16 of us met at Orange Beach to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday! The condo was perfect! It was clean and in the best location! There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, with a coffee pot and keurig. I just wish there was more than 1 towel per person (16). There was plenty for the kids to do-pickleball, basketball, water slide. It was great being right on the beach so we could spend as much or as little time on the beach vs. at the pool.
The condo was also on the Main Street with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shops! Would definitely stay here again!

What a fun trip! The property was clean and well-furnished, with lots of things to do in the vicinity. Beach, pools, hot tub, basketball, pickleball, tennis. Good location - coffee shop, ice cream, and a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Very roomy, we had our doubts going in. Large Building with all the amenities that a family could wish for.

We loved all the space in this condo. The linens were wonderful and we appreciated having bags of linens for all the sofa beds and plenty of blankets. Although we didn’t have much of a beach view from the balcony, we enjoyed the view of the park, houses, lights at night and the frog sounds. The extra living space had a beautiful beach view and offered great sun rises. We loved that the kitchen was very well stocked with everything and more than we needed. We did not like that we were not able to put our own chairs on the left area of the beach in front of the rental chairs. It made the useable beach crowded. We had some difficulty turning into the gate since we couldn’t use the owner’s entrance when the other one was busy making it necessary to hold up traffic on the boulevard. We loved all the amenities and enjoyed our stay.

I read the reviews before going and everything I saw negative was not true for our experience. This condo was very large and loved it. Fully stocked kitchen, could see the bay & ocean. Elevators were fast. Plenty of chairs at pool & beach. Close to about everything there is to offer.

Unit was nice and clean. Elevators were slow. At times it was impossible to get up or down from unit to beach. Pool chemicals were very off—indoor pool was murky and the chloramine smell burned eyes and nose when in the room.

We had a great time at the Phoenix West II. The condo was beautiful, and we had room for our whole family.

We were very pleased with the complex and were also pleased the year before. This unit was clean and spacious but the unit we had last year had a bigger kitchen which was nice and a balcony facing the ocean, which is a must-have moving forward.

We had 6 adults and 3 children in our party. The best part is the location. You have the pool, the beach, a State Park all right there. We took a day, walked to the bike rentals and rode the State Park. You are pretty much right in between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach so nothing is too far away. The only downside is there is NO storage for your clothing. Only the main bedroom has dressers. All of the other bedrooms have luggage holders and 2 of them were broken. So we lived out of our suitcases for a week. Would have liked to put clothes in dressers or even shelving in the closets would be great. The kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Overall the property itself was great, I would not rent this specific unit again unless I knew they had purchased something for clothing storage.

Our rental experience was great. The only complaint was $60.00 per car. Also, a coule of the bedrooms didn’t have enough storage.

We could not have found a better condo suited for our family! It was very clean , very spacious, perfectly located and the amenities were a huge bonus, for the little ones especially !

The rental was excellent. It was very clean and well stocked. The rental is located close to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was better than we expected. Could have used a few more towels and washcloths and a better quality of them but otherwise we were so pleased with everything in unit 504 and the whole resort. Parking on the 5th floor was really a plus. Furnishings were all top notch!

The condo is beautiful. We loved the pools and beach access. It is a wonderful place to take a vacation.

Overall, we had a really good stay! We did have issues with our door codes the first night, but it was fixed promptly. The floors where a little dirty, but I guess it is the beach so you have to look past those things. Being on parking level is unmatched (we have stayed at many Phoenix rentals and being parking level is a MUST). Master bed is very firm, just an FYI! Overall great stay, great trip, would stay again!

Booking directly through Phoenix Rentals was easy and eliminated some of the hidden fees that are added through other websites. We had 8 adults and 6 kids under the age of 10 and had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. The condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked and the parking situation was so much better than other places. Our 3 vehicles were literally right outside our door. Pool and lazy river were an added plus for the kids when rip tide warnings kept us out of the gulf.

This unit 504 was amazing! There was plenty of room for all 12 of us. It was our annual vacation where our children and grandchildren come for the week with us. This unit could not have been better. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which worked out perfect! The size and furniture on the balcony were wonderful. Everyone had a seat even on the balcony. Our only wish was that there would have been a light so we could have eaten out there and played cards. I will probably book this same unit for our annual beach trip next year! Oue unit was perfect. Our only wish was that Phoenix put up some type of shade at the pool. I know you have the indoor pool, but a shade awning of some sort would have been perfect for the outside pool.

We had a wonderful vacation with beautiful weather! Phoenix 504 was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The decor was soothing, fresh, and comfy. Great condo amenities in the kitchen and the ice maker was nice to have. Loved the 5th floor location with direct access to the parking garage. We had no issues with finding a parking space. Rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for an elevator. Liked having the keyless entry to the condo so not worrying about keeping up with keys. Very pleased with the communication with Phoenix Rentals prior to arrival. We enjoyed the local restaurants in the evening and enjoyed our days on the beach. We rented an umbrella and chairs from Ikes located right at the end of Phoenix Gulf boardwalk to the beach-nice to have that amenity of someone setting up your umbrella in the morning and taking it down for you in the evening! We would certainly rent this condo again!!

Fantastic location, easy access to beach, clean, lots of dishes. Great furniture, open space. Definitely renting this again. Only complaint is not enough dish rags/towels in kitchen.

The condo is really nice and we would definitely rent it again. We loved being on the fifth floor. We had plenty of space, etc. My only suggestions would be to have shower bars installed in the master bath as my husband and I occupied it. And maybe a proper salad bowl, like melamine. Otherwise it is perfect... thank you. Claudia and Robert Hauberg.

This rental was very clean and beautiful. We loved all the natural light and the amazing views. With space for everyone, I highly recommend this property. I hope we can return soon!

Awesome experience!

We spent 7 days here! 5 of the 7 days were double red flag days on the beach. The lazy river, indoor pool and hot tub saved the vacation! The condo itself was amazing and very roomy! Parking garage was right outside the condo! I would definitely recommend this condo! Micheal kept in touch during the stay via email just to check on things! Check in was simple, staff was polite.

We had a wonderful stay, the condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. I am very picky about cleanliness and it was very clean. It was my husband and I, our two daughters, 5 children and we had plenty of room. The pool area is great and the kids really enjoyed the slide and lazy river. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great unit to stay in. Be aware that 2 of the bathrooms do not have any counter space and the bedrooms do not have anywhere for you to unpack your stuff.

We (our family of 7--ages four to seventy-four) had a great time). I always travel with my Clorox Wipes and spend several hours cleaning surfaces. Not necessary this year, as this unit was immaculate and minus the clutter and dusty tchotchke covering every surface and "junk" on every shelf. It made so nice to put our packed items out and "make it ours" quickly after arriving. The kitchen was well equipped, and the dishes/glasses were good quality. The building (Phoenix Gulf Towers) has a fantastic location. You can't go wrong staying here!

We really enjoyed this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and new. The beds were comfortable with plenty of room for all the family. Balcony overlooks the lazy river and we could easily see the kids at the pool or beach. The pier is a short walk so bringing our beach toys to the beach was easy. We parked on the 5th floor and walked right into the condo with no elevators needed. Great views of the gulf from all the rooms. We plan on staying here again. Thanks

This condo was better than the pictures, clean, spacious and welcoming. I appreciated the small touches of have dehumidifiers in the bedrooms, to dish detergent and a list of local restaurants at our finger tips. Parking was also great, we unloaded and walked right in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kiddos loved the waterslide and lazy river while us parents loved the convenience of being able to see our older kids at the pool from the balcony.

We loved everything about our four night stay, except for the fact that we eventually had to leave. The unit is very spacious, and has everything that you need for your stay. The fully-outfitted kitchen made cooking a breeze. The view was amazing, and since the weather was a little too chilly for the beach a few days, we spent many hours curled up in comfy blankets, reading on the balcony. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool/waterslide/hottub, and beach access was a breeze. The unit is very close to the elevator, and just steps away from parking, which was incredibly helpful. We will definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip to Gulf Shores!
