We’ve stayed at phoenix rental properties plenty of times and The gulf towers are by far our favorite. The pools are amazing, the property is pristine and the location can’t be beat. Also Michael - our booking rep - was super helpful and attentive. Our unit in particular was just so nice, an amazing view and had everything we needed to have an awesome stay.

The location was amazing, the unit had a fully stocked kitchen! Great pool, easy access to the Gulf - easy ability to rent chairs. I don't know if it was just me, but I didn't see that we were in Tower 2 - so be smarter than I was and don't unload and go to the top of Tower 1 with your family and all your stuff. The bedrooms were our least favorite - a shade or curtain should be added bc the hallway light is always on so it's always peeking light into both rooms. You get one little thing of dishwasher soap and nothing for the laundry so bring your own! Which is fine I think I have been spoiled in other instances. You could literally cook all your meals there - that's how stocked this kitchen is - Bring Coffee and or Kcups. The area it's in is away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores while being RIGHT there so honestly if you have a family I'd totally recommend Orange Beach over Gulf Shores. Elevators worked fast and you didn't wait long, they have grocery carts to help you bring stuff up. Phoenix seems to really be a top notch rental organization. Everything worked and was in great condition - I'm just rambling now - but get your butts to Alabama already! It was fantastic. Go to Joey's on the Bay too for a nice lunch or dinner we loved it there!

We had a very nice stay at the condo, it is just steps away from the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony! We loved the pool/lazy river too, perfect for kids and teens. The condo itself was very nice, spacious and had everything we needed. Thank you!

We always enjoy our orange beach vacations, but this time chose a new phoenix arrangement, mainly because we wanted a 4 bedroom on beach, for our family. It was clean, new, and comfortable. We were disappointed in the lack of tennis courts, pickle ball, and the type of pool (indoor)-as it was mainly conducive to children, and not laps, or adult swim.Large hottub nice. we were satisfied, but would probably not be back, as there was no military discounts, and we paid WAY to much. the desk staff, seemed rather clueless, with all the newness,as well. I do think the older Phoenixes are better. thank you for the opportunity.

My husband and I wanted a short vacation at the beach with our friends. This was a perfect spot to watch dolphins from the balcony, eat breakfast at the outdoor table, and read a book as we listened to the gulf waves. The beds are very comfortable and we found a well equipped kitchen- although sampling the seafood restaurants was on out to do list. The condo has many comfortable spaces for gathering to eat, play games or watch a movie. We will definately come back to this spacious condo in another season when the water is warmer!

We were impressed the moment we opened the door … what a breath-taking view of the gulf! The condo is clean and super comfortable. The cook’s kitchen has all the necessary equipment and more! My wife likes to unpack her suitcase so she appreciated the large master closet and great storage. Next time, we plan to stay longer and bring the grandchildren.

This 4 Bedroom, 12th floor condo is wonderful. Fully equipped kitchen. All you need are groceries and your set. This unit was super clean, looked new. The hot tub, and pool were perfect. Security is top notch and friendly. The beach has chairs and umbrellas to rent for a perfect outing by the water. Go out to the west on the beach and it’s very quiet, fewer people. This unit is perfect.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The views of the sunrise every morning were spectacular! The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies, bring all of your own spices, oils, etc. We will definitely go back and try to get 2008 again.

The condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The views of the sunrise every morning were spectacular! The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies, bring all of your own spices, oils, etc. We will definitely go back and try to get 2008 again.

Great place for families! The building, grounds, and room (307) were very clean. Staff was always present, professional and helpful. The beach is nice and the chair/umbrella rentals were well worth it so we didn't have to pack/haul chairs and umbrellas. Lazy river, walk in pools and water slide were great for the kids. Highly recommend!

Large living room, dining, and kitchen areas with comfortable furniture. Plenty of cookware, serving ware, and utensils for large group, but be sure to bring cooking seasonings, sprays, condiments! Appliances all reliable and ice maker/bar area was appreciated! Great view and plenty of balcony furniture to relax on! Beds comfortable and entire place very clean! Thankful for 4 BRs and 4 baths with nice showers. Little storage space in the 2 BR/baths with 2 beds, but no complaints! One BR had sliding drawers in bed frame to help with storage. Would definitely recommend!!! Our group consisted of parents, 4 teenagers, and grandparents. Well suited for family group! Condo is near the far west end of all condo/properties—perfect for morning beach walks!

Wonderful week for our family of four in this beautiful 3BR 10th-floor condo! It was clean and well provided with basic supplies, and the beds were super comfortable. Plenty of comfortable living room seating, and a great beach view on the balcony with patio table and chairs and chaise lounges. We would be happy to stay here again someday.

Wonderful week for our family of four in this beautiful 3BR 10th-floor condo! It was clean and well provided with basic supplies, and the beds were super comfortable. Plenty of comfortable living room seating, and a great beach view on the balcony with patio table and chairs and chaise lounges. We would be happy to stay here again someday.

Our stay at POB 1003 was a memorable one. Beautiful condo with well stocked kitchen. We spent time on the beach , pool and our kids loved the lazy river and slide! The unit was clean and furniture was very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a memorable vacation during the holidays at this unit. Surprisingly the weather was warm in December and we spent a good amount of time at the beach. The unit was beyond luxurious. We took advantage of the well stocked kitchen, comfortable balcony furniture, and pool/hot tub amenities. There truly is something for all ages at the Phoenix Gulf Shores- gym, indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, hot tubs etc. We cannot wait to come back for another stay in the near future!!!

We came down for fall break and stayed in unit 1003. It was absolutely beautiful. The unit is very clean and spacious. Steps to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river! We will definitely be back!

Our family had an amazing trip at Phoenix Orange Beach! Unit 1003 was remarkably clean and fully stocked. We really enjoyed the lazy river and easy beach access. The unit was also very spacious and well kept, we cannot wait to come back and stay again!
