Great house! Very quiet with lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed the patio areas and views. Convenient to everything. Can't wait to stay again.

The house and property were wonderful. Of course, the beach and weather were gorgeous. We can't wait to go back. I have a couple of suggestions based on experience: There should be more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. A couple cheap beach chairs and towels would be so nice. And leave a light on for people that fly in late at night so they can see to key in.

We have made this beach home an annual must have for over 20 years. Great restaurants nearby, excellent beach access, well appointed property.

The Ashby House is such a wonderful step back in time with its “old beach” theme. It is always in excellent shape, very clean and provides many of the comforts from home.

In 18 years of staying at a Phoenix, this is the best unit. Will definitely return.

We had six guests for a four night stay over Spring Break. The unit was beautiful and clean. It is huge and the four bedroom and four bathrooms is so nice for a group. The beach access is convenient and very nice. Our view from our spacious patio was amazing!

We had a great time! The condo and facility was was amazing!! The security ladies were a bit much! My children really felt on edge with them. They were approached multiple times with us sitting there observing. Often being told they were splashing too much.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The property is great, with ample parking. The condo and property were clean and well-maintained. The decor of the condo was nice but could have been edited a bit. The balcony furniture was nicer than most other condos we’ve stayed in in the building. I would recommend it.

The rental is beautiful, clean, and updated. Easy access to elevator and garbage. Easy access to pool and to the beach. Great vacation for families and groups. Minimal utensils and supplies theres.

This new condo is gorgeous! This place is so elegant and clean that I did not want my family to unpack or unmake the beds! The decor and colors are exquisite throughout every room! It was really luxurious. The exterior is constantly being cleaned as well, so my family enjoyed the indoor pool and lazy river immensely, in addition to the short boardwalk to the great beach. We rented chairs/umbrella from "Julian" on the beach for 2 days. On a cooler day, we laid out on the huge balcony for some sun. It's great!

However, the day before we left, one of my teens and I were on the balcony and the doorbell rang. My husband and son were away fishing, so I was not expecting anyone. Thus, I did not answer the door, but then I heard keys in the lock and the the opening the door! I went to the door entrance finally and there was a man inside our condo telling me he "left his equipment" in our condo. He had no ID on him/his clothing, so I had no idea who he was. I told him to leave. He did not immediately and was asking if I knew of a company where he worked. Again, I told him to leave. He kept trying to tell me about his equipment and I told him I would call the police if he opened the door again. He finally left. There was no communication regarding this from Jil, the property manager. She then appeared and was knocking telling me, "there is no reason to be afraid." Yes, I was startled by this man coming in without any notice! This was very invasive to our privacy on our vacation. No prior communication about this from Jil at all. What if my teen was alone in the condo. and she came out to a man in the kitchen getting who knows what "supplies"? This was so unprofessional and put a damper on the last day for us. This is why I can only give 4 stars to an amazing week.

We've stayed at a few locations through the gulf in the past few years but this location and condo were our favorite so far. We loved the easy beach access and variety of pools for our toddlers. The condo layout and amenities were better than most with en suites in each room. Plenty of space for bags and added gear. Will be back again soon.

The condo was very clean. The description was accurate and actually more than we expected. Great view of the lazy river and beach. We enjoyed most of our meals outside on the balcony. Plenty of places to eat, shop, and get groceries nearby. We stopped at Rouses less than a mile away from the property and picked up groceries before getting to the property. The property was well maintained. Security guards were present. Carts were available to help with unloading and loading the car. Communication with owner was timely and informative. We received the code for the door well in advance. We were able to rent beach chairs with umbrellas prior to our stay. I would highly recommend the property.

This condo was perfect for our family!! Three year old loved the slide and splash pad and the rocking chairs were absolute must for the baby!!! Beautifully decorated and spotless!!! Great location. Only complaint is it wasn’t clear which tower we were in and the lobby isn’t marked anywhere outside! Had to ask guests.

We had a fantastic time at PGT 2006! My children absolutely loved the pool, waterslide, and lazy river. It’s the perfect setup for families with kids. The property itself is spacious, clean, and upscale, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We especially appreciated how safe and well-maintained the community was. The location is great — right on the beach and conveniently located to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect- clean, comfortable and great location. You will enjoy your stay as long as you don’t need any assistance from the mgmt company before or during your stay. Property manager was unprofessional and unhelpful. Multiple unhelpful interactions leading up to our stay so I didn’t even bother to message them when some things were not supplied in the unit even though being in the listing. Overall highly recommend Phoenix Gulf Towers, but maybe seek out a different company unless you’re sure you won’t have any questions or need assistance.

Place was very nice Only no dressers in 3 of the 4 rooms. You have beds for 10 people but have to live out of your suitcase. The closet only had about 10 hangers each. Check in directions need to be updated to tell what building 1 or 2. Unloaded all of our stuff, go to desk, and found out you were in the wrong building and garage. Then reload and move to other.

The condo was very clean and the view was spectacular. Loved that we were able to park at the same level as the condo and not use the elevator to bring items in. Only issue we had was internet was very spotty.

This condo is amazing! The decor is beautiful, comfortable beds and couches, well stocked kitchen, plenty of outdoor seating, parking was easy, and beach access was not strenuous. I could not have asked for a better place to stay for three families.
