Very pleased with the unit and the amenities. Only shortcoming was the 5-cup coffee maker for 8 adults in the unit.

The location and the views have us sold on this unit. The unit needs a little TLC (lights out dryer doesn’t work well, broken towel holders, furniture is worn, and the paint is chipping.

The condo was exactly as described/pictured. The view was amazing, plenty of room and very comfortable. This was our third trip and every time the rental experience has been easy. We had a couple of issues (main tv and refrigerator temp) but those issues were resolved within minutes of our reporting them. I highly recommend!!

We stayed here for a family of 8 vacation. Plenty of space and rooms were big and comfortable. The condo was clean and location was easy to get in and out of. The views are great! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend and would return!!

Great location, beautiful condo.

We had a great trip overall! Spacious, clean, large balcony, plenty of towels, location was great. My only complaints are that the code for our door did not work after 9:00 a.m. on our checkout day and checkout time was 10:00 a.m. Luckily some of us were packing while others of us were loading the cars so we had someone to let us in but the code MUST work until checkout time. Also, no seasonings except a small salt shaker in the condo.

The front desk was super slow, had an away message and said they'd be back soon but it took 15 minutes for someone to show up.

Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

We needed a large condo for the family, This met all the needs of 6 adults, 3 children and one infant. All the amenities were there. It was also very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and several other activities.

My parents decided to have an old-fashioned family vacation with their daughters (& their husbands) for their 75th birthdays. We had so much fun and this condo contributed to the great week. It was spacious, well-maintained, & in a great location.

The condo is beautiful, spacious and provides amazing Gulf views. We rented three, four bedroom condos for our family, which comfortably held 29 of us. While I understand we are nearing the end of the summer with a lot of people in and out thus far, I was disappointed with a few things that should not have been an issue especially with the price you pay. There is a cigarette smoke smell, clogged showers, leaky faucets, one dish towel, dirty carpet, broken shelves, disorganized kitchen and very dirty vents and ceiling fans (dust falling on beds). Simple fixes, yet they add up. Luckily my husband is very handy. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This was a sweet find as we were searching for our family vacation for my sister. The beds were very comfortable, the living and kitchen area is huge. It accommodated our combined family of 11 perfectly. The only problem at all was the carpets weren’t vacuumed as good as they could have been. With a crawling baby we had to be careful. The location was perfect to May of Orange Beach’s wonderful restaurants and the view from the balcony as a corner unit was beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to return of our schedules allow!

Condo was one of two rented for our group of 14. It was nice to have two condos on the same floor, which is not that easy to find. It worked great as a gathering spot and we thoroughly enjoyed the views.

Dirty sheets mildew on floor or shower and around hardware. Nice unit just was cleaned.

We had a fabulous stay at Phoenix west. Condo was clean, spacious, well stocked with every kitchen tool we needed. Convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Will definitely go again! Kitchen faucet leaks and needs maintenance. Everything else was perfect.

The Condo is amazing and very spacious for 2 families. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. The West view from the condo are amazing. Every bedroom has a wonderful view. The kitchen/living/dining area were comfortable and very spacious. We loved our West view and evening sun. The sheets were a little scratching and not the most comfortable and the kitchen needs some grilling utensils. Screens needed some maintenance but I let Phoenix Rentals now on the first day. Other than that we LOVED our condo and Phoenix West. It's our 2nd time at Phoenix West and we would totally stay at this particular condo again!

Great place to stay. Had 11 family members and was not crowded at all. Condo was very nice.

Very please with condo. It accommodated our group comfortably. Kitchen was fully equipped, view was amazing. We chose this condo because we wanted King beds and private baths for everyone. This one worked. 4th bedroom had 2 queens, which worked for our son and their 4 yr old. The lazy river and slide was perfect for everyone. Yes, our "big kids" enjoyed the side with their babies. Truly enjoyed our week and will keep this one on our list to rent again.

Upon arrival our condo didn’t have bathroom linens. However, I sent our agent a text and he promptly remedied the situation. Condo was very spacious and comfortable. The balcony and view is awesome. The master shower was not as clean as I prefer and the cushions on balcony need to be replaced. Overall it’s a wonderful condo in a great location. We were evacuated prematurely and that was beyond disappointing.

The view was amazing. The unit was fully stocked and very roomy. We enjoyed the convenience of the keyless entry...a small thing but a big perk. We also enjoyed the easy beach access. This was the best we have found in Orange Beach!

It was a great location and we enjoyed it.
It needs immediate attention to the carpet nail strip, we all ended up with holes in our toes. We couldn't figure out why the kids were screaming until one of us landed on a nail. The outside furniture was full of snack crumbs from the previous rental. I just cleaned it up myself. There are a lot of stains on the rugs. The main master bedroom mattress pad is ripped and kept coming off. The front desk was very nasty about parking spaces and told me they were at complicity when it was not and I had to do without my car because of their refusal to accommodate our needs.

This place was my cup of tea. The condo is huge and plenty of space for our whole group. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook up 3 meals a day. Beds were comfortable. The views are to die for and every bedroom has a beach view. We were able to park right outside of our unit. Coming and going to the beach each day was easy as well. We are looking to book this unit again for our beach trip next year.

This is a wonderful cheery and warm unit. You can tell it's very loved and cared for by it's owners and we just felt at home and comfortable the moment we walked in. We had a wonderful week. Thank you for allow us to stay in your condo.

This condo is the best. Kitchen week stocked and large enough to handle lots of cooks at the same time. The condo was very clean and furnishings beautiful. All 5 beds were very comfortable. From the balcony, you could see the beautiful sunset. Already booked this condo for next year.

We had a great time here. Place was warm, sunny and inviting. Kitchen was well stocked. We felt like we were at our home away from home.

The condo was above our expectations. It was immaculate upon arrival. Great amenities. The master closet fits an air mattress perfectly so no need for the pull out sofa and our little ones loved their "fort". One major concern; the outdoor pools were freezing! It can't be that costly to heat such a beautiful pool.

Beautiful unit. Bright and cheery. Furnishings were comfortable. We loved the placement of the tv and how you get the best of both world when you sit down to watch a show. Everything was clean and nice. Would recommend and hope to come back soon.

Great place with plenty of parking! Located close to everything you need.

Our reunion venue was everything we expected...a large, open, corner condo on one of the parking convenient. Unit 801 was clean, well appointed, very comfortable...plus the ice maker, nor the A/C disappointed during a late September heat wave!! The general consensus was "same place next year".

This was the first time that our group of 10 women had stayed in the Phoenix West complex. The condo was amazing. The kitchen was well appointed and the furniture was comfy. The HUGE expanse of floor-to-ceiling windows on this corner unit was simply stunning. Our group really enjoyed the Lazy River and with our 7-night stay beginning the first Saturday AFTER Labor Day, it wasn't crowded at all.

About a week before the start of our vacation, I received a door code for the condo with instructions on how to change the 6-digit code to something of our choosing. The change to an easy-to-remember code was made the first time we attempted it . . . and worked flawlessly for the whole week. An entry code is MUCH easier to use than keys . . . and everyone had instant access.

The ONLY drawback to the condo was that the smallest bedroom had the two queen beds and that made for some VERY tight accommodations for 4 women and all their luggage. We moved the emptied luggage to other bedroom closets and asked one or more women to share the bathroom in other bedrooms to alleviate the extreme pressure on this one bedroom/bathroom. We all felt that the two queen beds would have been better placed in the slightly larger adjoining bedroom as that room had larger closet and bathroom space. But other than this one drawback, we were VERY pleased with the condo.

The huge corner balcony was spacious with plenty of furniture for our needs. We had one woman in our group who is fearful of heights and the expansive square footage of the balcony made her feel MUCH MORE secure.

We WILL be using this condo again . . . and making all the ladies back home jealous of us . . . lol !

Awesome condo! Plenty of room, kitchen stocked, excellent views. Parking on the same floor and avoiding the elevators was a bonus and we didn't have any keys to keep up with... keypad lock on the door. Amenities at the resort are top notch, we will be back.

Easy to access, pleasant staff, beautiful beach front, pool/lazy river/kid slide were hit! The condo itself was very well kept, clean, fantastic views - would definitely recommend!

Loved the condo! It was clean and beautiful! The views were spectacular! The kitchen was big enough for everyone to hang out and still see the view. The lazy river was so relaxing and the hot tubs a great relaxation. We played tennis and used the fitness club. We had 11 people in our group and it was a dream vacation.

Our family had the best vacation ever at Phoenix West 801! It is our plan to rebook this same condo next year...which will be a first for us! The condo easily accommodated 8 adults and 5 children. I can highly recommend Phoenix West to all my friends! :)

Condo was clean, convenient and very well equipped. It was nice to avoid elevators when loading and unloading the cars, which is the benefit to the lower levels. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We also had a toddler who was quite cozy sleeping in the large master closet, which was a bonus room in our case. Only downside was that the outdoor pools are not heated. So we did not spend much time in them, though they were what drew us to this rental online.

This is our third year staying with these owners. This unit is so bright and cheery. Completely stocked with anything and everything you could think of for cooking, cleaning, etc.. Furniture and beds are VERY comfortable. Our son and daughter in law came to stay for a long weekend and they said it was the best mattress they ever slept on and we slept like babies in the master bedroom. The black out drapes kept us sleeping until mid mornings on some days when we didn't set the alarm. This condo is so clean and well cared for. There is enough furniture on the patio for a whole football team to sit on and what a pleasure it was to sit on the balcony in the morning with coffee to watch the dolphins play. Parking on the same floor was a plus. The two spots by the side entrance felt like our own. The management team is great to work with. We've been doing business with Cayce for 4 years now and he is always so attentive to anything that we need. The owners called to check on us as well to make sure we had everything we needed. We hated to head home as the weather finally warmed just as we were leaving but we have booked for next year and just can't wait to come back.

There were no surprises (added fees). We had a wonderful stay! The condo was well equipped, clean and very spacious. Exceeded our expectations! We definitely will return. I especially liked the key pad on the door - no keys to loose or try to keep track of.

Condo had fantastic views and access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Unit we stayed in was very large, ultra clean and very accommodating for my family.

The oasis is a great place overall. View and beach are wonderful! Something for everyone! Pickle ball, swimming, lazy River and adult pool were great and very clean! Parking was easy! Our unit was clean and well appointed. Could use some new fry pans as the ones there are totally worn. Outdoor furniture is nice, but cushions worn. Only other complaint would be that there was not any extra dishwasher tablets or even a coffee filter. No seasonings or even salt and pepper! No extra garbage bags! When you are traveling by plane this is difficult to bring and buying is too much to leave charge me an extra $25 bucks and provide. Other places we have stayed have had extras which was nice and convenient.

Our first time here in AL(Orange Beach) , and we loved it. Only negative is the Cell phone service was terrible and the pool/lazy river water was SO cold, we couldn’t enjoy a dip in the water!

We had a wonderful time at the Oasis! The condo was clean and roomy for 3 couples! The views from the 8th floor were beautiful with sunrises and sunsets. The location was great with many restaurants nearby and Publix a mile down the road. The kitchen was well supplied except there were no kitchen towels or potholders. The weather was beautiful and not too crowded, a great time of the year to vacation. Lots of amenities including several pools, lazy rice, gym and outdoor bar! Beautiful place!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The beds were super comfortable but one of the spreads looks stained but was clean. We plan to come again and stay in this same condo next year! The view was absolutely stunning!

This was a girls trip for the class of 1966 and we all enjoyed the accomodations. Things we would have wanted: Drawer space in the 2 bedrooms near the front. Larger bathroom in 1 of the 3 bedrooms.

Condo was nicely decorated. The only issue we experienced is cleanliness. The floor was dirty and sandy. I spilled a little water from a glass and upon wiping it up the paper towel was black. Need to hold the cleaning people accountable. Also, there was no dust pan so we had to improvise to keep the sand in check. If these issues were remediated, I would rent again from this owner.

This condo is so beautiful. The furniture is great, outdoor and indoor. Our only con would be there is none of the basics to cook with. You will for sure need to bring salt, pepper, etc as well as a baking dish if you want to cook dinner. There wasn’t a 9x13 dish of any kind. There is also not an Keurig so you need coffee for a regular coffee pot. You will also need to buy washing detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels if you plan to spend more than 3 days. Other than that, the condo was perfect.

The condo itself is very nice with tons of space for my family to use. However We were very disappointed in the condition of the indoor pools and other shared facilities. The indoor pool's water was very cloudy because it was so dirty. If you went in the water, as we experienced with my young son, he came out covered in long hairs that were not his. It looked as if the water wasn't ever filtered or the pool vacuumed on a regular basis. It was disgusting so much so that my husband and I refused to go in. Additionally the lazy river was also very dirty, as if no one
has cleaned the walls of the pool for years.

As for the elevators, we had to wait, sometimes up to 15 minutes, for an elevator to come to our floor. This was because only a handful were working during the time.

We were pretty shocked to see little to no oversight of the building management unless you went down to the front desk directly to complain.

The condo was nice but the overall property was a big disappointment. Luckily the beach is beautiful, which made up for the shortcomings on the property.

Having said that, We would not hesitate to stay here again and again, and would highly recommend this unit if you are considering Phoenix West II or Orange Beach.

Condo was very large and had a beautiful view! Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sound of the ocean. Management was very responsive to any questions we had. The complex and pools were great and we would definitely stay here again. I do think it’s time for the living room furniture to be replaced as it’s torn in places and the rug is stained and looks worn. Everything else was very nice and well decorated.
