Everything was absolutely amazing! Very easy check in and check out. This condo was so clean and updated it is so beautiful just like the pictures, and we loved the view and size of the balcony! It was a plus being on 5th floor we parked on 5th floor of parking garage and walked straight in to our condo. We had Everything we needed from dishes, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, 3 different types of coffee makers, blender, ect. We had a total of 10 people 6 adults and 4 children and we had so much room we could've fit more and still been comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Lazy river, hot tub, and pool were great. We will definitely book this condo again the next time we go down to Orange Beach! Thank you Phoenix Rentals!

Family of 6, we had ample room and a great time. Perfect place considering you can drive to the level of the condo and the view was still great. Clean and comfortable.

Our first real vacation in Orange Beach. We loved Phoenix II. The condo was very nice, clean. Parking was amazing, was able to park on the 5th floor which is where our condo was located. Lazy river was amazing. Kids loved the slide and the pool. Elevators were great, no wait to leave, car was right there, but no wait to go to the pool or beach either, very fast. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 9 left today from our week long vacation, staying in unit 502 at Phoenix Orange Beach II. This was our first time visiting Orange Beach and staying in a Phoenix property. We enjoyed the week and the pool amenities were enjoyed by all. We found the condo to be spacious enough for our family of 9. It was advertised to sleep 12, so we were hopeful it would have plenty of room for us all. Unfortunately there were a few things we found undesirable about this unit, and wish to make those known for your information. You can take this information into consideration and do with it as you wish, but we could not let our stay there be complete without making a few things known.
First of all, upon arrival the condo was dirty. In particular the floor was still covered in sand from the previous occupants. While we understand that this is a beach condo and it is impossible to get every last bit of sand off the floor, we would expect that the floor would not be covered. It was impossible to walk on the floor with bare feet and not have the bottoms of your feet black and covered in sand. And this was on the very first day. The floors definitely needed much more attention than they were given.
Secondly, the garbage disposal was clogged with food items from the previous occupants which we had to dig out in order to do dishes after cooking in the condo. This was quite disgusting, but simply turning the faucet on and seeing that the water doesn't drain on that side of the sink would have shown a cleaning person the issue there.
Next, the condo was advertised as being "well stocked." There were only a few towels (so few that we had to wash towels every time we showered) and one dish towel and one dish rag. For a condo set up for "12 people" this is far from well stocked.
Lastly, the sheets on the beds were stained and very questionable in regard to cleanliness. One of the sheets even had blood stains. This made it hard to r

We stayed at the Orange Beach Phoenix 2 and our family vacation could not have been more wonderful! Our 7 grand kids loved running from the lazy river, to the indoor pool and out to the beach. The slide at the outdoor pool was the biggest hit for all 7. The condo was clean with plenty of space for gathering in the evenings. We prepared all meals in the evening. The balcony is an extra room in itself. Definitely plan to book for our family vacation next year!

Stayed for one week with 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles) and 1 child. Appreciated that the unit was easily accessible from the 5th floor of the parking ramp. Plenty of seating for everyone.

Plan to drive almost everywhere - there aren’t many shops or restaurants within walking distance and the area is not pedestrian friendly.

The kitchen was well-equipped with both a regular coffee maker and single cup brewer. Good variety of cookware, but if you plan to make eggs for breakfast you may want to bring your own nonstick skillet. Also plan to bring or buy dishwasher detergent, a sponge or cloth to scrub dishes, hot pads, kitchen towels, kitchen trash bags, and bathroom tissue. We were running the dishwasher after almost every meal.

Would also recommend wearing footwear at all times. The floor was not very clean and we all had black feet/socks.

Everything was in good working order. The only negative being we found silverfish in the kitchen drawers and some sort of bug between the sheets in the master bedroom upon arrival.They did come out and spray.

We had 6 adults staying in this condo - overall the experience was great. Love the balcony furniture. This condo looks awesome but is lacking useful items - had no potholders or oven mitts. Needed cups/glasses that were full size. Basically enough wash cloths for 1 person (had to wash everyday). Refrigerator broke the last 3 days we were there - we are getting some compensation for ruined food. Walk barefooted and feet will be black (must wash before bed).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Excellent communication with the property manager leading up to our trip. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and had great amenities. A very spacious condo which was great as there were 5 of us staying for a girls trip.

We did have a rental the full week of our stay, however there is a small strip of stores directly across the street from the condo, as well as other shops and restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend dining at Sea N Suds (amazing oysters and great salad bar), Pink Pony Pub (again, amazing oysters), and The Gulf (great outdoor dining; Instagrammable spot). We enjoyed a fun night at Flor-Bama bar and The Flying Harpoon 2.

Something worth mentioning - it was nearly impossible to get an Uber or Lyft during our stay. I assume it was because we were staying in the 'off season' (mid-October) but this is worth mentioning. I do believe there are local taxi services, however we did not use them.

We stayed here last week of September 2022. The unit is beautiful and probably one of the best we have stayed in during our 35+ years in coming to the gulf. The kitchen lacked a lot and previous reviews were not kidding. I brought some things from home but come on when the can opener doesn’t work you are in trouble. Kitchen needs a complete over haul as far as utensils, cookwear etc.

Condo was has very easy access from parking deck which is great because of all the luggage we packed. We love that! The views are amazing from #502. We were there week of September 10, 2022 which is a perfect time of year for a beach trip.

Enjoyed our stay here with 11 family and friends. Overall was a great stay but there were a few thing lacking in the kitchen like utensils, tongs, etc....

My whole family takes an annual beach vacation. This year our first time to stay at the condo at Phoenix Orange Beach 11. We enjoyed the pools and lazy river. My grandchildren especially! The Donut shop and The Shrimp Basket across the street was so convenient along with Walmart and Public of course. The condo was beautifully decorated and in great shape. Everything was in great working order. The registration staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing we needed was more cooking utensils and pots, pans , and cooking sheets. Ran a little short while cooking in for 8 of us. I would definitely like to stay here again!

Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Close to grocery and places to eat out. It was surprisingly not too crowded for mid July. I look forward to returning to this unit.

Absolutely loved the condo and it’s location ! Nice to park on same level as condo. Condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable! Loved the lazy river and slide was a great hit for grandchildren ! Beach service and condo personnel were extremely nice. Our beach view and beach itself was the prettiest I have seen! So enjoyed our relaxing vacation.

The property was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our family of 11. Our kids enjoyed the pools, lazy river, slide, and all of the amenities. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare the perfect meals each day, the table was perfect for family games, and the location of the unit in proximity to the parking garage was ideal. We could park on the same level of our unit and enter directly into the unit without having to navigate the elevators to do so. This was an ideal vacation destination for our family.

Pros: The condo was very well furnished with comfortable furniture. The beds were very comfortable as well. Plenty of dishes, glasses, barware, etc.
The view from the 5th floor was great. We can't comment on noise from the pool at this level since it was closed at the time for maintenance.
Cons: There is only one of each cooking utensil, so you had to keep washing them to use for different dishes. The pots and pans were good quality, but if you're used to non-stick bring your own or be prepared to scrape. One kitchen towel and one handi-wipe cloth were provided, no scrubbies. We had to go to the store for that kind of stuff. We've been renting in Orange Beach/Perdido Key for 40 years now and found this unit could use a few extras added compared to other units we've been to. Not a deal breaker for sure, just be aware to bring your own of these items.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at POBII. Unit 502 is furnished exceptionally nice! The property management company was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony is very large and the patio furniture comfortable. The only negatives - the ceiling fans and baseboards needed to be cleaned. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit. Phoenix Orange Beach II is a great complex too!

I was disappointed in how much dust around everywhere but after taking care of the issue ourselves we had a great time and would rent again

My girlfriends and I take a yearly trip to the beach and we had a great time! Easy walk to the beach, great lazy river and we even enjoyed the slide! It has a nice indoor pool and hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful and well equipped. It was in a great location and the parking was on the same floor as the condo. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Family get away before everyone was back in school and work. Wonderful unit. Everything you needed and very roomy. Decorative very nice. Super location to all you need and buildings amenities are the best. The best part is the parking. Park on your level and walk into your unit. Def will stay here again.

Perfect condo for a family vacation!

Our group had an amazing time! Plenty of space and super clean. It rained our entire trip so the indoor pool and hot tub were a winner. The lazy river was too cold. Easy access to the condo from the parking garage level and carts to bring in luggage and groceries. Would definitely stay here again

It checked all the boxes... private bathrooms for each bedroom (plus an extra), gorgeous views and short walk to the beach, spacious, functional (we were even able to fit a large playpen for our little one in the large bedroom, large balcony, kitchen, laundry room, nice decor, etc. Everyone said “wow” when we opened the door. The location was also nice... not overly crowded despite being a holiday weeked. the indoor pool was nice, same with the outdoor family pool and the adult only pool with a bar. overall 10/10!

We have been staying at this property for years and it never disappoints us. Our condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The property is top notch and they keep updating it along the way. The office staff is very friendly and always responsive. You can’t go wrong with the Oasis.

Brought the kids and grandkids for a week. We had a fantastic stay. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed. Made a trip to the grocery store and didn't have to leave the beach again. The condo was clean and well taken care of. Great views on the 10th floor, easy beach access. Great value for the price. Will definately return.

I've been coming to the Orange Beach area every fall for nearly 20 years, and I can honestly say this is by far the nicest unit I have ever stayed in! The unit is exactly as pictured in the images. From the calming, homey decor, to the comfortable beds, it was all wonderful. The living/kitchen area was spacious and open with tons of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, and the bedrooms were all very roomy with good sized bathrooms attached. The location is convenient (an easy drive) to grocery stores and restaurants, and the distance from the unit to the beach is quick and easy. The very large balcony is ideal for oceanside morning coffee and meals with the family. It has a clear view of sunrise and a partial view of sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we ended up having almost all our meals conveniently in the unit. The fact that each room had its own bathroom was ideal for our family, as well. There is plenty of parking on the same level as the condo, which made unloading and loading very convenient and fast, though the drive through the parking garage can be tedious (lots and lots of tight turns). Plenty of elevators made the wait minimal when heading down to the beach, and the front lobby was beautiful.
Overall, this is a beautiful condo, and I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be booking it again for next fall. 10/10!

It was the perfect place for 4 adults and 6 children ages 2 thru 12. Very spacious condo. The reason for 3 stars on cleaning is the counters in kitchen were very dirty but nothing a Lysol wipe couldn’t fix. Master bathroom still had sand on floor and counter. One of the king size beds had sand also on the clean sheets ‍♀️ The rug in living room needs to be removed it has an odor to it. Last thing I will mention is elevators are overloaded. If you not use to staying in high rise this is not for you. Lazy River and slide is great for all ages. The kids had a blast!! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great family vacation!

It was our first time at PW2 and it did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend the facility and this unit. We had an appliance issue during our stay (it happens), but the owner was very responsive and addressed the issue as quickly as possible. Great views of the sunrise and beach!

Nice place to enjoy Orange Beach! Complex has everything needed, but first time I remember seeing cigarette butt in pool. Broken bottle on island of LR was there for 2 days! Rules are for everyone!

Enjoyed the condo, even with the rain we had. Spacious condo allowed kids to have their own spaces. Will come back.

Most everything was as described, however the barstools in the kitchen area was borderline dangerous they were very wobbly, the mattress’s could have been more comfortable, they had indentations on each side and a hump in the middle, the knives, forks, and spoons were sparse. Some of the dishes had to be recleaned. The towels and linens were great. Would recommend if these issues were corrected.

Nice Spacious Unit, Friendly Staff, Easy Check-In & Check-Out

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and large enough that our family of 12 did not feel like we were on top of each other.

The place was very clean. Indoor pool was a little crowded just because the outdoor pool wasn’t heated. I wish it would have been heated. I thought I read that it was on the website when booking. Also, wish that the new area they were working on was completed like it was supposed to be. Overall, we did have a good time.

Nice Condo with a great view. Rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms were supplied with all we needed for our stay. Kitchen had many nice features that we used for our stay. Only negative we had was the use of the elevator each day. Was very crowded and had many wait times for either going up to room or coming down. We decided to leave in middle of night to avoid the long wait.

Overall a nice condo. Great location and the size fit our family great. Plenty of room for everyone. The only negatives are the master bedroom mattress is pitied out. It is not comfortable at all and needs to be replaced. You could feel the springs in your back. Also the living room couch wasn’t too comfortable either. Seemed to be worn out also.

Condo had everything we needed. Really liked the 4 bathrooms since we were a party of 8 adults. Kitchen was well stocked. I did nit like we could see other people on their balcony’s and they could see us. The worst part was elevator issues when everyone arrived at 4-4:30 on Saturday and there were long waits for the 6 elevators . With carts only a few could get on at a time. The other issue was the dirty floors that turned our feet or socks black.

Overall we really enjoyed staying here and would definitely do so again. The condo was pretty clean except for the floors but it wasn't dirty enough for us to worry about.
The building itself was very strangely empty with large cavernous spaces with nothing in them. The slide, pools, and lazy river were amazing.

Three families enjoyed this great condo for a softball tournament. The view was amazing, location close to restaurants, stores & ball fields. Great central location for our needs. Loved the direct beach access & lazy river. The elevators were an issue at check out time - need better system if the elevator is full to skip floors to avoid opening up at every floor. Also only allowed 2 parking passes per condo - made it hard with three families. But overall was a great place!

Perfect for our small family reunion for moms 80th birthday. Upgraded furnishings, well equipped condo. Awesome view. Couldn’t quite see full sunset, but could see sunrise. Nice grill area downstairs. Pool and lazy river fun for all ages. We plan to stay at this location again. Only complaint was missing one set of sheets for pull out couch. Probably just an oversight from cleaning crew
