email was all that was needed and didn’t read anything that contradicted that thought. We received a nasty gram from security saying we needed to pay for parking or be towed.

The location is great. Bed was very comfortable. The couches need to be updated, the covers are stained on them and need to be replaced. The bath towels and wash clothes could stand to be replaced as well; they look worn. Also, when I rented the condo, I was not aware that I would also have to pay for a parking pass.....$56 per parking pass is a little ridiculous in my opinion, especially after I paid as much as I did to rent the condo.

We had a blast during our stay at Orange Beach! I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo due to multiple stains on couch, chairs at dining table, and linens throughout the condo in addition to floors in corners/nooks of areas. Spent most of our time at the beach and lazy river with good food at night:)

We had an awesome week in this beautiful condo home. Lots of room nice rooms. The bunk room even had comfortable mattress’ for our adults. We walked out our door down the elevator to beautiful beaches or rolling on the lazy river. We even walked across street to Dairy Queen, Publix or Rotolos and other great places to eat. Great week!

Originally we chose this condo for the bedroom set up only. We were traveling with four teenage boys and wanted a room big enough with enough beds for all of them. I was not expecting all the upgrades this particular condo offered. I highly recommend staying here. This unit was wonderful.

Let me start off with saying that this condo is absolutely stunning. My stay started a bit stressful when I came in to a condo that hadn't been cleaned. The Phoenix rentals office closes at 5:30 and that is when I came in. Therefore, I had to do lots of Internet searching to find Charlie's personal cell phone. Not what I wanted to do after traveling all day. I got on the phone with Charlie and he was of course not very pleasant but he had the problem resolved within an hour. We sat on the balcony for well over an hour waiting for the condo to be cleaned, which was fine because we of course wanted a clean condo. The cleaning lady was exceptionally nice and very detailed with all of our concerns. After this we had a wonderful stay. Was just a touch disappointed to how it all started.

Condo was clean and very nice size for the 9 of us. everything was great and had a great time. only thing I think the condo could use a little more cleaning supplies. We had a broom and dustpan, but we had to use our medical tape to tape the broom handle onto the bristle part of the broom. there was a swiffer mop that we used with antibacterial wipes. A bucket that says "if you make a mess please use me to clean it up." but no rags or sponges to do it with. Most condos I have stayed at at least has some things other guests have left behind. Like small bottle of dish soap, boxes of kleenex, a few garbage bags, foil or saran wrap. I did leave some of these for the next guess unless they are taken by housekeeping??? but we did enjoy the condo and did our best to keep it clean while we were guests there.

Originally we chose this condo for the bedroom set up only. We were traveling with four teenage boys and wanted a room big enough with enough beds for all of them. I was not expecting all the upgrades this particular condo offered. I highly recommend staying here. This unit was wonderful.

We had an awesome week in this beautiful condo home. Lots of room nice rooms. The bunk room even had comfortable mattress’ for our adults. We walked out our door down the elevator to beautiful beaches or rolling on the lazy river. We even walked across street to Dairy Queen, Publix or Rotolos and other great places to eat. Great week!

My only complaints were we were missing a pillow on the outdoor sectional that was replaced same day. The sliding door lock in the living area was broke so door was hard to open/close and the grill was completely nasty looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no complimentary laundry or dishwasher pod. Overall place was beautiful wish beach chairs were included but Is what it is.

Overall - we are sold and will be back again for sure. Turquoise Place has all the amenities one could want. We used the hot tub several nights and the grill for some great steaks on a night in. There was plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook more. The condo was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of great restaurants nearby including Zeke's, Doc's Seafood, and Cobalt. The view from the balcony was amazing. Wonderful condo. Great layout and fabulous view! Facility staff was friendly. Unit was very clean throughout, though the living room furniture was a little worn, as to be expected in a rental. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped as far as bowls/pots/pyrex but was lacking in the way of cooking utensils. Overall, it was thoroughly enjoyable and would definitely rent here again.

This was our 3rd time at phoenix 2 and second in unit 505
We love the location of phoenix 2 and the quality of the overall building. The unit itself is lacking mainly in the kitchen area needs more of everything to cook with. For starters no cutting boards, very few cooking utensils needs new pots and pans, several plastic tumblers were cracked but still in cupboard. Couch and chairs in living room need deep clean or replaced. I think number one thing I would change is internet setup very slow and tv would constantly lag. Just a few things and unit would be so much better.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this unit. Gorgeous condo with modern upgrades. The condo building is extremely clean and we felt very comfortable there. My only complaint was related to one of the pools. There was so much chlorine in the indoor pool that it faded our swimsuits. I just wouldn’t wear one of my favorites to the indoor pool next time : ) We will be staying here again.

The pictures do not do it justice. The room we stayed in was absolutely perfect for our family. Clean and well laid out as well as top of the line appliances that met our needs throughout the week. The ice maker was a huge bonus as well. The lazy river and slide were a big hit and since they are connected, it was great to let the kids play on the slide and adults float the river. Highly recommend staying here.

Condo was beautiful!! views are also amazing. I had an issue with mold on one of the shower curtains but they took care of it right away. Only other negative was that there was no comforters on the beds, only sheets. i was able to find one comforter at the bottom of a closet for my mom who is older and always cold. No throw blankets either so im glad my kids i brought our own. but looking back at the pictures of the condo it doesnt show any blankets. no blankets but an excessive amount of throw pillows everywhere, even shoved in the closets.

Wonderful condo. Great layout and fabulous view! Facility staff was friendly. Unit was very clean throughout, though the living room furniture was a little worn, as to be expected in a rental. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped as far as bowls/pots/pyrex but was lacking in the way of cooking utensils. Overall, it was thoroughly enjoyable and would definitely rent here again.

This was our 3rd time at phoenix 2 and second in unit 505
We love the location of phoenix 2 and the quality of the overall building. The unit itself is lacking mainly in the kitchen area needs more of everything to cook with. For starters no cutting boards, very few cooking utensils needs new pots and pans, several plastic tumblers were cracked but still in cupboard. Couch and chairs in living room need deep clean or replaced. I think number one thing I would change is internet setup very slow and tv would constantly lag. Just a few things and unit would be so much better.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this unit. Gorgeous condo with modern upgrades. The condo building is extremely clean and we felt very comfortable there. My only complaint was related to one of the pools. There was so much chlorine in the indoor pool that it faded our swimsuits. I just wouldn’t wear one of my favorites to the indoor pool next time : ) We will be staying here again.

The pictures do not do it justice. The room we stayed in was absolutely perfect for our family. Clean and well laid out as well as top of the line appliances that met our needs throughout the week. The ice maker was a huge bonus as well. The lazy river and slide were a big hit and since they are connected, it was great to let the kids play on the slide and adults float the river. Highly recommend staying here.

The condo was beautiful - high end finishes and very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Conveniently located! It was also nice to be able to park on the same level as our room. Amenities galore at this complex! The pool, lazy river, slide and splash pad are where we spent most of our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Condo was beautiful!! views are also amazing. I had an issue with mold on one of the shower curtains but they took care of it right away. Only other negative was that there was no comforters on the beds, only sheets. i was able to find one comforter at the bottom of a closet for my mom who is older and always cold. No throw blankets either so im glad my kids i brought our own. but looking back at the pictures of the condo it doesnt show any blankets. no blankets but an excessive amount of throw pillows everywhere, even shoved in the closets.

We were very happy with our condo that we recently stayed in. The indoor pool and lazy river were very nice. The condo was spacious and clean. We didn't have any issues with having to wait for elevators which we heard could be an issue when staying on higher floors. This unit is on the 19th floor, but there were only 5 units on the floor.

Just as pictured! Well appointed and decorated unit. Very comfortable. Kitchen has more than you need for your stay including a margarita maker. We used the unit as a Thanksgiving getaway for quiet and relaxation. It worked like a charm. Charlie and Jil at the mgmt co were helpful and responsive. We stay every year and will be back.

The condo was very spacious and modern with panoramic ocean views. The condo features a large balcony with comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for enjoying sunsets and views of the ocean. The interior was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bar are fully equipped and have everything you need. The bedrooms had great beds and the living room offers a cozy seating area for watching tv, hanging out or playing games. The location was perfect. This was our 3rd year staying in this unit and the 7th year working with Phoenix Rentals. The condo was clean and ready to move in when we arrived. It has an abundance of dinnerware and cookware (makes it feel like home). Everything was in good working condition. We were short some towels and cleaning supplies but Phoenix Rentals delivered what we needed by the end of our first day. They are a top notch company. Their reservation, check in and out processes were seamless. The building is also well maintained and located on a prime spot of the beach. It's close to several good restaurants (we stay for a month and never have to repeat) and shops. There are enough activities in the area to keep you as busy as you want or you can choose to spend the day on the beach or on the pool deck. The only "negative" for us is the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced (it's been saggy for the past 2 years). Other than that, we look forward to returning next year. This is our "home away from home."

We enjoyed our stay. 1903 was nice. The only negative was the floors were not mopped clean. This is a. Common issue I’ve noticed at all the Pheonix condos I’ve stayed at. You shouldn’t be able to wet a rag and wipe it across the floor on the day you check in and it be black.

The pool and beach access is 5 star. Well kept

Convenient location for us and the parking garage is a definite plus. Everything very well appointed, clean and in good working order, including the TVs and internet. Loved having the 3rd bathroom. We did have someone knock to do pest control service, but we asked them to reschedule since we did not have a heads up about this and weren't sure if it was legit.

We enjoyed Phoenix Orange Beach II very much, the highlight of the property was the pool, our kids loved the lazy river and the water slide. We would certainly come back. 1903 was very nice! We have noticed some small maintenance items that need addressed at about every unit we have been staying at in Orange Beach, but they have not taken away from our experience.

Our room was very clean and smelled wonderful. The ocean view was everything you can imagine. Access to the beach is super eas, with hoses and showers on the boardwalk to get the sand off on the way out. Parking was super easy, check in was smooth! They have large shopping carts available to pack your belongings in and out, which was wonderful. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were very clean, and well maintained. Will be back!!!

With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Great location, convenient for shops and resturants. Has a lot to offer in kitchen appliances and dishes, cups, glasses. Furniture is not comfortable, patio furniture was not good for dining on balcony. A table and chairs on balcony would be a great option to take in the Gulf while snacking, drinking, di ing or relaxing g would have been a better option. Second bedroom furniture left very little room to move and we kept hitting our legs on the footboard. Great condo but the furniture choices were practice choices. Building was very clean and quiet. Parking was always close to lobby and elevators. All elevators were working and clean. Very safe and very clean.

Convenient location for us and the parking garage is a definite plus. Everything very well appointed, clean and in good working order, including the TVs and internet. Loved having the 3rd bathroom. We did have someone knock to do pest control service, but we asked them to reschedule since we did not have a heads up about this and weren't sure if it was legit.

We enjoyed our stay. 1903 was nice. The only negative was the floors were not mopped clean. This is a. Common issue I’ve noticed at all the Pheonix condos I’ve stayed at. You shouldn’t be able to wet a rag and wipe it across the floor on the day you check in and it be black.

The pool and beach access is 5 star. Well kept

This was our 3rd year staying in this unit and the 7th year working with Phoenix Rentals. The condo was clean and ready to move in when we arrived. It has an abundance of dinnerware and cookware (makes it feel like home). Everything was in good working condition. We were short some towels and cleaning supplies but Phoenix Rentals delivered what we needed by the end of our first day. They are a top notch company. Their reservation, check in and out processes were seamless. The building is also well maintained and located on a prime spot of the beach. It's close to several good restaurants (we stay for a month and never have to repeat) and shops. There are enough activities in the area to keep you as busy as you want or you can choose to spend the day on the beach or on the pool deck. The only "negative" for us is the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced (it's been saggy for the past 2 years). Other than that, we look forward to returning next year. This is our "home away from home."

The condo was very spacious and modern with panoramic ocean views. The condo features a large balcony with comfortable lounge furniture, perfect for enjoying sunsets and views of the ocean. The interior was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bar are fully equipped and have everything you need. The bedrooms had great beds and the living room offers a cozy seating area for watching tv, hanging out or playing games. The location was perfect. This is an ideal retreat for a luxurious coastal getaway.

Just as pictured! Well appointed and decorated unit. Very comfortable. Kitchen has more than you need for your stay including a margarita maker. We used the unit as a Thanksgiving getaway for quiet and relaxation. It worked like a charm. Charlie and Jil at the mgmt co were helpful and responsive. We stay every year and will be back.

Our room was very clean and smelled wonderful. The ocean view was everything you can imagine. Access to the beach is super eas, with hoses and showers on the boardwalk to get the sand off on the way out. Parking was super easy, check in was smooth! They have large shopping carts available to pack your belongings in and out, which was wonderful. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were very clean, and well maintained. Will be back!!!

We loved our whole experience! The property was clean and the staff were helpful. The only recommendation I have is for the Phoenix, LLC...the property is hard to find in the dark. It would be helpful if there was a sign closer to the road. Other than that, everything was great.

We enjoyed Phoenix Orange Beach II very much, the highlight of the property was the pool, our kids loved the lazy river and the water slide. We would certainly come back. 1903 was very nice! We have noticed some small maintenance items that need addressed at about every unit we have been staying at in Orange Beach, but they have not taken away from our experience.

Too too short for the great friendships in the most well decorated beach condo. Have stayed in Hormuz orange beach East before but this unit had everything you could possibly need Furnishings & decor were great.
