Very clean and beautiful place. Not a whole lot of kitchen utensils, but we made it work. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather was beautiful this Condo allowed 14 people to stay here. It didn’t feel like we had 14 people at all. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms nobody was on top of each other. We cooked two of the nights that we stayed And everything worked great. The walk to the beach was nothing at all and the lazy river was so nice and relaxing! Checking in & out was super easy. I highly recommend this place 10 out of 10! The only thing I would say is, if you are planning on using the bar area, be sure to bring mixing cups and shot glasses. They only have drinking glasses or glassware. So if you need to measure anything out or mix you would need those items. I would stay here again! :)

Our family of six adults and five children for the second year in a row rented unit 2101. You can tell when are a repeat customer we must’ve liked it the first time. And guess what we liked it the second time as well. There’s lots of four bedrooms four baths available on the Phoenix properties and other properties in Orange Beach. But the exact bed set up with this one fits our family especially the kids. Elevators were fast nothing but praise.

The condo was very clean, spacious, with a great view of the Gulf and coast. We really enjoyed the Lazy River, pools and beach access.

We had a wonderful stay. This condo has a great beachy theme and we loved that it had a Keurig! Having access to both lazy rivers was an added bonus.

Would recommend adding shower caddies to the stalls, a table or something in the bathrooms that only had pedestal sinks and mattresses could be a little softer or more plush. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again! Thank you :)

This place is AMAZING! Spacious, very clean, and a great location. The lazy river and slide were a hit with our 3 year old. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We had a wonderful stay and will be coming back!

We had a great stay at Phoenix Gulf Towers. The unit was beautiful and well stocked. The unit was also very clean. Every employee we encountered was friendly. Despite our stay occurring during December, we were able to enjoy the lazy river! We would definitely stay again!

This condo is beautiful and in a great central location from everything. Beautifully decorated, great size for big family or multiple couples. The lazy river was great! The only thing I would change is the shower head, water pressure is low but we will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had the best time we have in many years. The condo is immaculate in every way and the decor is just as the pictures represent. Great food, beautiful condo, the weather was perfect. What could be better?

This condo is decorated absolutely beautifully. The space and the number of bathrooms was a huge plus for us! The view of the gulf is absolutely stunning! Having an ice machine in the condo was an unexpected amenity that was used daily. The condo was spotless which made it easy to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phoenix Gulf Towers 2101. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils but we made do. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone taking a trip to Orange Beach.

We enjoyed a family vacation for Thanksgiving week with family from 2 to 88! The littles enjoyed the beach and the indoor pool and my mother was perfectly happy with the beautiful view in the beautiful condo. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. The staff was pleasant and the accommodations were lovely.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Everything we needed, super comfortable. The resort is beautiful. The pool area and lazy river was fun for all and the beach was beautiful, easy to access. The condo is lovely, comfy beds, space for everyone.

This room is impeccable and the view is second to none! We have stayed at several of the Phoenix hotels and this room is absolutely top notch!

The condo was beautiful and immaculate; the views spectacular! It had everything we needed and more. Love the amenities for the kids. Parking and elevator (shopping carts were a bonus) was really easy and convenient.

Beautiful, clean, spacious and great view! Exactly like the pictures! You won’t be disappointed! Parking garage on same level was a plus! So convenient and only needed elevators for going to beach and pool! Information was easily conveyed tome by email. Even had pre registered parking passes. Everything easy and convient. Check in and checkout was easy and all info provided! 5 stars!!!!

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and clean! Great location! This unit is on the 4th floor and covered parking is on the same floor. There is even a closet outside of the unit to put sandy items. The ice machine was a plus! We will stay here again!

We love Orange Beach and had a great time in this condo. It was clean, very nice furnishings, parking was great, and we liked having access to the storage unit. My one suggestion is that they add hooks or extra towel bars to hang wet things.

The condo and property were excellent.

My husband and I along with my daughter, son-in-law and two grandbabies had a wonderful time! With this unit on the fifth floor, we were able to look out at the pool below and hear the ocean. Was a bit disappointed in the area rug in the living room with all of the spots and dirt, especially since I had my two grandbabies with us. But it wasn’t a problem. We rolled it up and pushed it to the side. I called the number on the rental agreement because the previous renter had obviously burned stuff in the two skillets and we wanted to cook breakfast. Within 30 minutes we had new skillet along with some pots and pans and dish towels. The unit is spacious equipped with lots of plates glasses and utensils. Only item missing from the kitchen was a pair of scissors which we bought on our grocery run so it was not a problem. The coffee maker could brew an entire pot or just a Keurig cup, which was nice in the afternoon if anybody wanted a cup of coffee,This property is beautiful! Close to Walmart, Publix, Rouses, and several restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.

This unit was phenomenal. The condo was beautifully decorated and the size of the condo was so open and roomy. The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil you might need. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms roomy and clean. The amenities of this location are fantastic. Parking is steps from your door, the view is gorgeous, waterslide, lazy river, splash pad, indoor pool, hot tub should I say more. This is the best of the best. I would definitely stay here again. Highly Recommend!!!!

The rental was very clean and all the furnishings were as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and planning a future trip for a week in the summer. Thanks for a safe and fun place to bring our family.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed with four teenagers and had the best time. The condo was exactly as described. Everything looked brand new and very clean. My sister’s family of four joined us for one night and we had plenty of room. The closet with several beach chairs and beach buggy was wonderful. We will definitely return to 403!

We had a wonderful week staying with a group of 6 in this condo. It was spacious, beautiful decor, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for the week! The views from the 4th floor are stunning! There is a storage area in the hallway with some extra beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
The only negative was it was not very clean upon our arrival. Coffee stains from a recent spill on the kitchen floor, counters, and cabinets. Overall the tile was pretty dirty throughout the condo and could use a deep clean. Also, we had to wash the spare blankets before using them because they were also dirty.
Besides the minor cleanliness issues, the condo is absolutely perfect!

Our family of 10 stayed in this condo and all were very satisfied with the accommodations. There was plenty of space for 3 families ages 10 months to 70 years old. The condo was very clean and had a very well supplied kitchen with enough silverware, cups and plates that we did not need to wash dishes every 5 minutes so everyone could have clean. The kids loved the pool, slide and lazy river with only a short walk to the beach. With the parking garage we were able to park just a short distance from our condo and there was never that long of a wait for the elevators to go down to the pool or beach. I loved that there was a closet for beach supplies outside of the condo, really saved dragging sand into the condo. Overall loved our vacation and would recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach, even with a tropical storm hitting! Our condo was very nice! Perfect for our group of 5 and one grandbaby! Looked just like the pictures! It was very clean and comfortable! We loved the huge balcony stocked with lots of nice furniture! Also, the large ice maker in the bar area came in very handy! There was security around the premises and staff who came around and moved balcony furniture for us for our safety during the storm. There were a few very small complaints, but nothing that would keep us from returning!
