The only complaint I have is there was not even one back up garbage bag. I would also leave at least 2 packs of laundry and dishwasher detergent b/c these are things people forget to pack. Everything else was a plus for sure! Very nice property.

We had the best time for our family vacation. Only issue was the lazy river had lots of trash in it a couple of days and it was hard to be “lazy” with all the kids kicking you as they swam and played in the lazy river. Other than that it was a perfect week! Do wish they had an ice machine instead of a wine cooler.

The condo was fantastic and had everything we needed. We like to cook in and had everything we needed. I had one question while there in regards to the temperature control on the refrigerator and I called and received immediate assistance I would highly recommend this condo.

We loved our stay last week - the unit was clean and perfectly fit our family - the location was ideal, right next to the beach - our granddaughters loved the pools and the lazy river feature, plus the area provided many nearby activities for the kids - the staff were very professional and helpful - We would recommend this place for a fun family trip especially for families with small children

We enjoyed our stay but I don’t think we will be back. The lazy river was wonderful with plenty of tubes but the water slide was closed for the majority of our stay. The pool has no handicap accessible entrance which was a huge disappointment as my mom who is wheelchair bound was looking forward to swimming. Overall it was not exactly handicap accessible. The balcony had a big step down that prevented my mother from enjoying that as well. Location was great and condo was clean. The elevators are a nightmare. The parking was nightmare. In a condo that sleeps 12 you should be able to buy 3 parking passes since not many vehicles fit over 5.

My family enjoyed the stay at the Phoenix West 904! Loved the spacious living areas and the views from the balcony! The rooms were clean and comfortable! The hotel pools, lazy river, and water slide were awesome for the kids!

Loved this condo! It was clean, had everything we needed, and beautifully decorated. This is the second time we have stayed at Phoenix west and would go back again. Hopefully 904 will be available again! I do wish we had an option of early check in or at least a notification of when the condo is ready. After traveling all day from Illinois it would be nice to be able to get in upon arrival (if it was cleaned already).

Phoenix West 904 is a great condo, very spacious! We had plenty of room for the 10 of us, loved having 4 bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. Sofa beds were less comfy:( I was worried about beach, pool and elevators being too crowded for a 29 story condo but we only had elevator issues on day 1. We all enjoyed the lazy river and pools, one of the main reasons we chose PhWest. Loved dealing with Charlotte,the condo rental agent, was very helpful. I have to complain about the front desk not issuing a 3rd vehicle parking permit. She said they were full but there were so many empty parking spots and after day 2 there were even empty floors of parking. Since we had to pay for off-propety parking for the week ($85 and 18 minutes away), when the front desk said I would have to pay them $55 to park overnight so we could pack up and leave in the morning; I was very upset. The condo offers parking permits for guests, check in, and events but she would not allow me to park overnight so we could pack and go...the parking is a huge drawback for the Phoenix properties. Absolutely loved The Gulf restaurant! It was perfect, right on the beach with a great view and felt like a local business-not commercialized. My family also loved The Track with its wooden racetrack and water bumper boats!!

We stayed in this condo for a long weekend in November and had such a great time. Phoenix West is a great resort with lots of amenities for the kids. We chose this condo because it appeared to have been updated vs others we saw online. The condo did not disappoint, owners did a great job. When we come back we will choose this one again.

No issues with any items. Very roomy space with great views. Couch cushions outside appeared moldy and could be replaced. Table chairs were a little wobbly. No issues while we were there. We did not need to contact for any assistance.

The condo is a great size and very lovely except for the living room and outdoor furniture. The living room furniture sits very low and all four of us had a very difficult time getting up from the chairs and the couches. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all good. Comfy beds. The worst was the outside furniture - very dirty and stained. Pillows looked like they'd never been laundered or cleaned. The tile floor outside was filthy when we got there, I guess from spills by previous guests. Also, the sliding glass door was full of handprints both inside and outside when we got there. Very very nice staff at the Phoenix West. Good restaurants near, the lazy river was spectacular. We would visit Orange Beach again and stay at Phoenix West but not sure if we'd stay in the same condo (have to be guarantied some improvements) I would recommend this property to a friend, but property not this particular unit.

The three bedrooms, each with own bathroom was wonderful. There is also a full fourth bathroom for any that may be using the living room hide-a-beds. The beds were all pretty comfortable. The apartment was very roomy and very open to ocean view and to the hotels pools below. The patio had nice seating. All essentials needed were supplied. The room was located in a quiet area & not far from elevators.

Was very easy to book. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The kitchen had everything needed which was so helpful. Made so many 1st memories with my first grandbaby from the ocean to the pool to sitting on the deck drinking coffee while watching her jump in her jumper while enjoying the sound and site of the ocean.

This was a nice place to stay. Great location, nice pools, beach access. Kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have the opportunity to check in early, but appreciate more that there were not a long list of things to do to check out! We didn’t like that Ike’s beach rentals took up so much space outside the complex.

Loved our stay at the Phoenix West, our first stay here. We have stayed at lots of the Phoenix properties and this is a great family property.

Everything was very nice views were awesome the only complaint is the elevators long waits and the frying pans in the condo need pitched and updated. Pool was nice, kids loved the lazy river and slide. Great location.

The condo, itself,is nice. However the kitchen counter tops were dirty when we arrived- something sticky that was not cleaned. There were minimal towels available. The TV in bedroom 2 had poor reception on some channels. The master bathroom shower had mildew.

Didnt quite realize how large the building the condo was in was but the condo itself was beautiful! View was even better! Very small size of essentials in the condo so bring your extras like dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, spices, ziplocs etc.

We had a great stay at Phoenix West. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. It has been updated for the most part, but there were a few small issues. The management company took care of a broken toilet immediately. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible experience. The condo was beautiful, clean and the location was ideal. We were close to the activities we wanted to do and really we didn't even need to leave! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Orange Beach and I hope we are back soon!

The condo was clean when we moved in. We had very fast service from management if we had problems. Charlotte was excellent to work with.

When we moved in, the exhaust fan on the microwave was not working above the stove. We contacted Charlotte, and she called the owner. Not only did they provide a new microwave, but also a new stove to match it!

The location was excellent for going between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach to restaurants, etc. There are lots of bike trails across the road, and even a free bike rental service proved by the Park Service.

The indoor parking was very nice, especially in rainy weather. My son and family used the pool, fitness center, and tennis court that is on the 9th floor.

Other than trash not been cleared up from previous guests, out stay was AMAZING, FANTASTIC, INCREDIBLE AND VERY RELAXING

We had booked this room without even seeing it because they were doing some remodeling. It turned out to be very nice and was just perfect for our group with 2 families of 4. Both pools and lazy river were cool and clean after a day at the beach. Elevators were a little slow with so many floors, but overall we had a fantastic experience!

The condo was beautiful! Kitchen utensils were more than most condos offer.

The Condo was fabulous. We were party of 9 and EVERYONE slept comfortably. The folks working at Phoenix West were SUPER NICE....from the folks at the front desk to the folks working security. Every night we pulled in from dinner the security lady at the entrance always had a BIG smile and was very welcoming. We will definitely put this Unit on our list to stay here again!!!

Newly renovated condo was exactly as pictured and described! Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated! Major bonus-mattresses were super comfy. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Wonderful furniture on balcony to sit out and enjoy the view. The only negative from the entire stay was a smell coming from under the prep sink on the wet bar. I emailed about it and maintenance was there WITHIN HOURS!

Lazy river and pools were great for kids and access to beach was easy and convenient.

We loved our family vacation at Phoenix Orange Beach II 2404. The unit and the pools were very clean, which is important to us. The unit was also beautifully decorated. We had no problems with parking or the elevators. Our stay was a wonderful experience for our family.

We stayed in a 3 bed, 3 bath unit and it was perfect for our extended family. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The lazy River was great for the kids and adults. Access to parking was never a problem and always found a parking spot. I would definitely recommend this facility, especially if you have young children.

Great location. Condo has many amenities for the kids including slide and lazy river. Condo had not been cleaned well and the bottoms of our feet turned black every time we walked through it. Internet rarely worked and we often had to use cell phone service to play on our phones and iPads. No keurig so we had to buy regular coffee and filters. Great place but not what we expected at this price point.

My only complaint is the security guard who shut down the water slide almost every day for several hours when he saw kids not following the rules. I get that rules need to be followed, but he handled it extremely poorly and was rude at times. Other than that, great time all around!

Rental manager, think his name was Mark, was amazing! Condo was spotless and well appointed. Kids loved the bunk beds! Would highly recommend!

Condo was clean and spacious! Kitchen had all the things needed to prepare meals. Beds were a little hard for our liking. Property Mgmnt was very communicative. Indoor and outdoor pools were great as well as splash pad. Five stars!

This was our family vacation of grandparents, kids and grandkids. What a great vacation we had. The condo was just beautiful with many amenities. The condo was just as the description on the site. The condo is large and spacious. Clean and new. We had a great time and my 2 kids ask daily to go back. Previous reviews commented on the pots/pans in the kitchen but it seems like they have stocked better since they visited the unit. We brought a couple of pots for back up but we probably did not need them. Beds could be more comfortable would be my only compliant.

We had a very nice time, we had 5 adults and 4 kids, very spacious. The kids loved the lazy river and slide. the only thing I didn't like is paying extra for parking.

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful condo. It had plenty of space for the 8 of us (6 adults and 2 kids). The grandkids loved the indoor pool. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. There were only a couple of negatives. There weren't enough towels for all of us. Also, the place needed a deep cleaning. The fans and louvered doors where the washer and dryer and A/C were, were caked with dust. The floors and area rug in the living room were dirty. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The place we rented was fantastic! It was extremely large and spacious with incredible views. The building itself is really new and nice and I loved the pool.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. We had no issues with the wifi or other electronics. There was a very limited selection of pots/pans, but we brought our own air fryer, Keurig, and griddle and it was perfect. The Lazy River was closed for maintenance, but it was cold so we were more interested in the indoor pool, which was amazing and warm. We can't wait to come back and stay again next year!

Rental process was very simple. Instructions were sent over well in advance. The place was amazing and my family really enjoyed it. The views and beach accessibility really made this place stand out. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a relaxing week with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed at our fingertips! We loved having an icemaker!! It was very quiet being on a high floor. We felt the mattresses were not as comfortable as we would have liked but other than this it was a perfect week!

The condo was nice. One of our rooms, the sheets were not changed from the previous guest and had hair and was soiled. I emailed the owner and she quickly apologized and had new sheets delivered and 2 new blankets. The blankets were fleece, which was hot since it was over 90 degrees every day, but I presented a problem and it was addressed. I ended up washing the other blankets to be used on 2 of the 3 beds. The floors were filthy. They looked fine, but after you would walk barefoot, your feet would very quickly turn black. Again, this was brought up to the owner. The amenities were nice, but a lot of people would come in to use the lazy river and indoor amenities (pool and hot tub). One of the security guards would tell people to leave and it would clear out quickly. The condo is big and spacious with a big balcony as well. Parking was easy. Dining in the area is awful. Either plan on eating super early, or late...wait times are long! The beach is nice. Overall, it was a nice stay. The owner was very quick to respond to all messages.

This condo is gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. We had such a great time with our family and had plenty of space for 3 families. Decorated beautifully and the bath in the master is huge. Our only critique we had was better pans, cooking eggs was a feat, and could use some rubber spatulas. We also had to buy a broom, there was not one in the condo, we left it so there should be one now. For the price these things should be in a “fully stocked kitchen”. Minor issues overall. The place was amazing! Hoping to book here again!

The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beach was always clean as wax the water when we were there. We never had to wait for an elevator which was very nice. I could recommend this property to anyone knowing they would have an e cellent e perience here.
