Beautiful clean, spacious condo with awesome view

Everything in this Condo was first rate. The furniture (including the balcony) was very comfortable as well as attractive. Even the kitchen furnishings were first rate. We were very pleased.

Enjoyed every minute.

This condo came as advertised. Everything you need to relax and recharge the ole batteries. Our family enjoyed the spacious spread, the easy elevator access and being right in the center of the complex overlooking the pool. If there was one setback it is the lack of parking in the evenings.

The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean, updated, included everything we needed, and the common areas were wonderful as well. Will definitely be coming back to Phoenix East 506!

I was not aware that the Unit was directly across from the elevators. The Unit advertises sleeps 10. However only 1 garbage bag was available for the Unit for a 3 day stay. The only ice maker was in the refrigerator and never filled to capacity only two cups overnight.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. The view of the beach from the living room and balcony was the top feature of the unit. Overall, the unit was attractive, nicely appointed and comfortable. These strengths outweighed the weaknesses of the unit—and there were some significant weaknesses. Most notable among these was the worn and uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom, which resulted in a few sleepless nights. Another problem was the absence of a functional coffee pot, which necessitated our purchase of a pot at the local Walmart. Finally, the supply of hand towels was not adequate for a unit of this size. Nonetheless, we would recommend the unit, with the hope that these issues are addressed in the near future.

Spotlessly clean, tons of amenities, great location. We brought groceries and didn’t have to leave the property (except to run across the street for a treat!) during a crazy holiday weekend and we had an incredible time!

We had an amazing time with plenty of room for the family to relax after a fun day at the beach or in one of the pools. We not only will be coming back, we'll be recommending Phoenix II to anyone who will listen!

Check-in begins at 4:30pm at this location. We arrived at 4:50pm, parked and walked up to the desk at 4:55. The staff behind the desk appeared irritated and said that we would have to come back in the morning to purchase a parking pass, as the desk was closed for the day. Then she just walked off. Entering the condo for the first time, there was a nasty scent coming from the bathroom and the floors were gritty with sand.The balcony lock was jammed/wouldn't open, so we emailed property mgmt for assistance. No one ever responded. Internet service was spotty. The refrigerator ice maker wasn't working properly (ice kept jamming, then leaking on floor), so we ended up using a bag of ice that we purchased for drinks. We do not recommend staying here. This was our fourth stay at a Phoenix property, so we were unpleasantly surprised at the lack of customer service and cleanliness.

Our recent stay at the Phoenix Orange Beach 2 was fantastic! Our condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful beach and pool area. The heated indoor pool was a great option since the outdoor pool is not heated. Property and beaches felt very safe. Highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property!

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. We have a relaxing time at the pool and the lazy river. It had direct access to the beach where we spent plenty of time! The ice cream shop across the street is also a big plus!

The condo was very clean upon arrival and everything was exactly as the description! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look forward to coming back. The only thing that was frustrating was the long waits for the elevators, we were on the 12th floor and had to wait for long periods of time (20 min plus) to come up from the pool or beach. That is the only complaint. It is a beautiful condo!

Stayed here multiple times and found this year that the property was simply too crowded. Elevators a nightmare. Pool and lazy river well beyond capacity for safety let alone hygiene.

We travelled down to Orange Beach from WI with another family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The large spacious patio overlooking the beach was breathtaking! The one downfall were the elevators as they took awhile but we did always have the option of the stairs as well. We will definitely be back!

We've been coming to the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area for years now, very family friendly. This condo was a nice size for a combined family stay of 5 adults and 2 teens. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, plenty of bath towels supplied. Our only complaint is that the kitchen supplies were lacking. Only a very small bottle of dish detergent was provided, and only one hand towel - no dish cloth or sponge. There are plenty of dollar stores and grocery stores, it's just a hassle to buy everything extra after paying premium rates. The frying pans could also stand to be upgraded, as we made breakfast most mornings. Overall, really nice stay, but the extra touches would have made it excellent.

The perfect vacation rental for a small, large, or multigenerational family. End unit was quite, amenities were perfect, and the right amount of space for family and individual/quiet time. Highly recommend!

I took my family of ten for a vacation that my daughter wanted to go. She is diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer an d I did not know if this would be our last trip with her . We had a great time and my daughter had so much fun. Our representative was terrific when ever I called for info. Ten stars.

We had an incredible stay in unit 2304! It was clean, bright, and airy and updated! And I’m not sure any of us ever wanna take a vacation again without an ice machine built into the bar! :-) So much storage space, so much lounging space in the living room for everyone, so much space on the balcony for everyone! We will definitely be back

This is a beautiful condo with ample seating for eight people. While we try to find four bedroom units with four king beds, the three bedrooms with two queen beds worked well. The bedrooms are small for this bedding, which didn’t give much walking around space. Cooking was a bit of a challenge since there was only one casserole dish and no serving bowls but it was fine. There was plenty of flatware and dishes. We had a problem with the tv not working due to a blown fuse, but while we couldn’t reach anyone on Saturday they came quickly on Monday. The dishwasher is cheap and never would run right. Kept turning off in the middle of a cycle.

Our family of 14 has rented from Phoenix Rentals on several occasions...never a hitch or hiccup. I highly recommend Phoenix Rentals and this property!

As described-spacious with Amazing views and easy water access. Only negative was parking fee -feel like that should be included in price or only charge for additional cars-plenty of parking available in off season.
Providing more trash bags would also have been helpful since you are asked to take out your trash-or if you need to buy, we have stayed at other places where people can leave those items for the next person since you don’t always have room to travel with them if you fly. Like the code access to avoid keeping track of keys for multiple people. Overall great stay,quick response if you need anything and close to lots of food options!

LOOK NO FURTHER! This is a gorgeous condo and the views are not bad either :-) Beautifully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Plenty of room for our ladies tennis team. Can't wait to come back and would definitely reommend!

This unit was beautiful and very clean. Everyone was impressed with the unit, especially the floor to ceiling glass throughout the unit and the spectacular views it offered....not to mention the tasteful décor throughout. And it was quite impressive to look over the balcony at the pool and lazy river at night, as it's all lit up in beautiful colors...picture worthy. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need, beds were comfortable, and living area and balcony were spacious. The bedrooms could've offered a little more space, but certainly not a deal breaker. The entire property was very nice and well maintained. All personnel that we encountered were very pleasant. Our stay from start to finish was amazing, fun, and relaxing. Our family will definitely come back to this unit. No complaints here. And Michael, at Phoenix Vacation Rentals, was a pleasure to work with....very hands-on and accommodating. It was an excellent experience all the way around!

Appreciated that there were ottomans to allow you to prop your feet up and relax while enjoying the view. The kitchen is very well stocked. The kids loved the slide and lazy river. There is handicap access to the beach. Hope to stay here again.

Had a great stay at Phoenix Orange Beach unit 1104. The condo was beautiful, clean, plenty of room, and had everything we needed. Had no issues at all. We usually have issues at resorts with slow elevators, but we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Will definitely be back! Easy access to the beach. Great place to stay!

It was a very nice 3 bd/3 bath condo with an amazing view of the water and a very spacious balcony.
A few minor things - A/C overflow pan leaking water and the faucet in the kitchen sink replaced

Disappoi ted that our canopy tent was destroyed after it was taken by Alabama resources. I would have thought they would give a person a day or two to come claim their items before just throwing them away in the dumpster.
