It’s was our eighth time staying in the Ashby House. It’s always been clean and very relaxing vacation. The only negative thing that we could possibly say about the place is that the recliners could stand to be replaced.

House was fantastic. Loved the screened on porch and outside bar. We usually stay in Fort Morgan but would definitely consider staying at this property again.

The house and property were wonderful. Of course, the beach and weather were gorgeous. We can't wait to go back. I have a couple of suggestions based on experience: There should be more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. A couple cheap beach chairs and towels would be so nice. And leave a light on for people that fly in late at night so they can see to key in.

In 18 years of staying at a Phoenix, this is the best unit. Will definitely return.

We had six guests for a four night stay over Spring Break. The unit was beautiful and clean. It is huge and the four bedroom and four bathrooms is so nice for a group. The beach access is convenient and very nice. Our view from our spacious patio was amazing!

We had a great time! The condo and facility was was amazing!! The security ladies were a bit much! My children really felt on edge with them. They were approached multiple times with us sitting there observing. Often being told they were splashing too much.

Nice place but Master Bedroom mattress worn out.

This was our first time staying at this complex and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was as described and the condo was in excellent condition. We cannot wait to visit again.

The condo was very clean. The description was accurate and actually more than we expected. Great view of the lazy river and beach. We enjoyed most of our meals outside on the balcony. Plenty of places to eat, shop, and get groceries nearby. We stopped at Rouses less than a mile away from the property and picked up groceries before getting to the property. The property was well maintained. Security guards were present. Carts were available to help with unloading and loading the car. Communication with owner was timely and informative. We received the code for the door well in advance. We were able to rent beach chairs with umbrellas prior to our stay. I would highly recommend the property.

This condo was perfect for our family!! Three year old loved the slide and splash pad and the rocking chairs were absolute must for the baby!!! Beautifully decorated and spotless!!! Great location. Only complaint is it wasn’t clear which tower we were in and the lobby isn’t marked anywhere outside! Had to ask guests.

We had a fantastic time at PGT 2006! My children absolutely loved the pool, waterslide, and lazy river. It’s the perfect setup for families with kids. The property itself is spacious, clean, and upscale, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We especially appreciated how safe and well-maintained the community was. The location is great — right on the beach and conveniently located to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect- clean, comfortable and great location. You will enjoy your stay as long as you don’t need any assistance from the mgmt company before or during your stay. Property manager was unprofessional and unhelpful. Multiple unhelpful interactions leading up to our stay so I didn’t even bother to message them when some things were not supplied in the unit even though being in the listing. Overall highly recommend Phoenix Gulf Towers, but maybe seek out a different company unless you’re sure you won’t have any questions or need assistance.

The condo was very clean and the view was spectacular. Loved that we were able to park at the same level as the condo and not use the elevator to bring items in. Only issue we had was internet was very spotty.

This condo is amazing! The decor is beautiful, comfortable beds and couches, well stocked kitchen, plenty of outdoor seating, parking was easy, and beach access was not strenuous. I could not have asked for a better place to stay for three families.

This is a beautiful unit. Very nice and clean. It looked exactly like the pictures. We left a valuable in the unit when we checked out and cleaners found it and we were able to get it back. The staff I spoke with about the matter were very nice and helpful and also the person who helped return it from the cleaning company went above and beyond.

I could not have asked for a more beautiful and clean place to stay. Everything was beyond what we expected and my family will be coming back here. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Our experience overall was wonderful. The room was amazing and had so much storage! This was especially helpful in the kitchen so we could put our food away and not clutter the counters. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. Getting in and out with the van was a breeze. Even during peak season it never seemed crowded and we never had to wait too long for an elevator. All of the pool amenities were a huge hit with the kids as well. The only negative was it was a little confusing where to go to check in and get the parking passes.

Condo was beautiful!! Just as described!! Would love to return but doubt that I will. Michael was originally my booking agent. On the day that they took the remaining balance for my reservation they withdrew $3200 twice. Whenever I asked about it I was assured that it was only one withdrawal. The next day I got a call from someone named Cayce Cook telling me that there was a glitch in their system and my checking account had two payments taken instead of one. I was polite about it and was told a check was coming in the mail. After 5 days I called Cayce Cook about it and have NEVER been spoken to so rudely. He asked what I wanted a $50 credit? Then immediately wanted to know if I just wanted the entire reservation canceled. He was so arrogant and ugly to me that booking through Phoenix Rentals is NEVER going to happen again!! If I were the owners of this beautiful condo I would find new booking agents!!

We had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful Gulf Shores condo! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the views—the beach is literally just steps away. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning was absolute perfection.

The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were a huge hit with all of us. We spent hours floating in the lazy river, lounging by the pool, and soaking in the hot tub. The easy beach access made everything effortless and relaxing.

We were in town for the Sand in My Boots Festival, and this location couldn’t have been more perfect. It was such a treat to return to a peaceful and luxurious space. It truly felt like our own private retreat.

This was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had as adults. We made memories that will last a lifetime and are already planning our trip back. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and beachfront beauty!

Phoenix Gulf Towers in Orange Beach Alabama is a great place to vacation! Beautiful beach and Lazy River/pools. We stayed in room 707 and it was spacious, clean and well equipped.

New tower (Tower 2), superbly clean, well-appointed, comfortable beds and linens, spacious and very well decorated. We would absolutely go back. Be sure to follow the instructions to a tee-security is tighter than anywhere else we’ve ever stayed and they will ticket your vehicle without a pass the day after you arrive, and security will knock on your door if your teens hang out around the pool area or are generally present in the pool area. Security will ask your kids for their parents’ name and room number. Follow the rules devoutly and you will have a great time.

Perfect retreat. Didn’t want to leave the condo, it was so relaxing and beautiful. However, when we did, it was so easy to get to the beach for our morning walks and evening sunsets. Even though it was February, we were able to go swimming in the indoor pool and spa. I can’t wait to go back!
