The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There were some scratches on the walls and some missing trimwork but these are minor details. Love the area and we will be back.

Super clean, spacious , quiet and great week getaway for a winter break!

Had a wonderful time in a beautiful condo. SUGGESTIONS: light up the sign to the entrance, more chairs around the pool because we saw a few people get angry over getting chairs . We lost water two times. Unit 1704 needs potholders, a few games, hide t.v. Cords, mattress cover on the bed was dirty ( bedroom on the right when you walk in, bed next to the bathroom). Shoe molding between the tub and shower is missing.

I would highly recommend this vacation rental. I am very particular about where I stay and after staying here, I think the owner nailed it for picky people like me. The design and comfort gives beach vibes and relaxation. There was more than enough room for our family to gather and not feel like we are on top of each other. The tv's in the bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable. I had read reviews about the elevator service and long wait times, but we were there on Labor Day weekend on the 17th floor with zero problems. It had every kitchen appliance you could possibly need and the icemaker was a fantastic surprise that we used to fill up our ice chests for the beach. If you are a picky traveler that wants all the comforts of home with a beach vibe and beautiful view, this is your condo.

This place is absolutely GORGEOUS. Breathtaking views in all directions. The pool is amazing and everything was very nice. The only annoying thing was that we had to wear an arm band around the pool area, but that's a blessing too because then ensure it's for guests only.

Everyone enjoyed their vacation and the property was excellent we enjoyed the lazy pool a fantastic gym hot tub and short walk to the ocean we had a great time

Place was brand new!! A couple of hiccups with the building shutting the water off and repairs not fished. But over all very nice place. Beds are a little firm to our liking.

Booking was simple. Communication was clear. Upon entering the unit it was breathtaking. Huge, white and bright, clean, loads of dishes, etc. It was amazing to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The view was gorgeous. The furniture was comfortable. Great beds! There was a missed email regarding the keurig not working but a text solved the problem and we were offered a new one that afternoon. Pools are great. Exercise room is sufficient. Friendly staff. Would definitely love to come back!

This condo was designed and laid out beautifully. Stocked with everything you could think of. Beautiful view from the balcony of pool and ocean. Nice walk to pier and conveniently located! We LOVED our stay.

My family had a wonderful time at Phoenix Gulf Shores 2. Our condo was well-equipped, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The front desk answered all our questions and was very helpful. The lazy river was a bonus in the beach was amazing.We will definitely visit again.

We simply loved it! The property was incredible. My kids aged 1-10 all loved the easy access to the beach and had a blast with the pool, lazy river and slide, which was very handy when jellyfish were prevalent in the ocean. The condo was spotless when we arrived. We loved this so much we will return here again and again or consider buying a condo here. 5 stars!

I was disappointed with my stay here. After one person took a shower, the rest took a cold shower. Water filter needed replaced on the refrigerator so didn't want to drink the water. No WiFi on the balcony, ok in the room. Sink stopped up in master bathroom. Remote didn't work for ceiling fan in one bedroom. No starter tiolet tissue in one bedroom. Security all the time, very strict. Loose faucet in one bathroom. Very disappointed as this is a new condo.

It was a great place to stay with our family. The parking convenience of being on the same floor as the unit was really nice. Definitely will go back!

Stunning corner unit and furnishings! Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of them for our crew. Well stocked with the exception of a broom and dustpan. Only complaint is the beds are very high and would not be accessible for elderly or disabled. Very convenient to park on the 5th floor and not have to haul luggage in the elevator. Pools are smaller than some of the other units so I can see it being very crowded in peak season. Be warned- there is no ramp to get down to the beach, only stairs. Very inconvenient/difficult to get wagon or guests with disabilities down there. We were told it’s a permitting issue that is being worked on. Over all, a fantastic stay and can’t wait to go back!

This condo is just as stunning as the pictures depict. The decor and maintenance are top-notch! I also appreciated that parking was on the same level as the condo, eliminating the need to wait for the elevator. However, I had two complaints: the noise from the people upstairs could at times be quite loud, and the condo only provides one of each essential item for a stay. So, make sure to bring toilet paper, dishwasher soap, tall garbage bags, hand soap, and other necessities.

The property was brand new and beautifully decorated! The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Wonderfully situated on the beach in Gulf Shores, the design of the property in particular the parking for those connected to the parking structure was absolutely ideal, making for the easiest loading and unloading possible.

This is a spectacular building with a really cool lazy river and slide. Everything is brand new, and beautiful. We had a very relaxing time and hope to be back next year.

This unit is really beautiful, as you can see. Everything is new and very comfortable. It had to have been decorated by a pro. It was very well thought out. Michael was great and answered all my questions. We had a great time.

Such a beautiful, clean space. We enjoyed the location and amazing views. The property was clean and easy to access. The property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time in a Phoenix rental. The first,a three bedroom condo was wonderful, this time was amazing. The 4 bedroom condo's view was fabulous! We loved it.
